Loving the new house. Lice layout and good value for the price paid.

I was amazed at how quickly the process took in buying my new home. There were a lot of moving parts and if I got confused or had questions I was always directed to the right person to call. I love my new home!

Everyone was great. My realtor, my loan team, even the construction manager that stayed in the area to make sure everyone got their questions answered and concerns addressed. Absolutely wonderful to work with

I was very satisfied with the sales people and the closing process. Lennar has this well organized and very easy for the buyer. The home is solid and everything works well. I have owned twelve hones, including four new builds. My Lennar home has had the usual minor items that needed attention: things like trim paint on the ceiling, a minor door adjustment and some caulking that was needed. Trent and alyssa, my Lennar contacts were always plesant, responsive and cooperative in meeting my requests. My home came as a plain vanilla house. I spent the extra money to paint the interior with top quality paint instead of the builder's grade paint that came standard. 22It now looks fantastic. I also upgraded the kitchen cabinets with nicer doors and hardware and top quality appliances and I am very pleased with my new custom-look kitchen. Overall, I am satisfied with my new home and think it was a very good value for a large home on the water. I like the club house and fitness center. There were some concern areas but they were quick to assist.

From the beginning of the process with Damen the new home consultant, the experience with Lennar was excellent. Rodney the Loan Officer explained and delivered all necessary paperwork for our application approval. David our Quality Assurance guy was able to assist with our concerns prior to moving in. Once we moved in we noticed a couple of items of concerns and notified Ken the Customer Care Representative. Ken communicated with us immediately, stopped by to see the issue and contacted the appropriate person. He then followed up to make sure we were satisfied. The Lennar warranty team was really responsive and great at communicating progress. I would recommend a professional cleaning prior to closing as their floors had several adhesive marks that took multiple cleanings to remove.

From start to finish, other than me having to learn to Docusign process went very smoothly. All those representing Lennar were very kind and compassionate even when I had my many questions. Looking to spending time in my new forever home. My sincere thanks to All!!

Benjamin was wonderful. Extremely knowledgeable. The staff is a true asset to Lennar. Especially Trent. Get's the job done. A true winner to your company. No matter what the situation is he is always pleasant and extremely helpful follows up and makes sure the job is completed and done correctly.

Excellent response to warranty work

From the beginning everything has been great from Eric and Kimberly working as a sales and loan team, they made sure everything was in line and easy to navigate. The house itself was built well, there are still some creaking in the floors upstairs I need to submit a ticket on, there's been several little small things from trim around the kitchen island breaking loose which I just gorilla glued them back as it's just as easy for me to fix little things like that. There's a few spots in the walls we're screws are visible that weren't before, possibly from just living in the place because they were not there in the walk through, again ill submit a ticket on those as well or just let them be as it's hit or miss noticing them, it's shadows and lighting effects. My biggest complaint has been the yard and grass, the sod was laid with no water and died, the replacement sod was cheap and thin, it was rushed, the yard is undeveloped because of it and water puddles between homes and it's swampy after a rain. No rain and it drys out in a day or two. So it does drain just poorly. I've just been sowing grass seed myself trying to get a lawn started with the dead sod with thin centipede grass. It's green but thin, the neighbors around me have nice lush yards, but myself and the 2 neighbors beside me have dead spots and sod lines were our sod was done to quickly before there was water and replaced with cheap sod. Still Lennar built a sold home, it's just little things that come with being a home owner. If you expect perfection then you shouldn't be buying a home because even the Rich Folk have a Maintenance Team when they buy a New Home. As I said, besides the little things that are bothersome but not hindering, we love the home and the community, Our neighbors are kind and friendly, People in the Neighborhood are always walking and waving, saying Hello as they pass. We are still in a construction area but it doesn't affect the life of the Community as People are active in the community, you see cookouts, exercising, food trucks pkus the pool and playground are busy with fun and laughter. Jeniffer in our office was excellent. Peter in mortgage was fabulous. Jonathan in construction was informative.

We moved within our community from another builder to Lennar. We were interested in moving from a basement to a slab home. Your Dover model fit our family's needs much better. Our salesperson, Ashley, was super. Professional, friendly, always patient and willing to answer any and all questions. We are still settling into our new home but so far everything is wonderful.

The entire process was flawless! Everything went so smooth everybody was great to work with And we are super happy with our new home! Thank you everybody for everything you’ve done at Lennar!

All of the staff at Lennar made my first time home buying experience less stressful and easy.

Lennar is a great builder and they take their time to walk through the builder process with their customers.

Overall comment is more than satisfactory dealing with the entire staff from the sales person to the financial process.

Great building, Straight walls Good flooring, Excellent response to maint issues

I would choose Lennar 1000 times compared to any other builder again and again! Trust Lennar whenever you want to become a homeowner.

The house is really nice. You can tell some of the contractors just rushed the job and do not take pride in work. For the cost though it is worth it. For example, where the driveway meets the garage door is not level, there is spilled concrete in the driveway and near the garage door. Door hinges and screws are painted rather then be tape off when painted. All little things though.

Everyone I delt with within Lennar has been great. Michael was great when he was showing me all the different models of homes and neighborhoods I had to choose from. The experience of buying the house was pleasant. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a small electrical issue and I used the app to put a request in on the warranty and an electrician was here the next day to fix it. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly.
