Quality issues especially with the electrical components of the home. Fuses blow every other day and at the moment, our electric car cannot be charged because the 220V plug does not bring juice to the electric car charger. Its an every day task to go out to the garage and reset a fuse that tripped in various rooms of the house. The final delivery of the home keys was ridiculous. It was at that point, we as a homebuyer were nothing more then a commission check for the Lennar sales agent. We were rushed into buying a home and selling ours at a lower price then we wanted. We were told if we weren't under contract within 2 weeks that our interest rate would jump from 5% to 7.2%. A week after we got a contract, lennar was advertising 4.5%. The upstairs is hot because dampners went set correctly and my furnace/AC leaks in the basement

The experience was horrible, our realtor Kem was not good. He did not do a good job. Lack of information and communication. Things were half done in our home. If we could go back we wouldn’t buy from lennar.

Company reps had no concern about customers, only keeping on schedule and selling a house. Build quality was not very good. Final cleaning was non existent. Company did not respond to issues we brought up on our final walkthru, only their own. Would never recommend them to anyone else

I will never recommend buying from Lennar. This company is a joke. The communication between the construction crew for walk throughs, the agents, and the loan officers is so laughable. The construction is crap. During the first walk through, nothing was cleaned up and the inspection couldn’t be completed because of this. More things were broke between the first walk through and the final walk through but Lennar didn’t want to fix it, because it wasn’t on the original walk through. Poor Workmanship and fake promises

I was sold one thing the day of the contract and delivered another on closing day. Walls and ceiling look like waves. Unfinished walls and poor customer service.over 2 months after closing no solutions or repairs.

So far the only good thing is ,it was the cheapest home that was available. The longer we live here the more areas we see where the builders cut corners, did quick patch jobs or even tried to hide the errors made rather than fix them. if you have an issue there's a whole lengthy process to get it resolved. We were made promises that were not kept, discovered trash that had been poured over with concrete because they were too lazy to pick up after themselves. Honestly, I would never recommend nor purchase another Lennar home. The only positive experience was my initial walk thru 2 weeks prior to closing on my home with Lennar associate Beth. From the very start with Lennar, my sales personnel, Jimmy Zaid kicked off the negative experienc but his constant lack of communication, And most importantly empty promise of purchase price. CRACKS CREAKS AND NOISES NO COMMUNCATION

There is no communication between Lennar and the homeowner with informing them the work is going to be done in neighborhood examples sidewalk being poured ,backfill of dirt on property, installing asphalt driveway, and sod installation. We selected Lennar because it was building homes in the area we wanted to live. No other builders really had inventory in our our price range and timeline. What a mistake! Worst experience I've ever had. They were late completing the home. The mortgage division is incompetent. They cost us thousands of dollars due to their mistakes.

The only good experience about this entire process was Jean and Kim. The lender was a terrible experience. The builder started out nice but after the close didn’t really care anymore. Still waiting on promised items. With me buying the flagship house first one on the corner at the entrance of the neighborhood you would think I would be the last client you would want to treat bad. Your reputation is on the line and word of mouth is everything.

Buying a home from Lennar is like buying and RV. Once you buy it your salesperson drops you like a bad habit. Arthur our salesperson won't call or email you back and then when asked about he states he tried but I wouldn't return his call. which is a bold face lie. Absolutely horrible experience all the way from the looking at the home to closing. Zero communication within the company, everything is compartmentalized. Straight up will lie to your face. Use FOMO tactics to get anything done. God forbid you call them out on the workmanship and they have to make repairs. Just easier to pay someone else after the process to get your home to where you want to be.

Awful experience! At final walkthrough the house had terrible detailing and the customer service agent didn’t resolve. It’s one thing before you close and another after closing! Lennar practically abandons you after closing and you have to resolve through warranty, which is an impersonal online unfriendly and confusing process! I will never again buy from Lennar! You shouldn’t either!

A 1500-unit development with no onsite sales manager. Sales department was not organized on what is going on with the development. Construction personal are drive by superintendents, that let the subcontractors do what they want without supervision or direction. Lennar's in field creed is to pass all mistakes onto the service department. Building wasn't finished during walk through or closing. Hats off to Maria Vasquaz of the service department to finish off the buildings and do it efficiently and make many homeowners happy.

My experience with Lennar has not been great. Short of the woman who assisted me as my homebuyer concierge the experience has come up short. Things started off bad after the walk pre purchase walkthrough. I pointed out many issues. Then when final walkthrough came I showed up to the appointment and notii nouns had been completed and then they said they would complete the items and send me pictures. Lennar tricks you by telling you that certain things are included, items are installed to code, floor plans, etc. Then you find problems with everything. Lennar - Actual experience Window coverings (shades) included - not on all windows. Electrical installed to code - so far lights and outlets were found that did not meet code Painting will be complete right after walkthrough - it’s been 2 months and still is not complete Standard windows - that don’t open (imagine your smoke detector going off every time you cook) We will leave the spare tile for you - did not leave spare ...
