Lennar has been very responsive. That does not cover Pinnacle Pool. Their service is unreliable.

We bought a new Lennar home last fall in Heritage Lake (Menifee, CA) and absolutely love it. We looked at other builders in the area and genuinely felt the craftsmanship was noticeably better with Lennar. We also love that the features we wanted were standard with Lennar, whereas they were upgrades with other builders (e.g., rooms pre-wired with J-boxes for ceiling lights/fans, nice countertops in kitchen and bathroom, raised panel doors, sculpted baseboards). The process of buying the house was easy and stress free, and the team in the sales office was absolutely great. Mike immediately responded when I submitted request re:gate post loose. He took care to follow our request to have additional cement added around post. The young man that repaired did a great job and was very courteous

My home is of good quality, and the individuals with whom I dealt at Lennar went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my home purchase. The construction manager was very responsive to any questions that I had, and he was always available to address any concerns.

Lennar is superior to other builders in our area in their high quality offered with options built-in, without "nickle-and-diming" on various "extras". So much is included, and only a few upgrade options are above & beyond the base package. Their Sales staff is very professional, honest and helpful and not at all "pushy". Customer Service personnel are excellent in their diligent and proactive follow-up. The house and all the service follow-up was always on time.

So much that I love about my Lennar home was included! Tankless water heater, beautiful white cabinets, granite countertops, even my Ring doorbell was included. Very happy I made the decision to buy after years of renting.
