House doesn't look or feel brand new, the finish is the worst I've ever seen on a new house, baseboards are all scratched, covered in patches of adhesive and silicon and look constantly dirty. Walls are painted terribly and not completely finished. House never felt clean. I was told very little information on the home, given the face I'm from a different country I was expecting a much more thorough walk through. I wasn't even shown how to operate my air conditioning unit or how to change the filters etc. literally everything is basic and the bare minimum. If you have zero pride in your home, don't care about quality or clean finishes… buy from Lennar. I personally never would again. ... More

I don't need suggestions they promised us. Built in grill never got it didn't finish putting blinds where promised realtor was no help after she got our business she was from a different track of homes and begged us to use her instead of the realtor where we bought the home I wished we would of used the home realtor and not her she could never answer our questions so it was a bad experience all around

Sales person and concierge were nice. Rest of the team is hostile and dodgy on anything you point out, especially our construction manager Casey. Warranty tries to weasel out of covering anything you point out. Workmanship and material quality is low. Will try another builder in the future for sure. It's a home at least, and we were in a hurry to buy, but for $300K I would definitely look around if I were you.

Great exsperience

All the material is good but after you move in the house later sometimes the small seal are not fill properly next to the sliding door n the ants start coming n now dealing with ants issues.

Everyone wants a rating. Lennar is one of the Dow companies that deserves an excellent rating. They made my home buying experience easy. They took care of everything 100% and showed me where to sign. I expected a lot of difficulties and experienced NONE. Lennar is the very definition of excellence!

When we first started with interest Lennars team was very helpful, quick, and responsive. They pressured us with time, and then raised the price saying all prices were going up. After deposit was made, all of the other homes were priced lower. Post deposit, they were not very responsive or helpful. We like our home, but feel like we got taken advantage of.

My loan officer was not communicative at all and cost me 1000 of dollar. He made this experience very poor and not pleasant and I filed a formal complaint against him. I wish there was a way to get reimbursed for the 1000 he cost me smh

Buying a new home is stressful even under the best of circumstances. But the Lennar team was on top of every situation. We went through multiple lenders and tried to close multiple times. But the Lennar team was always understanding and cooperative. Even when there was doubt about the final deal getting done, the Lennar team calmy took the next step and helped get the deal done. I now have a new home that will be my retirement home and I am very happy with the result.

From sales to move in everything has been excellent.

Sales rep was friendly answered my questions understood my needs

Jacob was outstanding as my sales rep. He was knowledgeable, followed up, and helped remove obstacles for me. The mortgage process was very disappointing in that I literally did not know if I had been approved until the day before the closing. This should have been done at least several weeks before closing. Same with the final documents and terms of the sale--they were not available until the day before closing.

I made an offer that was refused, even though the property was listed at that price. The offer was refused. 2 weeks later, I made a less amount offer that was accepted. The sales mgr. lost money for Lennar.

Our experience with this builder has been extremely disappointing, especially considering the expectations that come with purchasing a brand-new home. Several issues were identified and brought to their attention months before closing, including sod that was already dead and needed to be replaced. We were repeatedly assured that these items would be addressed, yet we are now well past closing and the sod still has not been replaced. The exterior of the home also needs painting and touch-ups that were supposed to be completed, along with several other outstanding items. Unfortunately, we have reached the point where we have essentially given up on some of them—not because they were resolved, but because of the constant lack of follow-through. The most frustrating part has been the inability to get anyone to commit to a schedule and actually show up. We have rearranged our own schedules and made ourselves available multiple times, only to have appointments rescheduled or no one arrive at all. Communication without action eventually becomes meaningless. Buying a new home should be an exciting experience, and we certainly did not expect perfection. What we did expect was accountability, communication, and for commitments made before and after closing to be honored. At this point, we feel completely stuck. The home has closed, the builder has been paid, but several promised items remain unfinished with no clear timeline for completion. We sincerely hope management takes notice and makes this right. Based on our experience so far, however, we cannot recommend this builder to anyone expecting dependable post-closing service and follow-through. ... More

Experienced workkers

Was good. People are good to work with.

Homeowner need to be able to choose counter tops, back splash, cabinets, and flooring...even if it is between 2 colors... Front Door seal...can see light from outside. Inside...No coat closet... Outside...no place for trash bin...no storage unit...Not enough parking for guest...driveway only has space for 1 car...Mailboxes should be centrally located...Need back fencing...During my walk through...there was poop in my front and back yard...

LENNAR customer service is very poor! No communication, non-responsive, unprofessional and rude. Bad experience overall!

Lennar is a good company. I find everyone to be professional and friendly

We purchased two homes sight unseen thanks to your representative going the extra mile for us providing lots of photos, addressing our questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. We wouldn't have done this without his help.

Love my house. Lennar made the purchase of the house very easy and the support from everyone involved was very impressive.

I would've given five stars on the first one instead of four, the only thing that was a little frustrating , is sometimes they ask for the same documents etc during the mortgage process, but it was a different person asking each time. I think they could either have one contact person throughout the entire process. Or make sure they pass all necessary documents to each other. To eliminate needing to re-send some same materials. Other than that very smooth. The people were very helpful and friendly.

My only concern so far is the *****. I don't like some of the rules we have to follow. We have no freedom to make our house truly ours. The 3 parking spots makes getting in and out of our driveway hard at times.

too often the builder stopped short of making the home "excellent" vs "just acceptable" and lack of ability to make small changes was a little disappointing

My rating would be based on the entire buying experience they made it easy. They were extra accommodating, and all issues with my home were fixed within days as I still find small little things that take time for you to notice they still have no problem coming and fixing them everything from my AC to exhaust fan to adore that was painted flat white instead of gloss white it takes time to find things and they a responsive to my needs as being a disabled Veteran I don't notice things right away sometimes and I procrastinate, but they don't have a problem with that stuff still gets done all in all.
