Lennar was very diligent throughout the entire process, and even did follow ups after move-in. We are very pleased with our experience.

We were 100% satisfied with our experience in building a home with Lennar. The sales staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The workmanship was good and the responsiveness to a couple of issues was prompt and the issues were resolved satisfactorily and quickly. I would recommend building a Lennar home.

This was my first time buying a home, and I also decided to go with the partnered Eagle Home Mortgage as my lender since again I had no idea what I was doing, or everything that was involved or step by step process, none of it. However, I am so glad I did. From my first tour of the homes, to the initial meeting and disclosures, thru everything else all the way up to the final walkthrough, everything was explained to me in simple to understand ways and without ever feeling over burdened by any of it. This way I actually was able to feel that excitement of buying a new home, rather than all the stress that all these other people were telling me it was like. From Matt at the Model Homes being my initial contact, to Rachel K. at Eagle Home Mortgage, to Eric who oversaw all the maintenance to my new home whenever anything came up that needed to be fixed. Just everything was simple, and exciting to be a part of and experience. Everyone was always helpful and professional, and never made me feel like I was just "another buyer" that companies typically make you feel like nowadays. I genuinely felt like these guys were my friends that I could text, call, or email and ask them a question anytime and have extremely quick responses (i.e. average e-mail response time was 20 minutes after sending, text and phone calls were usually within an hour as well) I'm 32 years old, bought my first house, Rachel got me an amazing loan offer, and Matt & Eric helped me settle in as if my new home was always my home. we are more than pleased with the buying process from start to finish. No surprises and everything went as planned. After move in, the construction manager has been very helpful with any questions we have had. I highly recommend Lennar for anyone looking for a new built home.

I was looking for a new construction. Lennar was the first place I looked at and I purchased the very first townhouse they showed me. I worked with Todd to purchase, and with Angelica to qualify for the mortgage. Ken helped me a lot with touring the house, small repairs and other details. The warranty office of the Lennar is always there if I need any repairs or modifications. This has been a nice experience for me.

I've had three minor issues with my home. In each case reporting was easy and Lennar representatives responded quickly and followed up on satisfaction with resolution. I appreciate this level of responsiveness.

I was pleased with most of the buying experience. The business agent, Alina, was top notch, as was the construction manager, Bob. I have built a nice rapport and friendship with all the Lennar personnel including Joe and Jason. I had some issues in the lending department......

During move in issues the team reacted and resolved very fast.

Everything was pretty easy and streamlined in the purchasing aspect. Everyone from the agent to the in home questions guy "Orlando" were very helpful and pleasant to work with. The home being brand new so far has is in great shape.

I always had a good feeling about Lennar , before I decided to purchase my second home , I made some research , went to the competitors and compared. There never was a doubt in my mind that other builders are better. So, I bought this house in Princeton TX and Lennar has made it simple for me , helped , advised and acted. Buying a home does not have to be complicated if you have the right professionals . Thank you !

Although this is a new build, it isn’t a custom build! However, the developers did put attention to detail throughout the main living space! The quality, service & experience made for- a well paid investment/experience overall! Thank you George- for following up with any minor warranty issues & Eugene for navigating the purchase process!

Lennar has maintained its quality and showed responsibility to take care of work required attention. Some of it is still pending but overall I am happy to purchase this property.

From the moment our realtor and I met the sales staff we were impressed. No high pressure sales. After signing the contract, we were kept in constant contact by the foreman as to the stages of construction. Townhome was delivered as promised and couldn't be happier.

We love our house from the floor plan, materials and Lennar are super helpful for the requested that needed.
