Lennar collects a vast volume of totally confidential information, much more than is necessary for me to be proven as a responsible buyer and payer. I do not believe this information is stored in a suitably secure manner. I worry about my identity being stolen by others or shared with others I do not want it shared with by Lennar. We sign waaaaay too many documents giving Lennar the right to own our lives. I do not trust Lennar!!!!!! Most of the staff we dealt with are great.

I'm so much very pleased and happy with my purchase. tyler and jennifer were the BEST!!. i would highly recommend LENNAR to friends and family members.

The best company and team I have ever worked with.

We were assured by the sales person, Carlos, that applying to put in a standard fence like everyone else has in the neighborhood would be a quick and easy process and it’s been anything but that. In two days, it will mark the 30 day mark. We were told it would take one week to 30 days and they have waited until the evening of the 28th day to kick our application back to us and tell us they need more information about something that was not even on the application nor is it in the covenants. As a homeowner who just wants to put up a regular fence and nothing else, this is infuriating and there is no one at Lennar that I can talk directly to. The management company has zero control and no information to give me anytime that I ever call them. All they do is put it back on Lennar, but they refuse to give me any information on who I can contact at Lennar. They are useless as far as I’m concerned. We paid a tiny money for this house. Why would we let it look like crap??? It’s unbelievable to me that they assume we’re not going to do the right thing and make it super difficult for us to get a fence up in a timely manner when so many people in this neighborhood walk their dogs with no leashes! I shouldn’t be afraid to walk my own dogs in my own yard. But I am, because the HOA won’t let me put up a fence without jumping through a ton of hoops. ... More

Team isn’t always on same page.

Water leakage at home in first week. Lennar took care of it but took a month to have everything back. They ordered new flooring and waited for weeks and they had new flooring available in under construction units in our community. Did not give a water filter for drinking water in kitchen island. The window size is not the same at bottom and top. Had trouble installing blinds

Our construction supervisor Chase is awesome! We had a couple of minor issues after purchase and he jumped all over it immediately. Our sales person "T" and both Homebuyer Concierges (Patricia and Misty) are also very responsive, professional and "get things done." Would rec Lennar to anyone

Personnel very polite but not easy to get in touch with. Call backs sometimes are a day or 2 out from your request. Had to send same documents several times. Once all requirements were met, everything went smoothly.

The builder delivered within the specific time frame. Our complaints were handled in efficient manner. We are. Very pleased with our house and design as well as their prices fit the middle income bracket. Our goreman was super nice and attentive. We will highly recommend Lennar to other friends.

I had a marvelous experience buying from this builder. The builder’s agents from the beginning of the process to closing, were all experienced, kind and helpful. I was particularly impressed with loan initiation team and the closing concierge. I am preparing to buy another property because of this very positive experience.

Responsiveness to issue... The telephone that I RECEIVED WAS not the right phone to report my issue.. To request or report my sliding door is not smooth or easy to open and lock the Sliding door.. For your information IStill need correct number to report of any issue concerning the Home.. Thank you..

Overall, we love our new home. I am, however, very disappointed that the community area at the clubhouse and pool are still not done after being told many dates for completion

For the most part it went well.

My house has no shutters on small windows like other houses that are the same model. I was told because my house has a right facing garage I didn’t get them. Houses on my block have them even though their garage faces right. Then I was told it was because of the altitude of my house was why I didn’t get them. Which is it? My garage floor had numerous cracks and looked like (I won’t say) but had to be finished costing me 1400 hundred dollars. My microwave frame had dents and as I watched it be replaced it was dinged and dented. Josh has taken care of my hot water heater and front door, thank you Josh you’ve been top shelf.I haven’t been in the house long enough to find all the other things that are wrong. I’m sure when I get back to Florida I’ll find out what they are. ... More

The whole process was easy. All my questions were answered. Great team. keep up the Good job.

I will say that the home is built with the lowest cost of materials possible, the interior paint is very poor in quality, and I believe it is only a primer coat, there was no garage door opener installed and we had to pay $500,00 to get that installed, the water pressure in the neighborhood is very poor and most of the new owners are very upset with the water pressure because you can't water the lawn because there is not enough pressure to run a sprinkler, take a shower, do laundry! I have had several issues with the house that need repair and can't get anyone to come out and repair it! I get told that someone will be out, but they don't show up!! No sense of urgency to meet my request for repairs. My wife and I feel that during the purchase process everything sounds perfect and how Awesome Lennar takes care of the Owner, but after the deal is done, the true colors come out and nothing gets done!!! So, overall My Opinion is that we would not purchase a Lennar home knowing what we know now!! Unless Lennar steps up and comes through with the promises they put forth, I will never reccomend a Lennar home! One final thought, The toilet in the guest bathroom is all but tipping over because the floor is so out of level the toilet doesn't mount flush to the floor!! I have called the number given for the plumber to repair it but like always, nothing has been done and I have been waiting for 5 days now for this to be repaired! what I'm being told by the plumber is " someone will be out today, but nobody ever shows up" not even a phone call telling me they wont be out!!! Walls not plumb and square. Flooring not square. Exterior walls bowded and sidding severely rippled. Soffit trim rippled nor square. Foundation wall pour is rough and one area whete the form had slipped out causing uneven wall. Garage floor, concrete chips are poping put.

The home is great just had a lack of good communication during buying process. Times we did get communication it was 3 different people telling me different things.

Ashleigh was great to work with throughout the process. She was always quick to respond to any of my question and helped resolve issues quickly. Everyone involved help the process go smoothly.

House is nice. Purchase was not. The person I dealt with at Lennar’s office seemed to think it was a privilege to be buying this house. If it were not for the real estate agent, Barbara, the sale might not have happened. After the sale, Lennar has been good about addressing a concern with the backyard , and helpful with info to assist in upgrading the electric service beyond what would be needed in most residences.

Being a first time home buyer this was the best team of people to work with from the start of it to finish
