The experience was great.

Great team helping complete our home for closing. Any issues after the sale are promptly addressed by the community representative after the sale and completed by contractors in a timely manner. Lennar is very interested in having happy homeowners. Very good value and quality. We love our Lennar home.

From top to bottom it was a Great team experience. They answered all my questions I had and made sure I was calm throughout the process. My house concierge was amazing until this day if I have any questions she helps me.

While we entered this process preferring a custom build on our own land, when we saw what Lennar was offering in what has now become our new home and community, we decided to go forward with them. And we couldn't be happier now that we did. Throughout the process they were, in addition to other important qualities, honest above all with everything - their construction of our home and what they could and could not do, the schedule for every step (which was met throughout), their answers to each of our questions, their collaboration with the other entities involved (our agent, mortgage lender, title agency, etc.), and every other aspect of the process. And the final result has been even more than we had hoped and expected. I'm very happy & satisfied with our new house we purchased from Lennar. Great quality for the best prices. Our house plan is amazing, good finishing, love the paint colors Lennar uses & our after purchase experience is great! Can't ask for a better builder & sales experience. I would highly recommend Lennar!

The repair of the central heating unit was very successful

Lennar is significantly better than most of the publicly held national builders. Very responsive, good quality home and they think of just about everything that you need in your home as part of the Everything Included program. Very good builder.

My experience with Cindy was great. Answered all of my questions and also gave me some pointers. Great company.

Loved every aspect of the homebuying exp

We are not new to the home-buying rodeo, in fact, this was the 4th home we have bought since 1985 and by far, buying with Lennar was the best experience we have had with any other builder, or at any price-point. When we approached the Lennar home rep we already had 2 other builders about to work with us, but Lennar beat them both by calling us on our way back home while I was driving to get us prequalified, what a pleasant surprise! It was close to 11pm and the Lennar rep stayed with us all the way until he got us qualified! We also had a firm deadline to move out of our previous home, and Lennar magically got us approved AND closed in less than two weeks, I am sure no other builder would have done that. Every single Lennar employee who assisted us on this journey was immensely helpful and professional, and somehow they were able to offer us better pricing than the original quote, and in record time. I’m so excited that I bought the new house at the McLeod community area. From the beginning to the end, it was flawless process from the loan officer to the closing. I haven’t seen anything change from the commitment standpoint since I bought the home. I’m very happy with the community and the people who live there.

Overall everything was great. Starting with looking at homes till the last ste moving in.

I'm shocked at how easy it was to buy this property. From the first time I stepped into the home through the day I received the keys, my experience was incredible!

Nice solid build. Builder did a great job. Nice neighborhood and location. Good value. Got a great deal at in November end of their fiscal year. I did get a private home inspection before my walk through and they addressed everything in my report. I am very happy with everything. I would reccomend Lennar builders. The home also comes with a warrenty. And dont forget to register all your mechanicals and appliances that were included for their warranties as well.

May second lennar home and the process this time was just as easy as the first. I will add this home was built a lot better than my previous home (Covid years so things were crazy) great experience fast communication and great price and location. Couldn’t be happier
