Our first home, smooth sailing since we signed!

Lennar has been very attentive to every little thing I mentioned. They had the issues corrected very quickly by very kind, polite people, ie: HVAC company.

The entire was seemless to be honest! No significant unforeseen issues that could not be solved.

The first person I spoke to was Valerie. I gave her my budget and I told her the house that wanted and to please get me in my house!!! Casey began with my loan docs and got me into my home in no time. I’m grateful for the team. There were extremely responsive and respectful.

I have recommend everyone to this team when looking for a new home. Even after we bought, the construction manager Kevin is there and willing to answer any and all question we have. Just recently purchased a Lennar townhome in Myrtle Beach,SC. Everyone from Jen the sales agent to Michael who did our final walkthrough was superb and very customer-focused. I really could not be happier with the service i received. Sorry, for the less than perfect score for quality, ask me again in a year!

Everything was easy, from the home buying experience to the closing. The staff at the title company were phenoms!

We had a wonderful sales person. Everyone was very helpful and still are. The closing was almost to easy. Would recommend Lenner builders in a heartbeat!

Experience was smooth and well organized.

The experience has been positive overall. A small water leak was dealt with promptly. No other issues so far with the exception that the final inspection still hasn't been done, and three city won't turn on electricity in my name. Lennar, though, hard continued to pay fort my electricity in the meantime.

Thoroughly enjoyed working with Ana and Mike. Good humans.

This was our first time home. The experience was pretty good start from booking to closing . Lennar not only takes care of you at every step of the home but also makes sure that you are settled happily .the service request are also taken care in a timely manner . Happy with my decision
