We had an easy and efficient experience from home selection through closing. Our salesperson Adrianna and loan officer Jerrod were amazing, and guided us seamlessly the entire way. We had a warranty issue 6 weeks after move in and our customer care rep Jamie took care of it right away. Things happen with new builds and it’s reassuring to know Lennar will take care of any issues so quickly. We are very happy with Lennar and our new home.

Great experience purchasing the. Working with the sales person remotely, she was amazing helpful and completely knowledgeable. We were able to see finished homes in the area of the home purchased. The home purchase was similar. The walk through was informative and given professionally. He was able to answer all our questions.

I can’t over emphasize how much support I was given from the whole team once I toured my prospective home. The initial sales team even offered support much after their part in the purchase was completed. The loan officer was exceptional from start to finish. I also had a concierge that was extremely helpful with guiding me through the final steps of the closing. If I needed help with something I was given assistance literally within minutes. The support was always there no matter how insignificant the issue may have been. The warranty team has been extremely responsive with correcting any functional or craftsmanship issues. My husband and I moved from Suffolk County, New York and are extremely happy in our new home and neighborhood. The house is beautiful, there is so much natural light that you can’t help but smile. We have had a few issues but they were all taken care of very quickly. So happy that we chose a home built by Lennar.

Home is a good value for the price.

This house is perfect for my family,it’s a 5 bedroom duplex carriage with lots of space and in a beautiful&serene location in Westfield..

We have had a few issues after move -in but have been pleasantly surprised as to how expeditiously they have been handled. We have built a few high end custom homes and Lennar has been as responsive these home builders. I am pleasantly surprised that a moderately priced tract home has such a good service team!

This precious from start to fitness has been pretty simple. I did everything with Leonard I financed I got my homeowners insurance. I purchased a home that was already prebuilt enclosed and less than 60 days. It was an amazing experience. Lender was exceptional and so was the sales team.
