I thought people were unfriendly and at times dishonest. They submitted a form with a forged signature to the title company. The buying process was very rigid and not flexible. You are better off buying from a private property then dealing with lennar

Of course you don’t want last names.. everyone would give the same negative review for the same pitiful construction manager Aaron. There’s not point going on about my experience with Lennar, no one above cares to fix their problems. I just hope EVERYONE I share my experience with turns away from Lennar and saves themselves the headaches! Listen to your friends when they tell you stay away from a Lennar home!!!

Constant issues and lies

Initially I was very excited to build my new home with Lennar. That changed rather quickly. My closing was delayed over 6 months. When issues were discovered during the final walk through I was threatened with a daily fine if I did not close. There are items on the punch list that have still not been addressed almost 2 months after closing. I have contacted multiple people by phone and email and there is still no timeline on when the issues will be resolved. Overall I am very disappointed with the process and I will never recommend anyone buy a Lennar home.

Multiple Service Request. Electrical, Irrigation Leak, Plumbing Leak that flooded the complete home. Newest Service Requests are Roofing Caps browned off and Mortar joint missing the Mortar. Only been here six weeks and have been living thru warranty repairs the whole time. Finish paint and caulk is very bad. Three different doors that need adjusting or weather stripping.

Purchased two townhomes in Lakewood Ranch. (Lorraine Lakes) Sales Rep for Lennar was completely unprofessional in his approach. Craftsmanship and customer services has gone by the wayside. Their a production builder and apparently hire anybody.

Overall, not what I expected. Sadly, Lennar was once a decent home builder, not any longer. Lennar are now all about the bottom line and keeping shareholders happy - a production builder! I owned a Lennar home in Wellington, Florida and Colorado. Both were decent homes. This home has been pulled apart within the first month of closing. The drywall removed to correct simple issues. Ones that the superintendent should have addressed during construction. I love the layout of the home but the level of workmanship leaves much to be desired. New buyer experience

During our closing day we walked in on painters touching up spots. The new home experience was completely taken away from us and nothing was done to make it more memorable. Most recently, as we started planing our basement work to finish our basement we realized that the water heater was placed just in a random spot that takes away square footage from the future bedroom. The reps told me because the house came with an unfinished basement the water heater can get placed wherever . It would be nice to have the water heater moved or be compensated for losing square footage.

The whole buying experience was horrible. Once I moved in I found so many issues with the house. The AC drain line was not connected so there was water damaged and the dryer vent pipe was not put it. They had to cut the walls and fix the water damage and it took a month to fix.

My kitchen cabinets are still not finished and I have 13 cracked travertine pool times that are cracked, also on driveway paver is cracked. I should not have closed when I did. I trusted and never again

My home buying experience was loaded with delays and disappointments. The quality of these houses is also not very good. I would look at moving somewhere else if I had to do it over again.

Probably the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. When you complain about it they basically tell you to close or they will fine you. It has been almost 2 months they still haven’t fixed drywall, paint, tiles, cabinets. James, Kyle, Stephanie all bad. They want the sale and that’s it. Kyle has to be the worst. Took go through the house and see the terrible job and put a stamp of approval is terrible what they do to the consumer. Lennar is extremely unresponsive and quaility of work is poor. I would never buy from Lennar again. I just did a walk-through with BTI Parnters at Marina Pointe. Their attention to detail was night and day comparted to Lennar.

Overall very bad experience!!! I never ever recommend to anyone to buy Lennar Home and whole team is sucks! They play lot of Gimmick to buyer. Worse Sales Team , always delay in response and then same word every time " sorry" , I forgot! Mortage Team is same and be like , I don't care. If you have q's!

Agreed to buy home at $30k at 3.99%. The morning of closing they changed rate to 4.79%. Have made 7 warranty claims in 3 months. No windows in back of home that open. Cracks in the ceiling. The underwriting process was awful.

Shoddy workmanship

I FULLY REGRET MY PURCHASE. Overall the look is great, but when you look closely at the workmanship it is very shoddy. Shower stalls with tops not finished or caulked, major skips of caulking in showers, uneven & very noisy floors, steps that are slopped from boards with major cracks (which were attempted to be covered with caulking), boards cut too short and filled in spaces with caulking, first floor is VERY COLD, temperatures as low as 46 degrees, chips in all shower stall floor pans and in tub, cabinets not adjusted correctly and hit into walls & appliances, damaged appliances, ...

WORST EXPERIENCE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Let me just say the only person that helped in this whole transaction was Celia. The worst experience was Lennar Mortgage (Christina Z), will NEVER recommend this lender and especially Christina! Dave the "walk through" guy was horrible!!! We never got a proper walk, unless you call a 6 minute walk proper? We were left figuring out how to work everything and search for instructions, still don't have the a/c warranty after asking more than three times... Still going through problems from lies told by Lennar. NEVER WILL RECOMMEND THIS BUILDER/LENDER!!!!!!!

The closing process was a disaster. The house was not complete by the closing. I moved in 2 months ago and still trying to get things fixed that were noticed at the walk through prior to close. I have been disappointed at every step of this process.
