Very nice home for the money.

Can't say enough about how great the Lennar process was for me. Everyone was great to work with from start to finish. This was my first home buying experience and I was dreading it to start because I've heard nothing good about it from others. Mine was completely different! No pressure and once I decided to purchase it was smooth sailing with the sales reps, to my mortgage rep (works directly with Lennar builders), to my orientations with the construction management team. A++++++ for service and bang for my $'s!

I absolutely love my new home. But as new new homes there is always a few things that need to be addressed on a punch list. Once I submitted my list it was taken care of immediately! Along with follow up to make sure I was satisfied I can’t say enough about the Lennar team they are professional and show concern for any issue you have and they follow through to make things right. Best move I ever made

Happy with my purchase

Phillip in sales was very knowledgeable and helpful. Manny our repair and inspection guy is outstanding I liked Gene at the mortgage company a lot. He makes sure that we know he is available and we always get good answers from him. One negative point is that the whole "online application process can be pretty intense for people who are not computer experts. Thanks for everything.

Excellent neighborhood with great amenities. Lennar staff is amazingly responsive. Victor and Josh are always a phone call or text away. The home itself has been excellent.

I love my new role in our home! From the extras that are built in such as the blinds and the plumbing for the soft water system to the quality of craftsmanship I am very pleased!

We have been extremely happy with our home. The responsiveness if there has been a problem is quite fast and efficient. The one time we needed to report something, it was taken care of quickly and professionally.

We have had the greatest experience buying our home. From the minute we stepped into the community we were greeted by David. David did an amazing job showing us tons of available homes after listening to what we were looking for. On the last home he showed us, he assured us this was going to be the one we fell in love with. He wasn't wrong. Our home is everything we were looking for and are so thankful David went above and beyond to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted. We strongly suggest looking at the available floor plans and really find what you are looking for. Purchasing a home is a big purchase that you want to love for years to come. The whole process went so smooth the first time buying a house with no issues

We purchased our new home in February, and have been very pleased with our purchase. The home as with any construction project like a remodel required a few minor touch ups. The difference is the Lennar group has been very willing and quick to fix any issues. I highly recommend Lennar as a builder.

Just look at the little extra's Lennar does verses the others.

Quick response to needs. Friendly and Professional.

If you are located in Reno Nevada, there is a lot of hew homes going up and you will need to wait about 3-4 weeks to get your mailbox key from the USPS if you have a community mailbox. Go the post office immediately to apply for they key and in the mean time have the post office hold your mail. Yuo will need to go in every few days to pick up your mail this way until your key comes in.
