My bathtub and shower floors are both stained and even after trying to clean them they remain stained. There were paint splatters all over my floors. Oven had a warped fan and the refrigerator doors are not aligned. I’ve had service people out for various repairs and none of them have been done properly.

they use the Cheapest interior paint and a lot of the drywall in the garage is Chipped on the bottom

The home is beautiful we love it. Great value for the price. Good customer service. I don’t regret my decision to buy this home. I did experience some concerning issues that could’ve been tragic - tankless water heater gas line nuts were hand tightened and cleared inspection. Gas was leaking in garage when I first walked in, at first it was a faint, vague smell, but on day two I called the gas company. They immediately identified the issue and fixed. Good thing I’m not a smoker or none of my movers smoked or we’d be gone. GFI in garage kept tripping, turning off water heater daily. Electrician was called and discovered the breaker wire in the panel was loose, he tightened it and replaced GFI switch just in case. Carpet edges had nails sticking up in various places. I was stuck by one in the foot that thankfully didn’t pierce. I then inspected the rest of the house and found several others, I fixed those myself with a hammer. Other items we’re minute compared to those two. Called customer care for other items. The vinyl fence was blown off by the winds on day two. Lennar came and reassembled it but still waiting on a missing fence post cap. It seems the fence is assembled like legos, and does not have permanent installation materials like screws or glue. Being this region is known for high winds, I would think construction would have figured out to use stronger materials to withstand. The final observation was the drywall material inside the home is very cheap. It has crumbled very easily when I install curtain rods and shelves. The home is beautiful, the process of purchasing the house was seamless! They took care of our requests within the first couple of months. The problem came after the 3 months, we have 3 ticked open and no response or whatsoever, I am worried now about the 12 months final inspection, not sure if they just want us to wait until then or if that’s how it will be moving forward.

For being our first time, we are very satisfied with our decision. Lennar has very nice house designs and customer service support is top notch. However, there are some details that can improve, like quality of the materials- some are cheap -, finishing touches, like sockets bad positioned, corners from our garage in cement were not finished, carpeting nails could be a little less prominent, etc. my recommendation is to check these small details at your house orientation.

Make sure when you take your final walk thru that all work was performed to standards. The quality of my home was not to the standards that a Lennar home is known for and I feel that it is because they are rushing to build the homes to get more built quickly.

Patio cover would have been nice. Finish carpentry is less than stellar. Paint runs all over the trim work. Texturing on walls is bad. Super cheap carpet pad. Other than these things we love the house we love Dave, Brittany. They are great

I don't like this kind of surveys because at the end for a few bad apples the whole team is rated.

Workmanship is lacking and also is the response to issues

Miles and Greta have been amazing, but we have had a less than amazing experience with the after-move-in manager. We hope to soon have the same amazing experience as we had in purchasing and building our home.

I love the house but I keep finding little things wrong with the house. Dina Cooley is a god send but apparently she’s frustrated with my calls and texts.

Don't expect a Top Notch home for reasonable price. Great value for those who expect receiving what you pay for. Experience was very good thru-out the build and finance process. Always knew what to expect. Read some reviews where people expect highest end product at the average affordable price. my comment to them is "Reality people, Reality"

Needs to fix Warrant issues quicker.

When you do the walk there are places that you don’t look at. The kitchen cabinets on top were broken, uneven, wrong cuts. The wall over these cabinets had a whole. You only see this if you go On top of the kitchen counters. My tub makes a noise like if a tractor is in there. I submitted a tickets since December, they went to check it and said they would come fix it, it’s been over a month since. At the begging very responsive but after they said they had to fix it, they never came back.

We love the design and style of the house. The layout is great for our family. However, there are a number of quality issues with the completed workmanship. The interior paint has a good amount of flaws, caulking is failing after only a few months, pieces of trim are separating from each other, the drywall finish is not great. I've been in construction for 5 years, so I understand the home is settling and creating some of these issues. That being said, it seems some items, like the paint and drywall, do not have a very professional finish to them.

Issues needing to be fixed had to be addressed several times and were scheduled and no shows

Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth. Never hear from anyone and close out tickets without following up to make sure the repairs were completed

The Quality of the painting leaves a lot to be desired and the workmanship is extremely poor. Aside from that we have that some things we have we were told if we did not see it before closing then there is nothing that can be done. We were trying to cooperate and not keep calling so we are stuck on that one. Overall we are satisfied though there are other issues we want to discuss.

Professional builder that people can trust , staff manager made the experience great.

To explain clearly when you upgrade to granite that it is not sealed and may get stained and for the warranty managers within the first 6 to 3 days should just let you know not lead you on that it would be done by the granite company. But I do have to say that Dennis one of the construction managers was definitely one that followed through with every request. And Michael definitely tried to do the best that he was able to do our sales consultant Nicole was spectacular and extremely professional and very helpful I would definitely recommend for her to always be at the front line of any sales office for an hour I would like this comment to be extended to her ... Lennar Need to do better inspection in your homes, find some issues on my home looks that we need to fight for everything.

Buying experience was super easy. We had our inspection and everything seemed great at first. After a few days, you start to really see why the homes are inexpensive in comparison to other homes. Just under 3 weeks in, the sewer backed up and flooded our kitchen, main bath and part of the main bedroom. It took 3 weeks to get it repaired. After it was done, we were relieved but discovered that after the trim was reinstalled, our bathroom door wouldn't close. No one wants to return calls or do the work correctly. Do yourself a favor and hire a third party to do an inspection. It will be worth it. I appreciate the affordability, but man, they need better contractors, and ones who care. ... More

The mortgage and title company was excellent to work with. Then we did our celebration had a few things to fix before we closed. We closed came to the house and nothing was fixed still tape on the walls took a week after we closed for them to fix them still all isn’t fixed. Then we moved in plugged in a brand new tv into the wall and the breaker tripped the electrican came out put something into an outlet said all is good. A few days latter we were watching tv and the breaker tripped again. The next morning the breaker kept tripping wouldn’t stay on called them the electrician came out again the there were wires touching in one of the outlets. The toilet downstairs was loose at the base the Plummers came out and fixed it a week later it’s doing the same thing still waiting for them to come back. I found a bolt laying on ground in the garage and it was from the door. it came out of the garage door were the panels connect it has been over a month since the construction manager came out and looked out said he would get a hold of the garage door people and the garage door still isn’t fixed, it had been so stress full no COMMUNICATION AT ALL!!!!!! And nothing we needs fixed when we closed has been fixed… just very frustrating when we are the ones buying these and they aren’t they way they should be…things shouldn’t need to be fixed on a brand new house but I understand things come up and things happen but to be brushed off is ridiculous! ... Quality is very bad .. too many issues after move in and some times contractors take linger than expected times and issues goes in circles between hvac electric etc

The process to buy a house with lennar was simple and fast however one you move you start noticing that the quality and material are cheap for the price that you are paying for the house. The warranty response is quick but the contractors that they sent to do the repairs do not do a good job, always in a rush and with bad actitud. And if you found pavers or the sidewalk with missing pieces of the concrete with days to be living in the house they said it is not cover in the warranty so who is going to respond then?? If they keep coming with the big trucks on the streets?
