Very unsatisfied.

This is my first time buying a home. Not to mention a new home. I was expecting the walls and paint and flooring among everything else to be perfect. That is just simply not the case. There is and was a bunch of fitment issues between the walls and the floor as well as other small issues throughout the house. Some of these have been fixed and some have not. My point is that I was surprised that I have even had any of these issues to begin with. This is no reflection on the Sales office or Carl that is in charge of repairs and issues after the sale. Lennar has a good team for getting through the administrative work. I’d love to see a little more quality control with some of the workmanship. I have had a few irrigation issues and some things were missed like termite protection. Some over cuts on the exterior siding. The fixtures for plumbing have a bit of a cheap feel. I really like the focus on energy efficiency. Overall is a pretty good cookie cutter home.

I would give Lennar a 4.2 Star rating for the most part. I believe most everything is pretty good as well as the incentives. My only issue is that after living in my home for 6 months, I noticed there were a few things off about my house. I think the attention to detail should have been better when building. Wish I would have seen some of these during my inspection so I could have them fix it.

The appliances was standard

Great people and service . quality good BUT. No follow up on my issues post moving in 1. External house paint peeling off . 2. Light fixtures fell out of ceiling in bathroom 3. Patio light broken 4. Very high closing costs compared to FL guide lines and other sellers Thanks for letting me give feed back for the third time . Twice on a tele calls and now here . But no one responds lol .

We loved every bit of our experience with Lennar all the way to the close. We had such honest, attentive folks on our team. Unfortunately, the punch list items that we listed at closing are still not wrapped up and we are in month five of our 12 month warranty period. While the aftercare staff is very kind, very little has been completed. Unfortunately, this is probably what I will remember most about Lennar.

Ok. But the roads in the neighborhood are too narrow. Only one flow through vehicle when double parked. It’s an inconvenience

Bad stucco craftsmanship; repeated corrections and still looks bad. Customer service is excellent but sub contractor lacks commitment to quality.

This is a great starter home for me and I was delivered what i expected. The home construction could be a little better as i faced issues in my first week at my new home but i was really impressed with the service as they were able to get it fixed pretty soon. I would definitely recommend Lennar to any new home buyers.

The price I paid for my home was great for this market. The sales and customer service team have been great. The layout and location as well as value for the money is great. The quality is pretty meh. My roof had a major leak that required the ceiling in the loft to be redone on the day of closing. This was fixed but there was a secondary leak that took 4 visits over a 4 month period to fix. My cabinets and drawers were no aligned correctly. The blinds that came with the home are cheap and required replacing. On the plus side the home came with the following included in the base price - stainless still appliances including a refrigerator, granite counter tops, white cabinets, kitchen backsplash, LVF instead of linoleum, Ring Doorbell Elite, Seagull LED lighting system in the entire home, Ruckus Unleashed Wi-Fi system w/ 2 routers pre installed (one on each floor), Honeywell Lyric Smart Thermostats, and all of this and 1,959 sq ft w/ a 2 car garage for $244,900. The entire team super nice throughout the entire process. The only negative thing for us that we found living here is how close the houses are to each other and very poor noise insulation within the walls. It’s a little disturbing when you can hear your neighbors outside while you are inside and all the windows are shut. Outside walls could use more insulation.

Lennar is a decent home builder but their trades are very lazy and rush through everything. Think I went through seriously no exaggeration half a roll off tape for each color sure walk through and stuff they did fix they did very poorly. So here we sit looking at the lackadaisical work and dealing with the eye sores that come. The skeleton is good but the dry wall and painters in particular were bad. That’s where all my issue aline is those two trades.

The Next-Gen model is perfect for our family dynamic. I am able to live in the main house and still provide a place for my sister to live with all the comforts and safety that she needs with me living just on the other side of the adjoining door.

The only issue I had was with closing. Keys did not work and it took 2 months to get locks replaced to a matching set of deadbolts. I had go through the garage and leave the door unlocked to access my home. It is impossible to get in contact with anyone unless there is a service ticket out. The construction manager lied to me on multiple occasions and then stopped responding altogether.
