House is very nice. So far we are very happy in this neighborhood.

I purchased a condo in Venice, Florida. The entire Lennar team was great! Thank you Denise and Josh, you and your team made it very easy and fun.

The place is amazing and the buying process super organized and easy but some materials and other parts of the house super cheap.

Layne did a great job w sales . I also had clients who purchased and the overall experience was very good. Layne and his sales manager went out of their way to close properties. And your site superintendent Carl was excellent as well. The law firm though very busy with closings really got it together and I was able to get multiple properties closed in a short time . The incentives offered were great. Love the property and community.

It’s like buying a house using your IPhone. That’s how easy it was. Only mandatory in person contact was the signing with Notary. Highly recommend

Ronnie was the first person we met 10 years ago,and we found her again! We’ve been visiting for 40 years and almost gave up.In June of this year we decided to give it 1more shot.We found our dream home at Arcadia! Reese was a great go between as our home buying was happening (he helped secure our freezer as it was delivered to the sample). We are so happy to be here .

Really can't understand why you didn't continue with the fence when my neighbors have one .My mound of DIRT THAT'S SUPPOSE TO SOFTEN THE NOISE IS NOT TALL ENOUGH AND THERE IS NOT ENOUGH OF BUSHES ON TOP OF MOUND SO WHY U DID NOT COMPLETE THE PROJECT .I NEED HELP AND THE DESIGNER DIDN'T UNDERSTAND THE MASTER BEDROOM ON THE HIGHWAY WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA IT SHOULD BE IN THE FRONT I KNOW THERE WAS NO THOUGHT TO THAT

Once we decided on the Almalfi, Ms Yockel provided info about the closing. Since we were paying cash, we needed a little extra time and Ms Yockel helped us set a closing date. A walk-thru with a construction expert occurred prior to close and any outstanding issues were resolved. We feel part of a community with families that we continue to meet!

Our salesman, Alan, was great with showing us homes and explaining features. We found a home that really met our needs. Other than perhaps some sloppy painting, the house has been great! A couple of minor issues have been quickly addressed by Lennar. We are loving our new home and location!

I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. The process was quick, it took 47 days from first contact with the builder to closing! Every person from the Internet Sales Consultant to the building manager were professional and thorough.

Russell, Cody, and Yanzi were great! They responded quickly and were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. The buying process was long but everyone was patient and helpful. We appreciated the orientation meetings since they were thorough and gave us a sense of the highlights and functions of the house. The warranty meeting was also beneficial as we found out the common areas that need attention along with other tips.

Overall we are so pleased with the craftsmanship of our new home. From the materials used to the attention to detail, it is clear that Lennar workers have created a house that we can call home.

Overall a great experience for a first time home buyer.
