Buying from Village Builders/Lennar was painless. Sales rep, construction manager, warranty person have all answered questions and taken care of issues within 24 hours. I have been in my home for almost 2 months, and any small issues with the house were dealt with immediately, usually within a couple of hours. Good job Lennar!

I love my house and my family had a very awesome experience with our salesman Dathan he was awesome and is very patient and understanding with 1st time buyers like us lol! Even after the sale if I message him about something he always is so fast to respond. The only complaint I have about the neighborhood is our HOA I dont know who decides who the HOA is going to be but I think it should be the residents of the subdivision. They are making us keep our trash either inside the garage or behind the fence of our homes which are ridiculous and I dont know how to get this changed

my best experience was working with George. How he went through each and every room and explain how everything works. I've bought from Lennar before. In fact my first purchase was in Rosena Ranch. From that experience to this one is night and day. Honestly, back in 2011 when I purchased the home in Rosena Ranch. It felt like they just wanted to sell as many homes as they can. It was a bad experience from the beginning. For example my house was broken into the first day I got my keys by the contractors. I can say that because some of the items that were taken required a special tool that the crews only knew about. No one did a walk through with me. Can't argue with that statement. Service has been great. Issues quickly corrected, Amazon's service was amazing.

Slow to complete the small things that were incomplete at the moving day. Please be ad vice that was promise at the walk true day. Has been 4 month that we moved in and still waiting for some things to be corrected. thank you !!!!!!

Wonderful easy experience all around.

1. After our purchase we had a excellant walk thru. The only discrepancies found were by the Lennar employee, and they were superficial. We were trying to move in early but had to wait the one week requirement for the builders to fix the discrepancies found, with out a way to waive them. It seems your requirement to have a pristine built house needs to have some flexabillaty, like a waver signed by us to forego the discrepancies. 2. We purchased a home outside the security gates. So, as compensation Lennar installed our rear landscaping. The landscape included a sidewalk down the side, from the garage door, and along the back to the rear patio. On the back the sidewalk is against the house where the natural gas stub, electrical and water are installed, for out side use. With the sidewalk and gas stub in that position it makes it useless to add on, like an outside kitchen. It seems that the architects from Lennar's home builders and the architect for the landscapers should talk. Thank you, respectfully Larry Papke ... More
