Great buying experience

Lennar has asked for my feedback about their performance in the buying, financing and ownership process of our home. I've found all their associates to be very knowledgeable and extremely helpful in every phase of our home purchase and ownership. Their pricing and service has been outstanding from my perspective. My genuine belief is that Lennar truly cares.

Everything is good

So much that I love about my Lennar home was included! Tankless water heater, beautiful white cabinets, granite countertops, even my Ring doorbell was included. Very happy I made the decision to buy after years of renting.

I would like to say thank you to Jose and David for introducing me to my beautiful home and making my home purchasing experience the best! They were both very knowledgeable about the home and addressed all questions I had before, during and after the sale. My home is perfect for me, I love the open plan, my wood floors and awesome. I was truly blessed to find a Beautiful home thy is affordable and spacious enough for my family.

Beautiful house. I love the open concept. Nice huge rooms nice size backyard. Issues were responded right away. Love it!

Overall we are really happy with Lennar’s excellent customer service. So far we had couple of issues with the house which was addressed quickly and fixed. We don’t have to worry about anything else but enjoy our new home. Thanks again for an outstanding customer service.

Lennar did great work!

The entire home buying experience was great. Being a first time buyer, I was scared and filled with anxiety. Lennar put my fears at ease which reduced my anxiety overall. I’m extremely happy with the everything included concept. From RING to the laundry sink. The workmanship is very good. I’ve only experienced a couple of minor issues. These were taken care of without question and resolved in just a few days. The move in process was easy. You are set up with a walk through and anything noted is taken care of before you take possession. I’m extremely happy with the entire process from the beginning and even after moving in. Never buy a new construction home from any other builder. Lennar is the best. Hands down.

The whole process as first time home buyers was fast, easy, and fun! Everyone has been extremely helpful and they consistently reach out to us to Make sure everything is going well! :)

My wife and I have been very pleased with our purchase. This includes before the sale support and after the sale support.

Incentives made it an easy choice to use their financing. No need to shop they beat everyone and we closed in 3 weeks!
