Would absolutely not recommend. Cut corners at every possible turn. The material used was as cheap as possible and absolutely 0 attention to detail, to the point they messed up the install of several appliances and little things like the electrical outlets aren't even flush with the wall. I’m not happy with lennar’s policies. First they show me different color when house get ready then it’s color was totally different which I doesn’t like. Their designs I doesn’t like. This is probably the last home I will purchase with Lennar. The entire experience was extremely frustrating, once the initial agreement was done with Lennar, I had a terrible time getting any response from the sales team or the finance team. They had six to seven weeks to close the loan that was done through Lennar finance, however I got CD an hour before the actual closing was scheduled. The whole Lennar experienced was a disgrace. Lennar did not communicate well with other Lennar employees which made my experience a bad one. From purchasing, workmanship, and responsiveness have greatly made me put this business at the bottom of my list, due to the fact they don't care about their customers, nor timelines to get things done. Highly do not recommend anyone ever buying from this company cause they are really just out to get your momey.

I have been in this building for a month and we have an electrical issues with the breaker since the beginning of the closing. They have already changed the breakers 2 times and it has not solved the issue there is still a problem. It hasn't been a month, we have a leak in the sprinkle system which caused us to have a large amount in the water bill. We also just had a problem in the floor lamination. This really frustrates me to the point where I have to fill up a different warranty claim for a different problem every single week.

The microwave was not installed for our inspector to check it. They installed it last minute and left 2 screws out and unaligned. They didn’t let us blue tape the house and A LOT of the issues we asked to be fixed just weren’t. The construction manager worked by himself to fix those and we had to come back the same day to approve it. Overall, the quality of the home is not good. Do not buy with Lennar. The title team and construction manager is unorganized, push your issues to the side and never acknowledge or resolve issues.

Unfortunately, we had the worst service and now can’t get anyone to help communication by sales rep and managers was awful I am waiting still til today for Greg to call me who is hire up in sales it’s been death ear on top some one after paying homeowners insurance hippo cancelled insurance due to Lennar agent requested it very bad service all the way around had to live out of hotel with kids lost 2,500 was told I would get reimbursed and never did guy sold me a home he wanted and we had no choice than to loss more money

1. We expected Lennar would install top soil and follow SAWS guidelines when planting it, as Paul Canyon is served by SAWS. Instead, in less than 48 hours, our grass died although we watered it following SAWS rules. 2. Lennar sales representative sold us the house assuring us that the sod would be planted to the fence and later we found out that was not the case. She either misinformed us or plainly lied.

If I could go back I would have never bought a Lennar home. To start they act like they throw all these extras in when in reality all the homes come with them. When I walked through the home the first time there was a beer can on the kitchen counter (screams quality). You could fill up multiple pages with the amount of repairs they had to make initially. Of course now that I’ve closed I find things pretty often that were poorly done and now it’s too late for them to repair it. The carpet is coming up in a lot of the corners, especially the stairs. We are two months in from when we closed and I still haven’t even received a call back from our loan officer with answers to questions I had from when we moved on! I can say the only decent experience and people were Ana and Sharon who also tried to help. Brand new home had a broken truss that had to be repaired. Was informed that the HVAC system had been installed on the wrong side of the house, which it still is. According to the construction foreman it won’t affect the system. Hope he’s right. Inferior lumber used throughout construction. Terrible drywall prep and painting throughout entire house. Lack of Communication is a big problem with Lennar

Sales person difficult to get in touch with. Did not return calls. Warranty issues were identified as being completed but were not. I took possession of the home and there was paint everywhere-both inside on the tile and outside on the pavers. The counters were scratched AFTER I did the walkthrough. When asking questions or for help I at times just got no answer. Also, expected the same home as the model but many things were not included. There was no discussion or information about this. Too bad for you is the attitude. I would go elsewhere.

We are not first time home buyers and we did our due diligence to make sure we were pursuing the best possible purchase available to us, but Lennar made the experience so horrible that we will never purchase another property through them again. The day before closing I showed up for final inspection to be told the house was not ready and I should have been contacted by sales. No one could tell me when it would be ready.
