Our sales representative and construction supervisor were attentive to all our millions of questions and we truly felt like part of the process. We love our new home!

From the sales process, to the selection of a few options; our home is exactly what we wanted. The construction process stayed on track even with weather issues. This team made ever commitment made. The progress inspections were clear, addressed any concerns and all items were taken care of prior to closing. Post service has been outstanding. Any issue raised was addressed, explained and taken-care of within a reasonable time.

Really liked the team here at Marbella Ranch. House was beautiful and the few items that gave come up after we moved in were taken care of right away.

Overall the process to get to my new home was great. There are opportunities to improve the flow of communication and their process working with their internal lender that were mildly frustrating. But the quality of the home and getting to the finish was fantastic. My family is enjoying the home that Lennar built and hope to for many years satisfied years ahead.

Love the house a lot

We are extremely pleased with our new Lennar home in Goodyear, Az. The design and construction of the homes are exceptional, having been a new construction plumber for 30+ years I've seen good and bad projects, these homes are quality built! The few small issues that have popped up have been taken care of asap, we couldn't be happier with all of the Lennar personnel we have came in contact with from the initial meeting with the sales person to the onsite supervision. I would definitely recommend Lennar Homes to anyone looking..

Beautiful new Luxury home with state of the art appliances. Friendly and helpful staff from our first look at the homes and well after we have moved in!

Our entire experience has been amazing from the agents that helped us buy, to the mortgage and escrow companies. If we had any sort of concern there was always someone available to answer our questions. We had a few things that needed to be fixed when we moved in and they had people right on top of it. All repairs were completed very quickly and they did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with our new home in Heritage Heights.
