Everything went smooth all the way!

The home buying process was pretty smooth. Closing only took about 15 mins which was shocking. They were supposed to leave touch up paint but they didn’t. Other than that, I am pleased

Our team here at StJohns Lake was terrific. They were on top of any and all issues during construction though final walk and closing. Since closing we had 1 issue with lighting which was corrected quickly. We could not have asked for a better construction management group. Thank you

Overall well built. Parking one's vehicle backwards is important on steep driveways. The Bristol home plan with the stack-able washer and dryer only closet requires more than an 8 ft dryer duct hose, in order for the installer to be able to get out without disconnecting the tube from over stretch. House is cozy with great acoustics. One of the bath tubs had rust stains. Won't come out. In closing, I do appreciate V taking the time and effort in finding me a home quickly!

Good builder, but could use an upgrade in sound proofing at shared walls in their townhomes, especially at Master bedroom.

The Lennar portals were easy to use and navigate. The sales people and agents were very friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. My favorite part though, is how responsive Lennar is to post-sales complaints or issues. They always have a service rep that reaches back out to you and they can get most issues reported resolved within a few days. For example, I discovered a crack in the wall behind the toilet and two days later someone showed up to fix it. This was 5 weeks after sale date.

Purchase and closing went pretty smoothly. The home was a great value for the square footage and features included. Overall, the build was good but there were some minor annoyances (trim separating from wall, doors closed while the pain was wet, exceptional amount of cleaning needed prior to move-in) that prevents me from giving 5 stars. Overall, I would recommend this builder.

Really enjoy the Cypress model home that we purchased. Got a little crazy before closing. Just had to take a deep breath, get closed, and start working on punch list items. List has gotten pretty short after nearly 2 months with only some minor cosmetic items remaining. Construction manager has worked diligently to help us out.

When we have a problem, they call us back immediately my wife and I really enjoy the courtesy and respect with Lennar

We had a nice experience with Lennar, would be appreciated more flexibility on changes that impact our lives in the new home. The company does not have flexibility at all to do changes even if you are willing to pay.

This was my first home purchase, and the overall buying process was great.

It would've been nice to know Verandah is located in a MUD ZONE. VERANDAH is an exurb of Greenville Texas and a exurb of Royce City Texas. That's very unique! I now empathize with citizens of Puerto Rico and DC. Located in an the nation, but unable to vote for my interest of my immediate area except the ISD. Greenville, the county seat, is approximately 20 miles away. The location is good for me, and my neighbors I've met, are friendly and excited about their new home purchase. There are not many lights on the street I live and it's pretty dark at night. This should've been looked at a little closer. There were some problems identified but the response to having them corrected has been reasonable. There should be vehicle speed signs posted. The major offenders appear to be construction workers and support personnel. Residents aren't immune from exceeding normal speed restrictions in the complex. It's a disappointment, to me, rain gutters we're not factored into the price of the home. I would have welcomed that, now that's an additional out of pocket expense for me and I hope not to run afoul of the HOA. This area is going to continue to grow and everyone who purchased here will be happy with their purchase. ... More

Throughout the process I was able to communicate with everyone I needed and the responses were timely.

The property is great. They got most of the issues before we moved in. Only small things popped up.

We are very happy with our home now, but the builders were very sloppy, and we had a lot of cleanup to take care of when we moved in to our place. The grounds in our subdivision are still cluttered with all kinds of construction trash. It is a shame that the company does not take more pride in what is left behind.

Sara was good but I wouldn't work with her again or recommend her. She is passive aggressive and has a big personality, not good traits for a sales person. Melanie with warranty was great! Very responsive.

My home was first to get close on Phase 4 (Smithfarm) , Internet and address was 2 issues after move. Internet issue got resolved after a week whereas address issue is have not resolved even after 1 and half month ( clear communication gaps between builder and usps). Overall construction manager has done great job on this home. Great community.

From the start to end. The home buying process was great. From the sales to the builders. They kept us up to date on the process.

Lennar’s model is to build a lot of nice homes quickly. Community well planned and they streamline the process for output. This means no customization and a little less Quality Control than I would like. But, they fix the problems and the price gives you room to go back and customize the things you really want. They even worked with us to change lots mid-process. Overall. We are very happy

Overall in general good experience so far. Do think items missed during final walk through should not be considered damage and not covered under warranty just because they went unnoticed
