Home buying experience was easy to get through. Once we moved in, Rob our Liason, has been very helpful. We have had a few issues with equipment and structural things. He was very responsive and got them resolved in a timely manner

Very good experience in purchasing the new home.

This was an extremely easy experience. The house was pre-planned and more than 50% complete so involvement was little to none...we just watched it get completed. Walk throughs were simplistic and was accomplished with minimal effort. Overall, great experience.

This home is built very well, spacious, no closed in feeling. From sales to finance, things went very well. I like the floor plan I chose; with a blowup bed, I can sleep in every bedroom, and not be disturbed. The garage is oversized, more then enough room to park a Lincoln, and Chrysler (both from the 60's).

From down payment to closing everyone at Lennar were professional, helpful and courteous in a quick and easy process.

A little bit confusing with the multiple finance people that seemed to be involved but everyone along the way was very helpful and communicative and directed us accordingly. Special shout out to Kristen, Clint and Sarah who were super helpful and often went above and beyond to help answer questions and direct me even after the sale. They were the best!!

I was quite happy with Lennar from beginning. There was one hiccup but warranty co stepped in repaired defect immediately.

I wanted to know the interior color of the paint and how to get touch up for nicks and scrapes. The Lennar rep was quick to respond giving me the resolution that I needed.

You don’t need a realtor! Everything can be done online and with the sales office. My whole process was two weeks and that was my choice.

Lennar helped us with our moving transition greatly, From the house searching, to closing on our dream home, everything was a pleasant experience. There were a couple of small defects that popped up after we moved in (2 faulty breakers and a scratch in one of the window panes) but Lennar was quick to get these issues resolved from what was virtually a flawless moving experience for my wife, 1 year old, and I.

The sales team, builders, trades workers all worked diligently to make sure our home was ready for closing and after. Many went above and beyond to please us. The paint job was only satisfactory. The rest of the work was very good. Thank you for making this a smooth transition into our new home.

It was our first time buying a new construction, and there were certain aspects of the process that were unfamiliar, but we were overall happy with our experience with Lennar. I was initially uneasy about the fact that they wouldn't let us have an independent inspection before we closed on the house, but they accommodated our request for a pre-drywall walk through with the builder. They were also upfront about an issue with the air conditioner that was present at the time of our final walk through one week before closing, which was subsequently fixed before we closed. We identified a few issues since moving in (door fittings, a leak, scratches in the tub) and they were super responsive and addressed the issues quickly. we’ve been in our home for a little over a month and so far we’ve been well pleased. It is a simple tract home but we’ve done several adds to make it our own. It would have been nice if there was a loop on the water line to make the installation of a water softener more convenient. The buying process was simple and straightforward al the way through the closing. I’ve reached out to Lennar on a couple of occasions about some small issues and they were very responsive.

Great service and very responsive people. Many people involve to help you with your home buying experience. They make sure you understand the home warranty and have a dedicated person. They have a walk thru to make sure you are satisfied with their product.

We love our home. Lennar has been great. The office has been very responsive to our needs and wishes. We have a one issue to a fix, Rob did not show up but we told he will be here today. The office has been great with everything when we have contacted them. So far Great Company.

After 25 homes, we settled into what may be our last retirement home. We have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive our construction manager, Bill was. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the value was tops compared to the 6 other 55+ communities in the Summerville, SC area we considered.
