The main Electrical panel board is of poor performance, it should of been SQD like the other homes I am an Electrical Engineer and we stop using EATON for this reason, as I continue to have issues, including the water heater is poor quality

Salesman Excellent! Builder: TERRIBLE!! {garage entry door, garage door, island structure, kitchen sink, granite, baseboards, tub, bathroom sinks, landscaping lawn] We are very unhappy with the kitchen cabinets they have issues with the finish and currently one of the outstanding issues in our home. Cheep quality cabinets

1. The kitchen and bath cabinets are low grade quality. 2. The kitchen and baths grout was not sealed. "Sealer should be mixed with grout when installed." - This Old House. 3. My wife and I came to the house to check on the progress just after the QA walkthrough. There was blue tape all over the outside of the house. We assumed this was the findings, and thought that by the walkthrough time it would be handled. Then the walkthrough day came. My experience with Lennar was okay. Being a first-time home buyer, I did get a pretty good deal. However, going through the loan process was an eye-opening experience. Lennar mortgage was very demanding and expected me to drop everything and get what they wanted done immediately. I also felt like it was somewhat of a high pressure sale on this house. The area is hard to get to. If there were better access roads to major highways. My work commute would be cut by at least 10 to 15 minutes. I really hope that Lennar is working with community planners to start opening up four lane roads ...

Highs and lows through process with Lennar staff, was provided incorrect information for lot and I caught the error right before signing contract. Staff responsiveness has been inconsistent especially following closing. However, I love my home but the community has debris throughout my phase, so hoping this stops as construction wraps up.

My experience with Lennar wasn’t the best. The buying process was very stressful and underwriting was the worst. I have bought other homes from builders in the past and the process was smooth. But Lennar was ridiculous requesting the same documents over and over again. To me it was lazy on their part. Then we move into our new home you would think that they would have cleaned it for the new home owner. Absolutely not paint drops on the floor,sticky substance on floors that you have to get down and scrub by hand. Very frustrating you buy a new home and you walk into a home that is dirty

This whole experience has been just okay. The Lennar mortgage company gets negative 5 stars from me, but I think this is asking about the building experience. The realtor at the sales center (Misha) is AMAZING and the mortgage group was good. However, the after care was spotty. Response time was good for any service calls, but buyer beware - once you do your walkthrough, they aren’t responsible for some things such as dead landscaping. We also had some trouble with our garage door opener and the tech said it was the cheapest model available. The interior doors are hollow and the handles are cheap. Salesman was excellent and helpful beyond initial sales effort. He was the best. Some items from walkthrough weren't addressed before settlement but since my time was limited, I had no choice but to proceed. They could've done better but it's acceptable. Online process might have been helpful but was burdensome, confusing, and poorly conducted when timing was short. And there was no support so buyers have to work through it via trial and error, repeat, repeat. It was awful.

Had to repeatedly ask for some issues to be fixed. One BIG issue remains - we have drainage issue on our street where water and mud is sitting and not draining. All that mud is getting into our garage. I reached out to Lennar about this issue with ZERO response from them.

Home was not move in ready. Too many workmanship issues. Plaster, concrete and paint stains on garage and back patio. Paint stains on floors. Interior was not clean.
