Not a quality home builder. Told it WASN'T A CUSTOM HOME, so don't expect much.

We purchased a home from Lennar and the people on the team made the difference in the process. It started from the first contact with making the appointment and the followup along the way. Alina was so helpful and accommodating throughout the process, willing to meet us at the site go over options. We were from out of town and she went out of her way to meet up with us when we were in town. The GC on the job was super helpful and made sure the process on the build was smooth and I felt easy even being in another state. It was the entire team that made it great

It’s been about 2 months since we moved in our new Lennar smart home in North Phoenix. So far everything seems to work out as we expected. No major problems but the usual minor new build issues. I’ve heard many bad reviews about Lennar in other locations but we’re lucky not to experience just yet. As usual, customer care is slick and untrustworthy so just make sure you know how to deal with them. Best!

I like the quick response to any issues with the house. The repairmen were very courteous and professional.

it was a bit disappointing experience with Lennar. It was frustrating to deal with a sales team that seemed uninterested and not fully transparent about the details, especially when it comes to things like owning a golf cart and the charging issues in the Condos. It’s was also frustrating to be told you’re pre-approved for the loan , only to find out last minute that we weren’t. The property itself and the amenities are up to our expectations. Regarding The lower-end appliances and finishes, Lennar did cut corners in those areas, and a bit disappointing that they don’t match the quality of the rest of the property. To conclude the overall value of the property is enough to outweigh those lower-end details at least for us. ... More

Jenn was very professional and helpful answering all my questions. I was very pleased with all the information that she gave me about the Villa.and all the benefits to own one!

We purchased our home for $152,000, and while we were excited about the process, the lending experience was a nightmare. Despite being extremely responsive, providing all requested paperwork within 30 minutes, we were repeatedly asked for the same documents over and over. They even required us to write unnecessary explanations for paperwork they already had, making the process frustrating and redundant. As for the home itself, the quality is hit or miss. The paint chips easily, and the flooring feels cheap and low-grade. On the positive side, the stove and oven are nice, but that’s about the best feature. Be prepared to fill in your own sod, as they only provide about 15 feet from the house, leaving large patches of dirt. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily complicated, and the home quality doesn’t fully match expectations. Would I buy from Lennar again? Probably not. ... More

Very deceiving sales tactics by our agent. Steered us away from the property we wanted by telling us there would be a bidding war for it. No bidding war happened as property is marked down now. Just would have liked to purchase what we wanted as we were first to buy.

Good morning, we purchased a home at Geist Manon, our sales associate Heather was friendly and helpful in the beginning but once we signed the deal her total demeanor changed regarding her follow up as she also failed to reply to emails. We felt by sales and contractors as we were just a number and when you send the money we spend on a new home it should be a great experience. We also still have things yet to be fixed from our initial walk through drywall issues, painting touch ups,house cleaning the floors were dusty (drywall dust), outside was a mess due to winter conditions and no one has reached out to follow up. My new home purchase with Lennar was a smooth experience. They offered a lower interest rate than what the market and other lenders did. I'm looking forward to my first summer in the community.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone for any questions, I called the concierge and was told will call back but when I called back to ask regarding the issues then no one pick up the phone. The construction team are great, very thorough walk through, but customer service team are very unhelpful, by the way I closed out my home a month ago and still don’t have a mailbox keys, and still waiting for someone to get back with me regarding because I can’t get in touch with anyone.

Having different entities of Lennar integrated like Sales, Mortgage and Titles ensures smooth flow of information for smoother transaction. Lennar homes buying has created a very positive experience from purchase decision to closing. The NHO team including Gurwinder ensured total quality to reduce issues at later phases. Post closure Issue resolution team is super responsive and helps fix issues ASAP. Overall, very positive experience for homebuyers.

Horrible experience never buying lennar again

Customer service is terrible. They deny you repairs in your home. Not happy with customer service repairs. It is a struggle.

It was a decent process, everyone act with ethics and professionalism!

I’ve had a good experience buying a home at Lennar. So far I haven’t seen any issues at the house.

Lots of systems not functioning after move in: irrigation system dead, dead grass, electrical braker issue with appliance, paint peeling on front and back doors, no caulking around sinks, bathroom shower tile grout not sealed, drywall concerns.

Nice neighborhood! We like our house.

Great value, great walk thrus, no post closing issues.

I buy my house in 2 months already but don't see who coming for home warranty I don't even know what her or his name.

Excellent customer service simply the best.
