The repair crew is great but these are very basic townhomes with a lot that could be better. The home buying process was difficult at best and the finishes are low end for the price.

The Ac smells bad after one month of living here I was told I'm on myownfor 800 dollars in repair because the home warranty doesn't cover it. Shop elsewhere.

Good service good deal, good property

In our new home now 5+ weeks and everyone working at Lennar Sale Office Title Company and Construction workman have all been AAA+++ in quality of work in their profession. Yes at times there is issue to address, but Lennar as of now has always addressed and taking care of a problem... THANK YOU...

Sales process and VA application was the easiest I have ever done.

We did our walk thru a week before we closed and we came back 3 times in that week and nothing had been done in our walk thru so the day before closing we went to the office and our girl got on the phone and called our project manager and got them to start working on all the things that were wrong. But the morning of the closing we came back and several things were wrong and I feel like we were dismissed on all of them and then you are stuck because you have to go to your closing. We have already had to have the mother board replace in our heating system and we haven’t even lived here a month. But it took 4 visits to get done. Still several things need to be done but just trying to get settled before they fix the things that should have been done before we closed ... More

Loving my new community , my community is very friendly

Genuinely had a good experience, but the ball was dropped when my walk through punch list was forgotten. Ended up having to move in without issues being addressed like they should have before closing day. Other than that, it was a good experience.

This is the first purchase of new home. The experience was well above all my expectations. From the sales staff, loan officer. Mortgage staff the help was fantastic. The perfect well built home has left me with no regrets.

Jeff provided timely and detailed updates whenever there was an issue.

Scott was very helpful during the purchase. He always answered my questions quickly and made sure everything ran smoothly. Chuck made sure that the house was ready to move in when I closed. Overall, it was a smooth process.

They hoped we wouldn’t notice - the keys didn’t open everything, the handle was falling off the freezer, the garage panels have gaps, more than 5 minutes running water to get hot, and on an on! Been in the house less than a month and already 6 requests in for repairs. That’s after the Lennar construction folks at the walk through told us we would not be able to ask them for repair after our 2 hrs with them! And we have a gate house at our entrance with NO doors for anyone to ever enter it - only virtual! Only problem is there’s a rail fence every one just walks over!

Best home ever. I fell blessed.

Good environment and good price

Really bad coordination and communication.

At first I had a great experience with the seller’s agent… however she left the organization and I lost a valuable contact as the new agent never called me or returned any of my messages. During the celebration walk trough the agent was a bit dry and kept making comments about how her house was not as nice as the one I was buying. She would get annoyed when I pointed out things that needed to be addressed, then the finance processing was a nightmare as I was not even sure if I was going to close until 30 mins before closing. Like used car salesman, they fast talk you to look over and past their work. The cm had no integrity and did not stand by his word. The Sheetrock was poorly done throughout the entire house and even after a month of work still not right.

Excellent sales experience with Agnes and very quick closing

It was disappointing to see that my friend purchased the same house at a lower price just three months later. Our investment decisions are based on anticipated future value appreciation.

I could say Natasha and Phil help me out through the process. They did a fantastic job. Their part was to get me the home get me approved and close which I appreciate and I do appreciate my realtor as well. An outside of all of that, the carpenters, the people that did the texture in your painting could’ve done a better job unfortunately, once when I moved in, I didn’t notice after a week or so the touchups the texture, the caulking, the painting there was a lot of mistakes and unfortunately, I might have to take time or pay somebody to do repairs

We recently purchased a home from Lennar at Sierra Bella at Tesoro Highlands and I’m very pleased with both the home and the smooth process from the start. The inspection was completed before closing, and the Lennar team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. It’s a peaceful and wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to home buyers. Working with Lennar Mortgage was a great experience! Everyone in the process was really friendly. The home is perfect and very efficient. It seems soundproof cause I really don’t hear a lot outside the home with the construction. Perfect for the price I paid.

Closing walk through was rushed, prior inspection revealed many issues, these were to be handled before final walkthrough, yet most were not. “QA” person mentioned he had another appointment and that we needed to hurry up. When pointing out that many previous issues were not addressed, we were asked if we could “live with them”. Back door was missing a hinge pin, making it inoperable, reported this and followed up with a phone call to warranty service, no one ever came out and we ended up replacing ourselves after 3 plus days of no response. Found out today that our garage door is programmed the same as another home in the neighborhood, how does this happen? Quality of workmanship is subpar, kitchen cabinets don’t line up, nor does the surround in the master bathroom. Front porch was skim coated to fix a mistake and looks worse than before, driveway is cracked and joints aren’t cut properly. This isn’t our first home purchase, disappointing that corners were cut. ... More
