The builders completely missed our change request order, had we not found it ourselves by driving by, it would have not been caught u til too late. This happened twice during the build. And don’t even think about trying to use their financing company, most unprofessional and joke of a lending company

We love our house, but I’d never build with Lennar again.

From incorrect colors and finishes to horrible, dead landscaping and a completely unresponsive contractor, we loved the process but were left with a home that was not exactly what we picked nor what we envisioned.

Lennar has changed the beginning of recreation building 3 times. The also can't control the contractors who block driveways, blast music all day and toss garbage on lawns daily.

Lennar - Lennar rushed us to close at the end of the month but the house

Lennar rushed us to close at the end of the month but the house was not ready. I gave 1 star on craftmanship because we have so many issues. Tiles are not level, trim work is poor, lumps under carpet, upstairs floor uneven, just to name a few issues.

This was a terrible experience and I will never recommend someone buying from Lennar. The houses will sell due to the location but overall. Worse experience with Lennar and communication and lying.

Holes in my backyard

I contacted a Lennar representative about the holes in my backyard caused by the landscaping company. Customer care stated that someone would be out to correct the problem three weeks ago as of today 9-16-25 nothing has been done.

Do not use Lennar agent or lender!

After showing interest in the property our Lennar agent would not reply or answer any of our questions. It was almost impossible to get a response and even delayed our closing date. Our Lennar lending agent also lacked urgency in a market were rates were fluctuating daily. I wish we would have had better communication because the process caused a lot of stress and anxiety in a time when we should have been excited and celebrating our new home purchase.

Cheap floor

I can't believe Lennar is using such a cheap floor. The engineered hard floor is sooo thin, a decent LVP is thicker than that. We only moved in for 1.5 months, some boards are already cracked, and lots of them are buckled up. I would rather they just leave the cement floor so that we can install a real engineered hardwood floor which will last for many years. For this current floor, it will not just cost us more to remove, it will be very dusty. What a disappointment!

Buying with Lennar was a nightmare. From start to finish the process was a circus. By the end of this adventure I was ready to pull the plug and start back over with a new builder. 100% would not recommend Lennar.

Quick & shoddy work.

Although Pam, my sales rep, and Des, my builder rep did their best to accommodate, it’s obvious to me that Lennar’s puts profits over customers. No blinds or even towel / to racks. Lawn is embarrassingly awful. Kitchen island crooked. Kitchen countertops amateur job. Light switches in random /stupid places. I have 3 Lennar homes now. Won’t do it again.

Horrible purchase. There was nothing good to discuss in terms of me closing on my new home. The only good thing to talk about was that the warranty people were great at responding to issues because they had to see me many times in the first month of purchase. On the other hand, for my blue tape inspection, they simply removed the blue tape off the wall and did not paint over where I asked them too. Lack of communication on her part was ridiculous! Started buying process 8/24 and was not informed about a project manager until home was 6 weeks from being COMPLETE! No one called me for any inspections (drywall) of which I wanted to be included in. The only way I found out anything was that I went to the house EVERY weekend since August and made a list of questions and had to contact her for answers which took days for any response. EverBe is an amazing community and really glad to have become part of it. However, the journey to get there with Lennar could have been so much better. I love my new home BUT the process was not pleasant. The mortage company was not very good. I was told multiple quotes as to how much I was going to need for closing. My closing date was a nightmare, the Benito and (the other woman s name I can't remember) were not great.

Tough Process Leading Up to the Purchase

They built the different house than we requested and signed up for. We wanted a 5-bed not a 4-bed house and found out they did the opposite to a neighbor 3 doors down which leads me to believe they just got the plans mixed up. We didn’t find out until the final walkthrough and the closing process was disjointed and took longer than it should’ve. The initial sales rep was great but everything after that was a struggle at best. The after care team has been good though.
