Everything was smooth and easy. Did the contract via Docusign. Financing was easy and smooth. Closed a month earlier than expected. All around great experience.

Lennar reps did all the right things with us. We are very happy. Would recomend without reservations.

We loved what the community offers and liked the house and lot right away. Buying the house was much more intense and demanding with all the new requirements. The sales agent was great, as were the finance people, although the pressure to complete the mortgage application was strong. The walk through was called a "celebration" which was confusing, and there was little or no give on items we wanted addressed. I would have appreciated help with interior paint. I was disappointed that most bathroom drawers were fakes, and there is no medicine cabinet. Mostly I would have appreciated that the interior could have been painted with some color. I’m very happy with the overall outcome of my new townhome and the quality of workmanship. The only downside was that my closing was moved up by two months, which added some unexpected pressure to the process. Jeff and Gail were great to work with.

We loved working with the sales team and financing. The quality of the house is lacking. We already have major issues.

I would recommend Lennar's Noble's Pond as the pricing is very affordable for 55+ buyers and the community is just great to live in.

The staff rates a 10 in communication , availability, professionalism, and follow through, such a great team!

Poor quality, lots of issues

Your employees are great both responsive and knowledgable as well as friendly. Having your own insurance and title company saved us money. Two things to consider since this is the 4th new build Phoenix home we have had (as well as three others out of state). 1. Allow more flexability on your 3/4 built homes. For example, in addition to other small things, we wanted tile instead of carpet in the flex area. This was denied even though it was 3 weeks away from the flooring to be laid. We are now paying to have the brand new carpet removed. 2. Ask new homeowners for minor suggestions. For example, in our community you are essentially building for 2 person occupancy. Yet the bathrooms have a hangar for one shower bath towel. Not many people share these items with each other. ... More

We had 2 excellent representatives from Lennar that I want to recognize. Matthew was so professional and kind and walked us through the purchase process with ease. In addition, Destiny has been so wonderful to work with as she has been extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly! Please continue to hire wonderful people who make the customer service experience great.

Lennar staff was unprofessional and didn't answer emails or phone calls in a timely manner. My experience with the was horrible!

My wife and I had a great experience working with sales consultants, builders, loan officers and everyone in between. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Listened and explained everything to us in a way we could understood our questions and concerns and answered all our questions in a way that made sense to us. They all worked with us on our schedule to accommodate our needs. It felt like we were dealing with family the whole time. Great experience!

During our final walkthrough, plastic corrugated pipe placed to drain water runoff for entire block. Was told they were permanently, upon closing pipes removed. 2 days later rain and sod soil washed down 3 yards above. Result 3 catch basins plugged with silt. Undermining foundations. They immediately repaired only the areas where future runnoff would affect the unsold homes. Constant battle

Just because it is a new build, get an outside inspection done.

It has been nothing short of a nightmare! We hired a inspector who found 98 pages of work that was not done properly and reused damaged items such as doors and appliance,Every issue is being addressed slowly and costing us time and taking away the enjoyment of our new home,We have repairs daily!!! This is a brand new home and it should no be like this!!! We live on a construction site that some day we hope to call home.If we knew it was going to be like this we would have moved else where.SO SAD!

Everyone we have worked with up until now has been very helpful and informative. So far we are very pleased. Been here about 5 weeks now.

Finance process was very frustrating

My experience with buying and the sales office was incredible, specifically Austen from Westview crossing was amazing!!! Once we moved in, we struggled a bit getting a hold of contacts and understanding process. Overall I would do it all over again, but extra stars to Austin and Rick!!

Buying with Lennar was a pretty easy process. The separation of Lennar companies was a bit difficult to navigate I.e. Lennar construction, Lennar mortgage, and Lennar sales.

If you are okay with sinks being installed crooked, being lied to about what materials the home is made of and poor workmanship amd minimal insulation....continue the process. Bottom line...if you are looking for a cheap home you will get what you pay form they are responsive during the warranty period but no guarantees anything will get fixed. Honest review. I do like the communtiy I live in. The people make it worth it.

This was my first home buying experience and Lennar made the process seamless! Everyone I worked with through the process was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent craftsmanship on the home. Highly recommend Lennar!
