First, the good. Lennar's model homes in the Emerson Palmer community in Henderson look great. The bad...the house we bought was NOT built with the same QUALITY as the model homes. Blame it on the pandemic, supply chain shortages, and worker shortages I guess. But the construction and quality of the house were terrible. I hired a home inspector and he found over 50 defects both inside and outside of the house. Always is somebody else in the company to blame. The seller agent offer incentives and sign them on a contract and then is a corporate problem we can not fulfill them. The lender blame the seller agent then his boss go sick then the lender is on vacation. Then the warranty agent blames the builder the builder blame the workers then nobody answer the phone then is something else. If Learn something about Lennar is they always excuse themselves with somebody else. But when you work for the same company. Me as a costumer don’t care in which department you work. Never again

They Call It A Brand New Home.

The model home we looked at was absolutely stunning. We were told that we would get the same quality as the model home. That was COMPLETELY 100% not the case. We purchased a brand new home that looked like it was a 20 year old remodel that someone let there brand new employee with no experience do. I will say Kyle the construction manager tried but there was little he was "allowed" to do to correct the issues. Unexpectedly dirty house at the time of sale.

House was very dirty at the time of sale. Many items were not finished. Still lots of trash under the deck. Basement was left unbelievably dirty. People were mopping the floor with dirty mops in front of us during final walk through. Lennar tries to rush in the sale of the house, but don’t really care about the quality. Really bad experience to say the least.

We had problems before we even signed the contract. We should have taken that as a sign and not have went through with it. The communication and respect has to be most disappointing part. I had a terrible experience as a first time home buyer. Lennar proudly keeps saying they have very high quality standards which are no where near match with the output of these homes. This review is a redo of the previous one. The system did not like that I said the truth about the transaction. All my words were decent, grammatically correct and in formal tone. No bad words were used. Lennar is not the best company to buy a house from. They are border line on breach of contract for the product that they give. Complaints are never satisfied.

Lennar is no longer the company that use to be. The quality of their new homes is truly sad to see. My issue can be summarized in one sentence: Brand new home with a huge leak on the roof! Probably the worst consumer buying experience in my life. I have bought many new homes, from many different builders and the lack of professionalism I experienced from this home builder goes beyond description. I'm so over my Lennar home purchase fiascos that I'm just done even mentioning it anymore. I will never.... ever.... ever.... spend my hard earned money on another Lennar Home nor will I ever recommend them to anyone I know or who inquires about my experience with this builder..

I did my walkthrough a week before my closing day May 25 nothing of the list to got fixed. Cabinets unfinished not install still waiting next appointment is July 18 hoping they can do the job. Garage door is bent, they fix the rails but the door still bent. Electric problems got fix July 5 Plumbler finally fix July 7. Lennar's customer service is absolutely horrible. The responsiveness to customer issues is non-existent and no one seems to care that the home you are moving in to could be your place of living for the next 20 years or so. They seem more concerned with getting you closed and signed, your money in their hands then they stop responding to you. Slight issues are lumped in with major shortfalls in the construction and their response is, "it could take up to 90 days to resolve your issues".
