The cabinets are not solid wood and quartz is a 1/2 in instead of normal 1 inch

Some of the workmanship is rushed (lots of paint on my floors and dirty doors on the outside)

Overall purchase experience was positive. We love our new home! Landscaping seems incomplete in some areas of the neighborhood, including some dead shrubs and trees. The neighborhood is still under construction, so we are waiting to see how it will look in the end and if landscaping issues will be addressed.

From start to finish, the Lennar team was incredibly helpful and transparent. They kept me updated on all current developments and made sure to respond timely to any questions I had. After taking possession of the home, I found a few issues that needed addressed. The process to request support was easy and the items were addressed with a sense of urgency.

A great process for us as first-time homebuyers.

My experience with Lennar was costly, chaotic, and disrespectful. What should have been an exciting home-buying experience became unnecessarily stressful due to poor communication, changing expectations, and problems surrounding the closing process. Although I ultimately closed on my home, the experience leading up to it left me deeply disappointed in how the process was handled

I recently moved into my new home, and unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. Within just a few weeks, I faced a serious plumbing and drainage issue, with brown water backing up into the bathtub and the toilet becoming blocked. I was also disappointed with the lawn and sod installation. The sod appears to be poor quality, with noticeable gaps between sections and several areas that do not look healthy or properly installed. I understand that no new home is perfect, but I did not expect to face these issues so soon after moving in. I hope the builder takes these concerns seriously and improves both quality inspections and post-closing support. ... More

The process has been seamless and the staff has been very responsive with addressing any issues or concerns.

Quality expectations were not met. Easy to see corners were cut to save material or time. One example is the shower where you can see the tile edging is not a single piece but two, even though the length is roughly 3 feet. Almost 1/2 inch grout lines in a shower are absurd. New home delivery clean was basically just a wipe down of counters and a quick sweep. Blinds and any other horizontal surface has tons of dust built up and required deep cleaning. Can easily see dips/bows in walls where it is not truly square (or just follow floor tile lines and see the thickness change across a wall). If it were not for having to move into the house on final walk through door, we would pushed back on many issues. ... More

Lending process the worst of anything I have experienced in buying homes over the past 50years. My son lives in the house so he would have the other rating categories.

The house we purchased was in horrible shape when we did the walk through amd there still some issues that need to be fixed.

10/10 experience. I toured my first Lennar home and closed within 30 days. There was clear and timely communication. Multiple communication touch points. I was fully aware of the process, expectations, and my responsibilities and risks throughout.

I had a smooth experience from start to finish. Thanks to everyone who helped make this possible.

This was my first experience with a new home builder in searching for a home. The sales agent was very knowledgeable and interested in our needs in the education process and the selection of a potential home.

Overall it looks good

The only thing I think they need improvement is the loan managers I had to give my personal information numerous times. But on the other hand, I was very impressed with the building manager he kept us abreast of everything that was going on with the build, and any item that I found doing the move-in process. They responded quickly to rectify the problem.

Very good experience with sales team. Construction work is fine but left cosmetic defects.

The sales side was great! Adam was very responsive, Mike is awesome and very responsive, Our home wasnt ready and had to rent an air bnb and pay an 11k addl. expense patty was not very helpful

Poor communication and return contact . Lack of options in selecting such things as counter top options, colors, low grade ( builders grade ) interior items such as light switches , cabinets, appliances etc. cheep bathroom vanities ( no side drawers, )
