After looking as so many home builders from DR.Horton , Pulte , Meritage ,GLHomes and a few others we decided to go with Lennar , Why? Because Lennar builds the best homes and gives you the most incentives that any other builder can offer . Lennar staff is very friendly and always willing to help you and answer all your questions and concerns . We had the pleasure to meet and deal with Vanessa at the Enclave , Meadow Point IV and afternoon she showed us the house we knew that it will be our home . My experience with my very first home build at Solana in Gilbert, AZ, was painless, thanks to the reps in the sales office, the mortgage company they recommended (Eagle), and Gerry and Todd on the construction side. Their patience with all of my questions, and then answering them in a way that made sense to me, lowered my stress levels during the home buying process. The finished product met my expectations - new, functional, charming, in a great location, sound quality - yet exceeded my expectations at the same time. Thank you, Lennar team, for all you do!

home is beautiful, l love it, but there landscaping could use some upgrades, trying to put backyard in, its hard as a rock and full of rocks and cement when you dig, to much bark in front, it just hides the bugs, watering system all wrong, look at the neighborhood, most have removed the plants because they mostly all died, upgrade that part and u have a house that cant be beat!

I love my home. It was priced great, the construction is well made, and the customer service is quick to respond. I highly recommend you buy a Lennar home.

This is the 7th home I have owned and by far this was the best experience from start to finish. The quality of the home construction is also great. Best home I have owned and great folks to work with.

My new home has a great floor plan and the community is fantastic.

Whether is workmanship, monetary value, trust or response to issues Lennar has been a five star for us. Throughout the buying phase and after moving in if issues come up, Lennar's response time is excellent. We are pretty satisfied customers.

The liaisons to the customer makes all the difference. Ours was stellar.

I have worked with Amber at the Hudson and she was very professional and responded to any issues that arose on my journey. Amber walked me through the process with genuine care and she responds within an instant; she made me feel as if she was there for me. Her attentiveness to my questions and concerns made the experience very manageable. Everyone should have an AMBER for their home purchase.

We are in awe of our home. It is phenomenal! Great value, quality and we had a perfect experience with Lennar. From Debbie (sales) to Adam (construction) to Sarah (finance) to Peg (warranty) ..they were all FANTASTIC! Their communication with us was excellent. We have never experienced this with other home builders. We highly recommend Lennar at Whispering Pines!

This was the 7th new home we have purchased and by far it was the easiest process from sale to closing. The sales agent was knowledgeable about her product, the builder was on top of every detail before I could point out. I think the most important part is service after the sale. It seems that a lot of the time after you sign on the dotted line you don't get much response, but Lennar's customer service is excellent. Every concern has been addressed in a timely manner and rectified to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Lennar.
