I purchased my Villa virtually. I was being treated for cancer in Philly and the sales associate Sonia was very accommodating taking me on virtual tours from my hospital bed to see properties. Also Connie in the Title Department was so nice and accompanying for my closing. Thank you both. I sincerely appreciate the two of you and what you did to make my experience easier.

Customer care guy is nice but not totally knowledgeable about house. ie: said fireplace had a blower (it does not ), said He would take care of dirty windows on outside ( did not ), yard light not working ( He said you have to wait a few minutes ( not true, there is an inside switch that a neighbor told me about, still not working)

Good basic starter home. Would be good to have tp racks and towel racks. I encountered too many personnel changes during the closing and post closing process. I had numerous post closing issues that should have not been issues. My view is that the last portion of the build was sloppy, most likely because of changing roles of Lennar personnel. You need a full time on site person to manage the post close warranty issues. doing it remote didnt work for me and certainly dealing w numerous vendors that just show up not speaking english is not something I have time for. Poor management

Brandy was great to work with. I was looking at a Horton home. And figured out the Horton home was going to be over 40,000 more I’ve done about $10,000 worth of upgrades but wouldn’t trade my house for the Horton house and also I love the development the pool area and play area which I don’t know is I’ll use much is absolutely gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed moving here.

Our home buying experience was pretty smooth with the exception of our lennar mortgage experience. Our primary contact was last minute and unresponsive which created some challenges and frustration. We loved our construction manager and team. However, having move directly from brand new construction home, im disappointed in some of the cosmetic issues and lack of attention to detail I’ve experienced since being here. Our home buying experience was largely very positive. The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly, and I never felt like they were trying to pressure us in any way. Once we signed the contract, Lennar did a pretty good job of emailing us with pictures and a status update upon building milestones. When we got to the pre-dry wall inspection, our inspector found several minor issues and a few code-related issues, the biggest of which was a load bearing beam that wasn’t secured properly (all bolts missing at both ends). The main loan person, Jon was wonderful! He was always available to help with questions and paperwork concerns throughout my buying experience! The walk through is too fast but Dan was great! I am still concerned about the lack of undermounts or at least epoxy under the sinks! The dishwasher is terrible and there is no insulation to protect the countertop. I struggled for a month to get a mailbox and mail keys, but it was finally resolved. We closed on our home in April. We fell into it essentially. It was someone else's to buy but their contract fell through last minute. We snatched it up. Within the last month we have had a couple of issues. From day one the shut off access points for the water near the curb set up very high and lean to the side. The water main blew out the other night at one of these access points. Pipe broke off. I guess one too many times bumping it with the lawnmower or trash cans. The team that took care of me included Kambria, Calvin, Brandon, Dave and later Dan. The home has some flaws and was clearly not built by skilled tradesman, but rather laborers (ie. sloppy paint around window frames, a few messed up trim pieces, chipped tile, etc). I would have liked to have more than 30 days for cosmetic issues but overall we love our home and we are happy with it.

Quality of workmanship could have been better. Paint in bedrooms was not good. I could see drywall through the paint. they could have done a better job cleaning the house before the walkthrough. Back screen door had to be replaced.
