My loan officer was great, he was their every step of the way. After the sale John reached out and checked on me. Jessy was good during the walk thru but became unresponsive after the sale was final. I did not like the fact that the house I had a contract on was still been used for site tours. No walkway in the front of the house, you must walk in the grass rain or shine to get to your front door No gutters on the house bummer. The grass was installed in the winter you have more dirt than grass present day I have all weeds. I was given a water hose for irrigation. We are in 2025, and ...

Well it took me 3 houses before I got the house I have now. The first house the loan officer was asking me about my Zelle saying I owed Zelle and I even got an inspection for the house that Lennar sold while I was getting all my information together. Then the second house I didn’t get because I didn’t want the high interest rate. So the third house I got because they already had all my information and we closed quickly. But I really wanted the first house. This is my first time buying a house and the salesperson didn’t give a house gift. It seemed that she want interest in making sure the ...

Beautiful Home - Jeff went above and beyone

Overall I love our new home and everyone who helped in the process was amazing. Jeff was great to work with and was very responsive to all my questions and requests to view the home. I don't like the fact that the layout for the driveway was changed a few times from what I was told it would be. I know that Jeff did all he could do to help and that it was out of his control.

All good except Mortgage Company

I have been pleased with my Lennar home, with minor exceptions—the Refrigerator was an unfortunate choice which I tried unsuccessfully to exchange for what I wanted. I did buy a new one for $1200. The toilet paper holders were practically unusable. I replaced those for less than $100 including labor. The experience with the Mortgage company was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

All staff from various departments were friendly but there were so many involved that no one seemed to know what the other departments were doing. All staff were responsive wmexcept for one concierge Hanah who often did not respond to requests. I joked with the manager that Lennar should be paying me a salary as I had to do so much work in coordinating staff between departments. It wasn’t at all seamless or efficient

Experience in rather disappointing, but since I have bought it there's no choice. For instance, any addition or modifications can only be done by their 3rd party contractors or warranty is voided. When contacted 3rd party for addition, they are charging 3 to 4 times higher.

Home Buying Experience Review Our home buying experience was a mix of positives and frustrations. On the positive side, the lenders were excellent—responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the process. Customer service was also great, addressing our questions and concerns promptly. However, the workmanship and attention to detail in the home itself left much to be desired. We’ve noticed several quality issues that should have been caught before closing. From minor cosmetic flaws to more concerning construction oversights, it’s clear that quality control was not a ...

Lennar single family home in the Villages of Nobles Pond, DE

Since Lennar is a production builder and gets their building materials all put together most of the walls are not plum. Craftsmanship of the trim pieces (mop board, quarter round, and door trims) are below average because they use a lot of silicon to hide the imperfections. A positive note is that the term "Everything included" is nice and is something that other builders don't include.

The buying process was smooth and easy, but I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the quality of the home. We’ve run into several issues, especially with sand in the pipes, and were told this will always be a problem unless we install a filtration system—which isn’t exactly cheap. Honestly, that seems like something that should have been included from the start. On top of that, the carpet quality isn’t great, and one of the rooms has something melted into it, causing a bad odor. It’s been frustrating to deal with. On the plus side, Lennar has been pretty quick to respond to most ...

Decided to purchase an investment property in Florida and settled on Oak Hammock in DeLand. Our salesperson (Madison) was great with offering us up a deal we couldn't refuse, and Lennar overall offered up a quick and (mostly) seamless 3-week cash close which we were happy about. Their closer, Kristen, was very on top of things up until the close. Closing process was quick and trouble-free and very much appreciated. As far as "issues", they were relatively minor, however, unresolved issues have taken the shine off the overall experience. The keys to the house were sent to another development ...

I think the sales agent was nice but the process which I’m sure is trained feels rushed and forced. You are not allowed to review documents. It’s sign and make a down payment. Will not be my last purchase but will definitely use a realtor or attorney going forward. Same thing for ky walk thru. Never got to noir or green tape so refused to sign for the walk thru. 2nd round although I taped half the tape was still up and not touched up. Overall I’m still happy with my purchase.

The experience was unacceptable from the start. We were misinformed about multiple important issues by the salesperson. The homeowner orientation was a joke. Noting was explained to us . When we asked about operating the pool we were told I don’t know I’m not a pool guy. We were given no information about how r trash was handled. Essentially nothing was explained to us.

After the contract is signed and the first deposit is made Lennar's customer relations is poor. Every question was basically answered with the same response, "You signed the contract and there are absolutely no changes allowed by Lennar." For over 1 month I visited the construction site weekly and little of nothing was done. Materials sat in the home and yard but little work was accomplished. Lennar could change the closing date but the customer could not even request a closing date. Lennar said they had a new Quality Inspection that would take 1 week. A walk through with the customer and ...

New house quality is poor

During the inspection before the house was delivered, we found that the concrete floor of the garage was cracked into spider webs. This is not what a new house should look like. We understand that the concrete cannot be dug out and re-poured after it is poured. We just asked for repairs until the floor looks crack-free. But your staff was perfunctory. They simply applied a layer to cover the floor. But the cracks in the concrete are still clearly visible. When we communicated and negotiated again, your people threatened that if we did not close the deal, they would confiscate our deposit. So ...
