Quick and on time .

Process was smooth from start to finish. Overall a good process. All the Lennar reps were pleasant and very responsive. Our agent Laura was fantastic.

I purchased my Villa virtually. I was being treated for cancer in Philly and the sales associate Sonia was very accommodating taking me on virtual tours from my hospital bed to see properties. Also Connie in the Title Department was so nice and accompanying for my closing. Thank you both. I sincerely appreciate the two of you and what you did to make my experience easier.

The experience was Great. All steps were in appropriate order and as told how it would go. Recommend Lennar to anyone.

So far we are loving our new home.

Customer care guy is nice but not totally knowledgeable about house. ie: said fireplace had a blower (it does not ), said He would take care of dirty windows on outside ( did not ), yard light not working ( He said you have to wait a few minutes ( not true, there is an inside switch that a neighbor told me about, still not working)

Good basic starter home. Would be good to have tp racks and towel racks. I encountered too many personnel changes during the closing and post closing process. I had numerous post closing issues that should have not been issues. My view is that the last portion of the build was sloppy, most likely because of changing roles of Lennar personnel. You need a full time on site person to manage the post close warranty issues. doing it remote didnt work for me and certainly dealing w numerous vendors that just show up not speaking english is not something I have time for. Poor management

Sometimes there are things that change without a communication

The only trouble I had was with the technology and computer experience. Sorry it was difficult for someone who did not grow up on computers.

Brandy was great to work with. I was looking at a Horton home. And figured out the Horton home was going to be over 40,000 more I’ve done about $10,000 worth of upgrades but wouldn’t trade my house for the Horton house and also I love the development the pool area and play area which I don’t know is I’ll use much is absolutely gorgeous. You won’t be disappointed moving here.

The project manager seems a vase, do not really control job qualities.

Great experience for a first time home buyer. Solid, single story block Florida home. Insurance loved it. Not a forever home, but the best right now home to build wealth.

Love the garage options

Our home buying experience was pretty smooth with the exception of our lennar mortgage experience. Our primary contact was last minute and unresponsive which created some challenges and frustration. We loved our construction manager and team. However, having move directly from brand new construction home, im disappointed in some of the cosmetic issues and lack of attention to detail I’ve experienced since being here. I’m grateful for the 1 year warranty that covers some of this but the cosmetic stuff is not covered and wasn’t remedied as desired upon the final walk through. Our home buying experience was largely very positive. The sales team was knowledgeable and friendly, and I never felt like they were trying to pressure us in any way. Once we signed the contract, Lennar did a pretty good job of emailing us with pictures and a status update upon building milestones. When we got to the pre-dry wall inspection, our inspector found several minor issues and a few code-related issues, the biggest of which was a load bearing beam that wasn’t secured properly (all bolts missing at both ends). We pointed the issues out to Lennar, and they committed to fixing them. They largely addressed the minor issues, but we really had to stay on our construction manager to address the beam. It took several weeks of following up repeatedly, and even scheduling an impromptu on-site meeting with him, to finally get the issue addressed. That left us feeling like they were really trying to skate by and not do the work unless they absolutely had to. Thankfully it was ultimately addressed, but the hassle it caused us cost Lennar a star on our review. Since then, though, our experience has been very positive. There were again several issues we found during our final inspection, but Lennar fixed all of them (it was a different construction manager at the end, and he seemed much more thorough, even going above and beyond on some fixes). We have also had to submit a few warranty claims, but again, Lennar addressed them very quickly and satisfactorily. Overall, we love our house. Overall good experience, staff were very responsive

Overall, we were pleased with your home buying experience with Lennar. We were guided pretty much by Lennar and guided through the process. It helped greatly having a realtor working with us to ensure things went smoothly. I’m pleased with my home buying experience.

The entire process was easy especially doing it remotely. All questions were answered quickly and Will was very responsive at all times of the day. Great job all!

The main loan person, Jon was wonderful! He was always available to help with questions and paperwork concerns throughout my buying experience! The walk through is too fast but Dan was great! I am still concerned about the lack of undermounts or at least epoxy under the sinks! The dishwasher is terrible and there is no insulation to protect the countertop. I struggled for a month to get a mailbox and mail keys, but it was finally resolved. I feel like the purchase went well but felt dropped by Lennar after moving in with no real guidance on how to proceed with how and whom to contact with questions! Overall I love my new home but feel Lennar is not working to communicate and complete the clubhouse projects. ... More

We closed on our home in April. We fell into it essentially. It was someone else's to buy but their contract fell through last minute. We snatched it up. Within the last month we have had a couple of issues. From day one the shut off access points for the water near the curb set up very high and lean to the side. The water main blew out the other night at one of these access points. Pipe broke off. I guess one too many times bumping it with the lawnmower or trash cans. The air conditioning was a little wonky at first. The upstairs would stay cooler than the downstairs. We noticed that the downstairs thermostat was not able to accurately control the air-conditioning system. Those things being said, when we reported them to the customer care they were very prompt with their response and took care of the problems immediately. Kim especially with customer care was extremely helpful in taking care of our issues. My overall experience with Lennar has been exceptionally good. I know and expect that there are some corners cut to keep the cost down. I am OK with that. I'm not looking for a 100% Custom home. I was looking for a beautiful home for my family that I can afford, we found that with Lennar. ... More

The team that took care of me included Kambria, Calvin, Brandon, Dave and later Dan. Everyone single one of them was great to work with and educated me through the process, answered all my questions, followed up and they all gave me great customer service. However, I did have a really bad experience with Kimberly. She was supposed to be the concierge designated to help me. I had such a bad experience with her I requested for her to be removed from my project. I have more information to give and show you. I request to discuss them further with someone in Lennar. Kimberly should not be in a position of customer service, maybe a more behind the scenes would be better for her. ... More

The home has some flaws and was clearly not built by skilled tradesman, but rather laborers (ie. sloppy paint around window frames, a few messed up trim pieces, chipped tile, etc). I would have liked to have more than 30 days for cosmetic issues but overall we love our home and we are happy with it.

Quality of workmanship could have been better. Paint in bedrooms was not good. I could see drywall through the paint. they could have done a better job cleaning the house before the walkthrough. Back screen door had to be replaced.

We bought a very good house at a greater price
