Buying with Lennar was a pretty easy process. The separation of Lennar companies was a bit difficult to navigate I.e. Lennar construction, Lennar mortgage, and Lennar sales.

If you are okay with sinks being installed crooked, being lied to about what materials the home is made of and poor workmanship amd minimal insulation....continue the process. Bottom line...if you are looking for a cheap home you will get what you pay form they are responsive during the warranty period but no guarantees anything will get fixed. Honest review. I do like the communtiy I live in. The people make it worth it.

This was my first home buying experience and Lennar made the process seamless! Everyone I worked with through the process was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent craftsmanship on the home. Highly recommend Lennar!

Don’t rush into the purchase. Know the HOA rules before committing to the purchase. Example. Trash can screen was required for home without garage but was not told that by the realtor or sales rep. The screen costs an additional $500.

I agreed to buy this house for $200,499 from Lennar but when I received a letter from Penny Mac the new loan company , I noticed that the price had changed to $207,115 without receiving a notice or explanation . I tried to reach out to the lennar loan officer but hadn’t received a response as yet. Please give me an explanation!!!!

Dealing with the loan underwriting was a complete nightmare ! I almost gave up and was willing to give up the deposits totaling $9,000. The system at Lennar is very poor! I was told I was conditionally approved only then to be told that I needed to provide more and more information causing us to postpone our original closing date. I am afraid I would NEVER have a good word about Lennar Mortgage. In fact I would advise them to not get involved at all costs!

The first person I spoke to was Valerie. I gave her my budget and I told her the house that wanted and to please get me in my house!!! Casey began with my loan docs and got me into my home in no time. I’m grateful for the team. There were extremely responsive and respectful.

My overall experience was pretty good. My sales consultant Debbie Huntley and finance Michael Vera made the experience the best. However, the pushiness of the house walkthrough consultant was not appreciated as there were a few last minute things needed on the property before closing. Seemed more of a push to close than making sure the client was comfortable with the process.

Lennar Homes got the cheapest materials and contracted the worst workers. They are in such a hurry to build, build, build, with no attention to details. And to try to get something fixed (in a new home) after you close, good luck!

I love my new home BUT the process was not pleasant. The mortage company was not very good. I was told multiple quotes as to how much I was going to need for closing. My closing date was a nightmare, the Benito and (the other woman s name I can't remember) were not great.

Over all slow response from Lennar mostly and not much helpful,Lennar needs to be better in customer support and home construction quality, though David helped me and I really appreciate it.

The electricans came in, did a little test to confirm the problem n fixed it right away, done n out in 10-15 min

I would go through Lennar builder, mortgage and home owners insurance again!

Great company and beautiful home

Everything was good until we closed on the house no communication after! Do not buy!

I found it extremely frustrating that the walk thru time is dictated by lennar and not the buyer. I asked them to send me a calendar invite and was told " we don't do that". My experience with david weeklyvwas amazing and they worked with the buyer. Lennar has a very military like feel to the home buying experience. I wanted a different front door and was told no, I wanted different colored cabinets and was told no. " we at lennar don't do that" is what I was told. In my humble opinion Lennar is a turn and burn company in regards to their buyers. Lennar just cares about the sale. However my driveway is too steep and I filled out a complaint online and a gentleman named Josh contacted me the next day which exceeded my expectations and they are fixing my driveway. But now I have to buy a new front door on a brand new house, I have to buy brand new cabinets on a brand new house. None of this happened with David Weekly, the buyer was in control and valued. ... Tried very hard to make things right even though house had numerous problems at closing

It was an awesome journey through out the process from find the best fit plan for our need till closure. Since this is my first time experiencing the process of owning a home, it is memorable. Thanks for the support from Lennar team.

Lennar made everything so easy. Ken and Danny were always available if I needed anything. Now that I’ve moved in I just love it! Beautiful and well constructed home with absolutely gorgeous landscaping throughout the community.

We love our home and will ultimately make it ours. However, Lennar could add a few things that would make the buying experience better. For instance, towel bars in the bathrooms, cabinets in the laundry room and pull-out drawers in the kitchen would give the buyer a much better experience by meeting their basic needs. It would elevate Lennar's reputation as a builder. Otherwise, they have been great to work with.
