D. was great to work with, communicated very well and responsive. We closed over the Christmas/New Year holiday period. Due to the holidays and staff on vacation, closing was difficult. Avoid selling or purchasing a home during this time window. Our agent worked hard for us and need to pass on a thank you!

I would definitely suggest looking a the home prior to purchase, that ble tape walk thru is a MUST DO.Make sure you get it in writing that house will be CLEANED prior to move in. Make sure that you get it in writing that AFTER they place sod in your yard, they will come back and clean the dirt/mud mess off your sidewalk and driveway. There were just things that were left unexplained, and still aren't clear. This is a HOA neighborhood, so you'd expect to not have solicitors, however, for the first 15 to 20 days after closing, you will be bombarded with AT&T, security system, vacuum cleaner sales, water softener, solar panel, etc sales people. Walk right past the NO SOLICITORS SIGN, don't wanna talk I'm not interested as an answer. I was so aggervated trying to unpack and move it from the solicitors. Just do ypur homework, be picky, make them have follow-up, because if you let 1 thing slide they definitely know you are giving in too easy. ... More

I didn't realize how bad this really was but the concrete work and trim work I have seen in this house is some of the worse I have seen. Holes in the concrete were sloppily patched. There is sloppy touch caulk all over the base boards. I think it also would have been beneficial to offer at least blinds. A new house without any privacy until you get the time to install them is really annoying. This would have been a minor addition for a builder as big as Lennar.

Great experience. We also used Lennar Mortgage and Rebecca was fantastic! Some very minor things at inspection before closing but the whole team was responsive, professional, and really took care of us and still do during the warranty phase. Dakota the construction manager is amazing and always helpful. Brandon in the warranty department is all over it. Sure I’m leaving someone out but the whole team made it a pleasurable experience. I would use Lennar again in a heart beat! Love my home!

It was one of the easiest home buying experiences. I have owned multiple homes and this was so easy! It went great! Everyone we dealt with was great!

No honesty about the process, constantly giving incorrect information, a lot issues with the house. It was a nightmare of experience.

We own a Lennar home in Las Vegas that is well built, with quality materials and great attention to detail. We have been so sad to see that what we expected here was not what we got. It appears that the company saved a few bucks on the bathtub, the carpet, the trim and countless details. I spent a lot of money to have the garage textured and painted... something I expected from Lennar since my Vegas house had that. We love the porcelain tub at our house there and hate the cheap fiberglass one we got here with structural cracks in it. The fit and finish is so cheap we will have to be replacing many items soon. When half of our electricity went out, including our refrigerator, on a Friday night, we were unable to reach anyone to help. Our "customer service" rep keeps his voicemail full so that I was unable to even leave a message. The "emergency line" referred me to a phone number that was only monitored Monday through Friday during the day. I had to call in an outside contractor to get the solar system reset and get the power back on the next day. This will be our last Lennar purchase and we will let everyone know what a horrible experience we have had. ... More

This is the WORST house purchase I have experienced. This is a DIY loan and home purchase. There is NO personal contact - everything is done with text, email & e-docs. I was scheduled to close on Dec 9 but because the title wasn’t transferred I closed on Dec 23rd and I was not compensated for all my expenses I paid.

Great Company to work with. Everyone was very helpful with all the paperwork questions I had. They made my experience of purchasing a Home a pleasant one. Buying a Home can be very stressful buy they provided guidance and professionalism in everything they did. I'm very Happy to have chosen them with my house purchased. This is a place I can call Home. I will definitely recommend them. Thank You Lennar for a Great experience.

Too many emails. Shortcuts taken on…wiring, fans, lighting, trim/drywall. Response to our concerns had been positive. Not enough heating/ ac vents around the house…cold spots and hot spots. All personal we’ve felt with have been very helpful, sympathetic, and friendly.

I've been lied to continuously throughout the entire process and it's utterly disappointing that a company this large is this dysfunctional and dishonest.

Maybe a little bit pricey..otherwise it was a great experience!!

The sales rep was very helpful with the entire process. My only complaint with the property is the carpet was not cleaned and the cabinets are low quality so a few corners are mashed in. I am extremely disappointed that the builder decided to add fencing to the entire community except for the first few houses were purchased. What's worse is that although different lots can vary by price, soon after I committed the price of the same model dropped by $20K.

Everyone was very kind to us and quick to respond to any situation. We were all under the gun to perform in a very tight window and everyone was brilliant in how they succeeded in that environment.

We had a great experience with the Lennar team which helped us in closing the home smoothly.

Lennar was by far the best experience as a first time buyer. Always on time and willing to answer any questions. Having a realtor Adrianna to guide me to them was amazing. I 100 percent would recommend to anyone

Overall good experience. Valerie McCarney was excellent and responded quickly to any questions. Not happy with propane heating costs and would prefer natural gas. Some carpentry and painting was sloppy but is scheduled to be corrected.

Made me feel very confident and comfortable and no stress.

During the final walk through we were disappointed as many of the issues we addressed in previous walk through had not been addressed and this was our day to sign for the house to get the keys. We were scheduled for the final walk through at 0900 hours. The superintendent was told it was at noon and was thrown off by our arrival. Not his fault. There was a lack of communication with him by Lennar. We were disappointed as repairs were still in progress while the cleaners arrived. We did not like that parts of the house were poor and shoddy work. And were told we had signed a contract. We had scheduled moving the following day and were rushed to sign for the house. Obviously work was still being done after the cleaners left so the house was dirty upon taking possession. The feeling after closing was “we got your money now we don’t need to talk to you”. Josh the superintendent I believe came back later and installed blinds at the front door that were forgotten by the builder. He was great. Buying a new house should be exciting and seamless. This was far from that. We love our house but wouldn’t think about going through any contracts or signing before the build was satisfactory again. The carrot dangling of a lower interest rate and the expiration of the deal to get us to sign was a complete turn off. ... More

This was probably their easiest sale they had and even though i was very flexible with their demands it was not the same way from them. They moved my closing date without telling me juat days prior when they knew I had my airlines tickes purchased. They promised house will come with fans and it did not. Very disappointed about their service and how unflexible they were. Thwy sold a house so it is all what matters to them!!

Great experience with Adrianne, our sales consultant. To this day, it is so special to see her in the community. She has stayed friendly with us and has graciously introduced us to our neighbors. We had some difficulties with construction following up on items. We were rushed to close on December 31 with several outstanding items; particularly landscaping agreements between Lennar and the HOA. The agreement was for the builder to clean up the "buffer" area between the lot line and the golf course. This took lots of phone calls and follow up from folks that are not part of your construction team. The area was mowed, but the agreed upon installation of pine straw has not been completed as of today. I also was not impressed with the quality of the build. You can tell people were rushed to do their jobs as painting was sloppy. There was a safety hazard with the glass shower that we had to have fixed. The support for the glass was being held by a drywall anchor, and fell out of ceiling pretty easily when the glass was removed. Some other small things that were not considered are; no light in the guest bathroom shower, the master closet door should have been placed to open on the opposite side to provide more working space and no vanity lights in the bathroom are just some of this issues we have uncovered. The appliances are cheap and will most likely have to be replaced in the near future, specifically the dishwasher and washer/dryer. Overall, we are somewhat pleased.
