Low quality build compared to Phase 1

Lennar really dropped the ball on Phase 2. Quality of everything was lowered yet the price increased. Phase 1 had GE Monogram appliances, open rail staircase, finished garage walls, tile roofs and the same was expected of Phase 2 considering the price increase, yet Lennar closed off the staircase, switched to Frigidaire appliances, and unfinished garage walls and asphalt shingle roof. Higher end finishes were also shown online but none of these were included in the home. Noticed many work that was unfinished after moving in. Good thing we have the warranty for a year, but you would think for ...

There is no changing anything, very thankful I was able to purchase my own home but hindsight maybe I should of looked around first. Garage door cracked while trying to install a security lock, inside of the drywall facing windows had to be repaired before blinds could be added. was told I would receive 1 tree in the front and two in the back just to find out others were told the same but the two in the back would not happen even with emails and text correspondence. now I'm coming up on week three waiting on the HOA to give the permission. no faucet on the backside of the house of which I ...

The construction manager for this development either doesn’t know what he’s doing or he doesn’t care!! We have caught him in falsehoods (many). We had are home inspected and the multiple things that were bad were not addressed (yet) and we were told that they were amazingly well had our inspector take a second look and it wasn’t addressed on our home and sadly the construction manager still has a job. I would say it’s a fluke but we purchased a villa in this same neighborhood and same experience with the same construction manager

Some really stupid decisions on products

Let’s see…a 55+ active adult (retirement) community (old people) where the house thermometer is so small you can harder read it. Makes absolutely no sense. A front door that is 8’ tall which means you must purchase a customized screen door to fit. Super large, oversized garbage and recycling cans with no where convenient to store them.

So the walls feel like primer not paint. The kitchen and bathroom drawer slides are not centered. Not the craftsmanship that we expected in a new home. Overall, just a lack of craftsmanship.

Good price paid not so good warranty

I paid a good price for this home but I see many of the materials us3d to construct my home are poor or low quality that will not last more than 4 to 5 years like the exterior siding made out of compressed wood not cement hardy bia4ds. I also see loopholes to avoid some warranty repairs like trees that died 2 weeks after purchase date etc. Overall, good price but I will not buy a lennar home again. Thank you for the survey

The home I got it’s not the same as model house! So many details they are not finished. The builder used the cheap materials. For the 2210sqf I paid 471.۰۰۰in my Neighbourhood paying a lot less!

Lennar has cut multiple corners in quality. They have done an abysmal job in leveling the lawn. The house finishing has multiple rough finishes. They have door a very poor job in closing out the gaps inside and outside the house. I would expect a lot more if I am paying more than 600k for a house.

Overall, the home buying experience went well. Every person was very professional and courteous. Thumbs up to the employees. My house sits in a smaller subdivision. The lot I am in contains a very large Cotton Wood tree that should have been cleared by Lennar. The tree’s branches have already caused major damage to the small house next to me ( also new and has not sold) and resulted in one side of the house having to be rebuilt. If anyone from Lennar reads this please advise whom I need to contact to address the removal of the tree and leveling of my lot. When I asked about the ...

I had very good opinion about Lennar before buying the house. After seeing process and the way it was constructed. My feeling is construction quality has reduced a lot. Also major concern is addressing the identified issues. The team is closing the issues with out properly addressing which is not fair.

The quality of these homes are horrendous considering how much they cost. The materials used are horribly cheap and the finish carpentry is ugly. The attention to detail is nonexistent.

After living in the home for two weeks, I feel the craftsmanship of the home was done very cheaply and very economically for the Builder. Materials used as far as fixtures are the cheapest Builder grade they can get. With fixed windows in most of the rooms, other than bedrooms where you need to have egress in case of fire. Cabinet storage is very sparse and the garages are very tiny. This is kind of on us. We should’ve looked closer before our purchase. Lack of use of three-way switches is very annoying, having to return to a far away switch to turn the lights off and then walk through a ...

I’ve emailed and called several times and spoke with the builder to get the cover for a sprinkler head that is missing. When we did the walk through it was documented and they said it would be done by the time we moved in, it’s been over a month and there still isn’t any communication on when it’s gonna get done, it’s very frustrating that once you purchase a house from lennar it feels like your concerns are put to the side and that’s not good for a company to promise these things and here we are well over a month with no response. Very disappointing to say the least.

I looked at home. The price was 403K there was some fraud found on my credit report, so I had to take care of that took me about 2 to 3 weeks to take care of my credit report called my agent again and wanted to put an offer on the same house. Within that period of time same house was $10,000 more Lennar Holmes have no sympathy on people like me who had credit compromised and found out by accident

Received an overall beautiful home by Lennar. We were able to see the home as it was being built and check in on it periodically. At one point we noticed a giant in the concrete subfloor behind the fridge and asked our homebuyer concierge Cary Krepelin how this could be fixed. She said she relayed this information to the build team. Unfortunately we were unable to check on the status of this hole until we moved in and the flooring had already been laid on top. The foreman Robert told us this hole was covered with flashing..... which was a complete lie because we removed the flooring and ...

In the beginning stages of the home buying process I was appointed Sabrina as my home buyer concierge. I was informed I would contact her for any of the home buying process and needs for scheduling and working the process. Working with her was very unprofessional. I called her multiple times for different issues such as scheduling and trying to confirm dates and times for things such as the blue tape walk and closing date. She was unresponsive to multiple phone calls with no intention to call or respond back. She texted me one day after calling her multiple times in the morning and said ...

Home buying experience was amazing everyone was very helpful. After we bought house and moved in we noticed a lot of issues with things missing and appliances damaged. We would put in work orders and then they would respond with “ contact manufacturer for warranty,” even when it was builders fault for issues. The builders left a lot of things unfinished we had to get them to come back and fix. Phillip the project manager to a different community has been the most helpful. If it wasn’t for him we would not be very happy with our experience with Lennar.
