The roads are so narrow when the construction team comes in they block my driveway and for som reason don't park alongside the cub near the house they are building! The junk yard in the back of my house is louder than I thought it was going to be.

Great workmanship and material. I only have concerns about how the backyard was slopped so water doesn't sit on the lawn. The lawn has eroded because the downspout drains 3 feet from the patio porch instead going all the way out of the yard. I can hear my neighbor going up and down the stairs. I can also smell when my neighbors smoke cigarettes; it moves through the vents. There is no natural sunlight that you get in the front of the house because of the design, no windows in front of the town-home.

Our House title was to be titled to our Trust. The information was given to the Lennar Salesperson. We learned after our closing, that our house deed was not titled to our Trust. We were told that the Salesperson left his position, abruptly, and left unfinished business. This caused considerable inconvenience and expense on our part.

Moved into our brand new house and eventhough all my issues, and there were many, (from sewer back up in plumbing, garage door stuck in open position, HVAC heat/cooling system not producing heat, toilet water leak, and water heater elements needing replacement) within the first three months of moving in. Not a pleasant experience.

Lennar delivered on time and communication was exceptional. The people working for Lennar are great and were very responsive to feedback and requests. The selections of materials are limited which I understand is why they stay on budget and on time but they are not wearing well showing use after less than 6 months. The quality of the cabinets, carpet and hardwood is low. There is little insulation in the house and the house lives very noisy with significant noise transfer from room to room and floor to floor. We love our view and the layout of the house is great but we would hesitate to ...

I gave the overall buying experience only 3 stars because the closing date was postponed several times. When the actual date arrived I was nervous about closing because there was still a long punch list of things that were not yet completed/corrected. But I'm glad we went through with the closing. The wonderful foreman and sales office make up for the sloppy workmanship.

The main Electrical panel board is of poor performance, it should of been SQD like the other homes I am an Electrical Engineer and we stop using EATON for this reason, as I continue to have issues, including the water heater is poor quality

Salesman Excellent! The house itself is beautiful but be ready for there to be paint and mess everywhere! They say they’ll clean it but dont! The team is a mix, some were amazing, others literally didn’t care. I can only say the best things about Nico who showed us the homes. They put an oven with a KNOWN recall in the house! Still waiting for them to get that fixed. Our neighbors have had the same issues one even getting carbon monoxide poisoning! The dishwasher doesn’t even open all the way. I wish they’d just replace them but right now we are in the loop of them ordering parts..

The placement of the internet cabinet is highly inadequate. Lennar Architects should collaborate with their IT department to ensure proper positioning of the modem. The cabinet is located at the far end of the home, resulting in poor signal reception at the other end. Furthermore, CAT 6 cable was installed throughout the house, but it was not extended to the furthest room where it was most needed. Additionally, this is a 55+ community, but the architects did not consider this demographic when designing the home. For instance, the air filter is installed on the ceiling and requires a ladder ...

We looked at models that could be built with a basement. We put a down payment on it and watched as it was built only to discover much later that unlike all the models our house contained entry stairs both from the garage and front porch. We considered this a bait and switch until we found out none of the sales staff knew there were stairs. It’s unfathomable that a 55+ community would make a house where all access points have stairs. The sales and contract signing went smooth. Good communication and followup. Maria and Wes were great. All downhill from there. Communication was lousy...Was almost ready to cancel. Request for additional financial information was never-ending. Closing was weak at best.....just rushed thru the numbers. After closing..on to the new house but the keys were given did not work. In summary the front end gets an ":A"....the back end gets a "D" and I am being generous. Thanks for providing a review process.

This was a frustrating experience with the construction team other crafting of the bathroom, the painting, and the quarter round. We had to hire painters to repaint due to using flat original paint. We are still waiting on the landscape team to fix the sod that laid on the ground un watered for several days. Delayed response to issues, and several times we were not told the whole truth. We love the house, and the open areas. The warranty team has been responsive and professional.

It's pretty frustrating that they go over everything with you at the walk-through 2-3 weeks prior to settlement. It is impossible to remember everything especially when doing it by yourself. They should give you a book. Certain apps are renamed but can't remember what they said the new names are. Two months later I still haven't registered my hvac unit because all the QR stickers are just part numbers.
