Please keep away from Lennar. They tell you one thing and then do something in the back. When questioned, they say, "oh my mistake" etc or delegate that messaging to someone else. No one really takes responsibility for the mistakes.

I just bought the home and the appliances needed to switched out abs a bathroom leak started. All of this is putting my property on pause for a month due to lack of builders attention and appliances are the worse!

Lennar builds decent homes with functional floor plans, but they have no scruples and will keep on smiling while they ignore any request you make and any obligation they have to create decent communities. Their sales agents were unhelpful and unresponsive, their main office staff were rude, and they sold the houses on BOTH sides of me to an investor who’s now rented one to people who are violating our city occupancy limits. To be honest since day one I've been having bad experience with Lennars Home from the day I gave my deposit until my closing date plus things that currently have not been fixed when I was advised it will only take a week after my closing date. Just unacceptable.

My experience was horrible since we felt were forced to sign on a house that wasnt to our liking. I had a better experience with KB homes then Lennar. I expected more from Lennar since theyre "BETTER" then KB homes but my experience with KB was excellent compared to Lennar. My home feels like it was slapped together just for us to sign and move in.

Poor experience. House built poorly. Still finding garbage everywhere they put the sod down over garbage I had to pull roof shingles out from underneath my lawn. Very disappointed.

Long story short, 47 days after closing on my property I am not able to move-in due to several deficiencies that violate building codes, industry standards, manufacturer’s requirements, and/or required building performance standards as identified by a structural engineer. A week ago, the county issued a correction order. Lennar Homes knew of several deficient areas prior to settlement and still forced me to close or lose my deposit and closing costs ($80K). I have owned over 20 homes through out the years and this is the worst experience thus far . I have been in the home over 6 weeks and still with a lot of unresolved issues . The last issue that happened yesterday is that they came to replaced the masters bedroom carpet and in the process they damaged the frame of the closet door and even forgot to put it back in it’s place . I will have to spend another day from my business schedule to wait for work men again. This is just not acceptable and the list goes on ….

Based on my personal experience and some of the fine people I have met in the neighborhood I wouldn't recommend Lennar! The home buying experience should be a joyful time in your life especially your retirement home and they took the joy out of the process and turned it into a nightmare and they can't give that back to my wife and I no matter how much the eventually try to correct the poor workmanship and fit and finish.

I was forced to close the house on 11/30/21 just so that Lennar can report the sales before year-end closing. Closing was originally scheduled for online and later changed to notary. Signing was done at 11pm EST on 11/30 which was completely unreasonable. Sales/title company were unresponsive; lack of proper planning/communication (as everyone was overwork). The whole street is not even available on google map. All the houses around me are still under going construction. Rajmani is the only one that's responsive and be able to provide great service.

AFTER we moved in we found MANY cut corners and issues of rushed or shoddy construction standards BEHIND appliances, still unable to get RING DOORBELL and security system set up, when you buy a NEW home this should not happen, during walk through notice front door needed to be painted now it doesn't hang right and is difficult to lock. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My wife and I fell in love with Lennar's models and neighborhoods. The construction quality looked pretty solid as well. That said, we ended up going through 4 Lennar Realtors. Each worse than the last: we caught them lying, they'd yell at us, even manipulated the contract without our consent. There were several grievous actions we'd observed from the realtor team. When escalated to the regional manager, he only advised that perhaps I should get some education on how the home buying process worked. My personal realtor and I were dumbstruck by this response. I would never purchase another Lennar Home again. The buying experience as well as the structural issues we faced were appalling and costly. The lack of communication throughout the process was the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Our 3rd party inspector released a 35 page report of everything that needed to get fixed, replaced, upgraded, re-wired or replaced before we moved in. The house flooded 2 days before closing. The exterior of the home was not was we seen or expected on any signed docs, models or brochures. Overall the worst buying experience for our first home. THE WORST!

The process was not what I wanted to experience for buying my first home. I was pre-approved for a loan went through the process for a walk through of the home. After the walk through was told did not qualify. Alternative loan (non Lennar company) company was great. For repair of items in home takes multiple attempts or extended period of time for reply.

Absolutely awful home buying experience! There was zero communication about delays or the building process. The home was not ready for our walkthrough. Closing was moved multiple times with little to no notice. We attempted to contact customer “service” and NO ONE responded. Would not recommend Lennar as a builder. The entire experience left us disappointed and took the excitement out of buying our home.
