Overall a very pleasant and modern experience.

I have been having electrical issues since I moved in with garbage disposal, alarm, microwave, and oven. Things turn off on their own. Definitely a strong concern since this is a new home.

We decided last minute to seriously look at buying something. The home we purchased was the last available and the price was a steal of a deal. We are first-time homebuyers and the deals plus experience buying was much different then expected. I didn't have to wait in a bidding war between other buyers, we told lennar we wanted to start the process and the locked the house down for us so that nobody else could snatch it up before we got approved! It took about 30 days from start to finish and then 14 more days until we could move in. 45 days after deciding to try to buy and we moved into our newly purchased home! Also, many people complain about certain builders over others, but to be 100% honest all homebuilders MUST build to a certain standard. The building process is the same the only difference between builders is the features they install. The quality of building is not up to the builder as much as it's up to the construction manager to check quality. Lennar by far has built our home with high quality that is because the construction manager was top notch and did his job correctly! From my deposit being paid until the signing at closing is where my buying experience actually gains most of these 5 stars. My new home concierge was fantastic, greatly helped me navigate my mortgage, inspection, and set up processes. Additionally, my new home orientation walk through with Chad and Cody was fantastic. Both were exceptionally knowledgeable and genuinely cared about my home and fixing (the minor) issues that we noticed in final walk through.

I liked the house. I feel like the trimming paint could have been done better as a lot of it was on the LVP flooring, that I will have to work on getting off. I didn’t care for the pantry layout at all. I feel there should just be a rack against the wall, and not the L shape. It looks bad and it makes it more compact. It would have been nice to have a concrete area for the trash cans as well. The mailboxes are still not ready which has been frustrating. Overall I enjoy my home!

One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the quality of materials used in the construction of our home and trustworthiness. We were delighted to see the attention to detail and the use of durable, high-grade materials throughout. This gives us great confidence in the long-term quality and value of our investment.

Great experience from start to finish. We first started looking for our new home while on vacation 6 months ago and ironically stayed less than a mile from our new home . We actually drove through the neighborhood and said we can’t afford a home here . Fast forward 4 months and we had found our dream home that fell through and our realtor suggested we try Hidden Pines so we came to take a look, as she said there was a home in our budget. When we arrived that home had gone under contract with the previous couple. Damon said he had another house we might like although it was outside our budget, we decided to look anyway. We absolutely loved the home just not the price , Damon told our realtor he would do what he could. The next day we received a call from our realtor that Lennar accepted our offer as long as we could close quickly and used their bank. We went with Lennar Mortgage and they were just as incredible as the rest of the Lennar people we met. We closed our loan in 20 days and moved in. ON GENERAL THE PROCESS FOR BUY, THE VISITS BEFORE AND AFTER THE FINISH ALL GOOD. LENNAR IS EXCELLENT

Great experience friendly staff and excellent value

In life one can be lucky enough to cross paths with a person who is not about self-serving, rather serving others. John fits that description. He worked very hard with Rosa to make buying my final home a reality. He was not so much concerned about his rewards as he had a purpose to help me. He answered every question I had, he had solutions that supported my purchase, and he physically helped when something had not been finished. That character does not go unnoticed. Lennar Homes should be grateful to have a true and sincere model agent when it comes to selling homes.

We love our new home and environment. Fresh air and serenity.

The house is very nice. There were definitely some issues that weren't caught initially but they're happy to fix everything in a timely manner.

Too much paperwork, checking and rechecking but all good after all !

Osborn was just what I was looking for no stairs no yard maintenance close to the club house n pools. My only disappointment is a month after I moved in they raised the monthly dues

Easy to work with. Liked the timely delivery and response to my inquiries and status updates. Great thing is it has everything and ready to move in except couple of minor things like Water softener loop and shower glass door.

Lennar is a great company to use to build your home. They are responsive to questions or concerns and the quality is top notch.

The mortgage process was a breeze. Joel and his partner Jodi made it seamless, fun, and speedy. It was wonderful to work with their personalities are a breath of fresh air. I am also impressed by the way Lennar is managing my complaints. I am adding Josh in Customer Care to my list for being expedient, concerned, and attentive.

Helpful salesperson. Excellent lady that helped us with the walk throughs and had the minor problems fixed in no time.

We began our purchasing journey later in the build process. Colin was our GC through the end. He was very proactive at catching issues and resolving them quickly. He was completely transparent and upfront about what the issue was and how it would be taken care of. He's a real asset to the Lennar company and your brand.

What an incredible experience! TJ was always super friendly and helpful. Vickie (my primay contact for the real estate transaction) was also super friendly and helpful, but also timely and responsive with all aspects of the transaction and any questions/concerns that I had. During construction/delivery, Kevin was fantastic! He was thorough, flexible, and responsive, ensuring I was 100% satisfied with my new home (which I love!). It has been a privilege working with this entire Lennar team...thank you!!

It was a great experience from the start to finish very professional great price. Houses are built with love. I would recommend them to anyone. They have some of the best houses I’ve ever seen and everything is included like they say.

Our new home purchase went very well. The assistance during the purchase was excellent and even better, service after the sale is superb. There are always little things that need to be addressed after the sale of a new build and Lennar had been very attentive to address them. Doug R. is our customer satisfaction representative and he is a customer service expert. Ask for him to take care of you if you buy a new Lennar home in Las Vegas.

Everything was very smooth, from the purchase agreement to closing. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable with their roles. I would definitely recommend Lennar!
