Im enjoying my new house

About 6 weeks after moving into our new home, we discovered one of our toilets was leaking, which caused some warping of the side of the vanity and wall trim. My husband put in a request for repair that evening and Chad responded early the next morning. He got a plumber to come out the following day and fixed it, Chad made sure to explain that he had to order a new skin for the vanity and that and the trim would be fixed as soon as the skin came in. Chad and the plumber were very kind and personable, We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a quicker response.

The sales personnel were excellent, very professional but still polite and accommodating. Our construction manager was the same. From start to finish we were very impressed and satisfied.

Sales people were excellent. Very knowledgeable and quick to find answers; They were not pushy nor did they say to us you must decide now because someone else is looking at your house.

Great customer service, responsiveness and attention to your requests.

I had looked at Lennar new builds for 11 months. I had made offers on two other homes. I walked in to my home, and knew immediately that it was THE ONE. The process was extremely simple, and I closed within two weeks.

Good value & location for new home

Great honest and direct conversations and very helpful with purchase pricing under different down payments, terms, etc. Knew my parameters for purchase and made the sale. Wonderful personality and a pleasure to meet!

With a new home build there are items within and or from the build that need fixing and adjusting. My rep Tina has been exceptional in contacting and guidance and solving these issues has been spot on and welcomed. Peace of mind and and appreciation for her, for Lennar is one of the best experiences in home ownership I have ever had.

Fast action and responsible in addressing the issues

I’d like to recognize Parker our CM who did an incredible job following through on issues raised and his focus on the customer. Also, Donna, the loan agent, was just a great person to work with! Both of these folks are A+ in my book…Thank you both!

Good experience from the sale dept. all the way to closing. The warranty team were very responsive to the small details needed..

This home purchase was a very good experience for me. From the salesman Mike to the Loan officer Joel, everyone did an awesome job and everything went smoothly. I’m truly impressed with this experience.

We had a really great experience buying our LENNAR home. Our agent, Lydia, walked us through every step of the process. She was very patient as we measured rooms in all the models. She was very knowledgeable and was a great resource as we chose our home. LENNAR continues to be helpful and supportive after the purchase, as well. The process of getting any repairs completed is very user friendly and the response time is very quick.

I am so happy to buying my new home with Lennar. They give me an excellent price and interest rate including refrigerator range dishwasher blinds washer and dryer and helping me with $10000 with the Closing costs We closing the deal in 3 weeks this was amazing.. I just can say THANK YOU!! I have a lower monthly payment for a brand new house in this 2025

Lennar is a great company. They have great staff. I don’t have any complaints. I like my house.

John did really good work

I am very happy with the experience. The primary difficulties I struggled with, all were technology related. I worked a career that did not include much computer work, effectively none. Everything about this process required me to do something on a new app, or website. I don't even own a computer and that has made the process challenging. Plenty of help is available, but when you aren't familiar, the help is often difficult to follow. If you're in my situation, don't shy away, just be prepared. They will get you through it. Appears to be a quality home, we've only been in it 2 months. We are very happy with the home. They have been very responsive to a few very minor issues we've had.

Walking into the Model Center & being greeted by Sales Consultant Bea, in a warm, inviting & professional manner, made a lasting first impression especially when my 1st stop elsewhere was the complete opposite experience! And, after showing me the homes and finding the one I was set up to contact Lennar Mortgage. And, Miguel & the entire team were all very professional, informative & helpful in walking me through the process from start of buying my new home to finish at closing! And, being my home was in such great condition at my initial walkthrough , finding only a few minor touch ups needed that the builders took care of on the spot I didn’t need a final walkthrough! Fast, great service and easy process

Bobby was my builder and he was great. He seemed to really care about ehat he was doing and if I liked it. He stayed near during my initial walk through and came and asked if I needed anything done or fixed. I have been in my home for about two months now and so far, I haven't found any problems.

It has only been two months and we are having problems with cracking in the walls and nail pops. Caulking is also separating from the walls. The house hasn’t been there long enough to “settle” Over all the house is great.

My 1st home buying journey went smoothly and I can say that Lennar did everything as promised. My experience differs from the nightmare reviews that you might find on different social platforms. The build quality was acceptable and the purchase process was painless. Mind you, it's best yo have done your homework prior to purchasing a new build. Keep your expectations realistic. These homes are made quickly and there may be things that aren't perfect, however, during your walkthrough, you're given ample time to find faults and hve them addressed. The warranty is generous and the smart home features are a good quality of life upgrade. I have enjoyed working with Lennar staff and if my experience changes, I'll provide an update. My experience was great from the sales team all the way down to loan officer and everyone else that work with us. They made everything about my home understandable where I would have no doubts about buying my home. I really enjoyed every thing about my experience with them would encourage anyone to buy with Lennar great team never a bad moment always there to answer any question or problem you have and I love that.
