Everyone has been very helpful all along the way. We especially appreciated accommodating a major last-minute change. Chris has been wonderful in dealing with problems as they arise.

Generally a good experience. Sales person 'Pam' was great to work with. Very trust worthy, she stood by her word, even when difficult. Minor problem with the house after Closing was resolved quickly. Minor punch list items were all completed quickly before final walk through.

The seller response was really slow. I had to drive to the mortgage office to buy the house because of the slow email response. The Lennar support concierge never called me back and seemed not personable. Everybody seemed too busy to answer my questions in a timely manner.

The only issue I had was the numbers issue they kept giving me different quotes on how much down payment I was gonna have to give, and it was never accurate so it made me last very upset up to the last minute. Other than that, I can say that Lennar really responded immediately to everything. Explained everything from the home top to bottom. For having a three-story four bedroom extremely energy, saving home. After the purchase, if there were something wrong with the home, they got to it immediately. Customer service to the max. I did pay a little bit more than what I wanted to, but I got the house that I wanted. I got the model home. Home is amazing spacious and if I have the opportunity again, I would probably buy again from Lennar. ... More

Good quality for price, most issues handled quickly

There are still items that was on our punch list that was not taken care of before closing. Still having trouble opening closing the sliding glass door to the patio. Other than that Lanken has been very helpful.

Everyone was great during our home buying process. We had a few issues on move in day, but they were fast to respond and fixed it the very next day.

The date of my closing was changed by someone and I was not told. If it was not for the individual from Lennar, who was to do the walk through with me a day ahead of time, the closing would not have happened. He became aware when his calendar showed the walkthrough happening after the closure. He was the one that brought it to my attention. I was lucky and my insurance people were able to adjust my insurance dates. It seemed to me that someone dropped the ball, on Lennar's end, and did not even offer an apology. My recommendation to buyers is keep an eye on the calendar and confirm the closing dates. Note: there is a email trail showing the original closing date. ... More

My salesperson Chris was very helpful and understanding of my needs. Service follow ups have been a bit challenging and require persistence on my part. Tim has been most helpful with service issues. Gerting a response from the HOA has been rather challenging.

The buying process went well. Matt was and still is been a great help. He goes above and beyond.

Richard our salesperson was phenomenal. Super informative and attentive to our needs. The new home delivery team was also great. As great as the Lennar team was, we did experience a couple of issues that we uncovered after move-in that are still outstanding. 1. Stove never worked. Contacted Frigidaire and they sent someone out that had to replace a fan motor. It's been over 2 weeks and the parts still have not arrived. 2. End cap on one of the banisters came off. Upon inspection I saw that it wasn't attached properly. Next time I purchase a new home, I'll be a lot more thorough in testing every function of every appliance. The process was smooth and staff was very helpful in the process , so far the experience was good hoping the same for future as well.

Buying from Lennar was an overall good experience. It was difficult at times to get a response which makes me think they are overworked and have heavy loads of work. Everyone that I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. There are some things that could have been done better. For one, there should have been address numbers installed in ALL of the front doors, The way that this townhouse was designed makes it confusing for deliveries since the address is only visible from the garage side. Leaving it to the homeowner's expense to install a visible address numbers let alone the process to approve it ridiculous. I cannot tell you how many packages I have hand delivered myself because it was mistakenly delivered to my front porch. Another is where to put trash bins except in the garage makes it stinky and attracts bugs in the house. I like that there are 2 different thermostats to have better control of temperatures in the house. The website is very helpful in getting some repairs done in the home in a timely manner so I do like that feature. ... More

We have had a great experience so far. The very beginning with Ethan finding us the location we wanted and the floor plan we didn't know we needed was great. Noah was very efficient and helpful during the loan process as well. We had a water issue right at move in and customer service went out of there way to make sure we were taken care of. We've been here just over 2 months and everything is working well and we love our little home near the beach.

Buying the house with Lennar was great but after buying the home you don't have much support from the team and you have a lot of companies calling you to let you know they are from Lennar and offering you services to pay.

My overall home buying experience with Lennar was great. The level of experience and knowledge with the team is incredible, and I love my home overall. However, it's was disappointing when I had to accept that I was walking in a brand new home with three long cracks in the garage that will not get fixed until the cracks get larger. And now the ceiling in the living room is beginning to crack from one end to the other. I just think being in a new home less than 60 days and experiencing this type of problem is unacceptable. I understand the concept of a home settling, but I don't think a new homeowner should walk into these kind of issues from day one. It takes away from the joy of purchasing your home. ... More

It was a great experience, if I ever get a new house later on the road. I would go through Lennar

From start to finish my experience with Lennar has been far above what I expected, and what others 'told me' to expect. Initially, there was some coincidence on how Lennar's sales rep (Julie) and I met, but as the buying process continued, so did the trust, and so did the business relationship. Once the preliminaries were completed, I was handed off to another wonderful Lennar professional (Kayla) who handled the really "painful" part (finances), and executed her job as smoothly and as professionally as did Julie. Once that hurdle was jumped, Matt (project mgr) took over the final steps and like the others, handled my first home-buying experience with understanding, patience, tons of education and encouragement....and it continues to this day as I still correspond with him on certain issues. In all honesty, in the middle of my home-buying process, I purposely watched a couple of Youtube vids regarding certain negative experiences of others and their Lennar encounters. Had I watched those vids PRIOR to my meeting Julie, I may not have continued forward. But my experience with Lennar in general, and with Julie/Kayla/Matt in particular was all positive. If someone is looking for value in a home, as well as a positive time buying that home, I would tell them to look no further than Lennar. Very systematic and very effective way

Wish they would have been more cooperative in adding options that would be more cost effective instead wanting us to deal with it after completion

Initially I had doubt in my mind. But after my pre-qualification. I was told it got approved. Then the process begin and end on time of the day closing. They kept their promises, and shown total professionalism toward the customer.
