Lennar Homes is a great builder and so streamlined from the beginning to even beyond settlement. Home is ready for move in! I have not found any major items that will need to be repaired. Being in real estate for the past 40 years, Lennar Homes has been one of the best home builder that handles upfront walk through items prior to closing.

We love our new home. The quality of the workmanship and everything included make it a great value.

While the financing process had its challenges, the personal experience of working with the team was positive. However, it seemed that the sales department was somewhat misleading regarding the selection and purchase of the home. They were quite insistent that the prices of other homes would be significantly higher than the existing one, possibly to meet their sales goals. I would advise future homeowners to conduct a thorough inspection of their house before signing any contracts. During our cleaning, we discovered overspray on the glass doors, windows, and countertops, as well as some cracked cabinets and leaking plumbing drains. Very few options for upgrades / workmanship poor with cabinets and doors/trim etc. not a very organized walkthrough process to deliver a million dollar purchase - I’ve had much better closing delivery for an automobile purchase.

Overall we have nothing but good things to say about our experience with Lennar. Our home has had only very minor issues after close and the home looks to have been built properly. Lennar has been quick to get issues resolved and we hope going forward that remains so.

We bought a new home from Lennar and we got a great deal. Our home has many upgrades compared to the other builders. Easy financing with lowest rate . We had a couple of small warranty issues that were handled with ease and quickly .

First of all i would like to acknowledge Kevin he helped us very well i have no issues with him at all even after home buying he still assist me. The only problem is Drake. We have noticed issues in the home already and he was there acknowledging everything but it seems like he agrees when we are around and disregard everything once we are done. I feel like he only wants me to sign the docusign so he can be off the hook. To be honest i have requested service for the things that we have already raised to him. Promised me that he will fix it but nah he didnt and when i try to reach out to him nothing. To be honest the walkthrough with him is’nt really informative im still trying to figure things out myself but thats okay. My main concern is he does not honor his word. He keeps pushing me to sign the docusign i even asked him to make sure to fix it and still nada. Home buying with lennar is good but make sure you dont sign anything on the walkthrough or else youll end up waiting for a guy to come and fix it while you are moving in. Please make sure drake wont do it to anybody. Kevin is the only reason that really made our home buying more comfortable and less worry. ... More

Extremely Disappointed with Lennar – Unorganized, Misleading, and Frustrating Experience: My home buying experience with Lennar has been nothing short of disappointing. From the start, I encountered numerous inefficiencies, misinformation, and poor communication—and unfortunately, these are just a few examples among many. 1. Incompetent Lending Process: Lennar outsources its underwriting process to a foreign country, which caused serious delays and inefficiencies. The loan officer provided confusing and inconsistent instructions regarding debt payoff in order to qualify. I was told to cut a check to the titling company, who would then issue a check to my creditor—which I had to physically deliver. This convoluted process ended up failing because the creditor couldn’t accept the check due to a mismatch in payment requirements. It was evident that the loan officer lacked a full understanding of the process, eroding any trust I had in Lennar’s in-house lending team. 2. Multiple Pushbacks on Closing: Despite having ample time, my loan officer failed to prepare necessary documents in time, resulting in several closing date delays. Each delay was incredibly disruptive and costly on my end, yet there was no accountability from Lennar. 3. Broken Promises from the Builder and Sales Rep: I was pressured into signing off on incomplete items just to meet their internal closing quotas—with the promise that these items would be finished post-closing. After closing, the construction MANAGER essentially disappeared and became unresponsive. Additionally, the sales rep misrepresented several features of the home, including the sprinkler system and a Wi-Fi-enabled garage, both of which were non-functional or nonexistent. The contract also listed a smart home key, which I never received. 4. Unresponsive Concierge Service: Lennar’s concierge was virtually useless. I was never informed that my first walkthrough was cancelled. I showed up expecting the walkthrough, only to find no one there. I didn’t even receive an email or phone call. The rescheduling wasn’t even addressed until three days later, showing a clear lack of professionalism and coordination. ⸻ Bottom Line: Buying a home should be exciting—not filled with stress, delays, and mistrust. Lennar failed to meet even the basic standards of customer service and communication. Not to mention the poor quality for the price paid. I would not recommend them to anyone considering a new home. We are really pleased with the construction quality of our new home. Our construction manager Wyatt did a great job and was able to deliver the home on schedule!

The experience we had with Lennar from start to finish was great. The people were all so helpful and friendly. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new home. They helped us out enormously and we got a great home for a great price.

I recently purchased a new home from Lennar, and overall, it was a great experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth and well-organized. The team was professional, responsive, and always available to answer questions or provide updates. The quality of the home is impressive – everything from the layout to the finishes reflects Lennar’s attention to detail. I also really appreciated their “Everything’s Included” approach, which made the process less stressful as we didn’t have to spend even more on the appliances!

This is the best bang for your buck in the current housing market as a first time home buyer.

Cheap materials. Cheap solutions. Poor communication skills from associates. First time home buying experience was kind of sad. Only good is the response time on warranty requests. Would never recommend and regret my decision in purchasing a Lennar home.

Lennar has been very attentive to every little thing I mentioned. They had the issues corrected very quickly by very kind, polite people, ie: HVAC company.

Make sure to run water in the house. I had a plugged up shower drain. Had some missed items that needed to be fixed. Otherwise we had a good move.

Start to finish Lennar overall has been great! They have been super quick, friendly and easy to work with
