After 25 homes, we settled into what may be our last retirement home. We have been pleasantly surprised at how responsive our construction manager, Bill was. We are pleased with the quality of the home and the value was tops compared to the 6 other 55+ communities in the Summerville, SC area we considered.

Excellent experience with Annika and her team. Seamless integration from seeing the house to close the house.

Our buying experience was very pleasant and frictionless. Having options included and great incentives simplified the process. We received good support through the mortgage application process as well. When the walkthroughs came we found quite a few quality issues which were supposed to be resolved prior to the final walkthrough. When we returned for the final walkthrough, most of the items had NOT been addressed. That resulted in a scramble to get things taken care of, push back from the construction field manager on some items that weren’t acceptable and a delayed closing while items were resolved. ... More

The team I worked with was Shannon, Whitney and Sam and they have been outstanding in every way through the process, from lot selection, best floor plan to maximize the selected lot. Then moving to the setting up the construction process and the outstanding communication with Whitney to keep up to date on progress and key dates. Sam for ensuring the build was executed with expert craftmanship with the materials provided. The experience has been Outstanding Thank you all for the excellent experience!

We had a very good experience in our home purchase! Our salesperson, Tom Ferrigamo was awesome and still continues to be available after the purchase. The title company was very convenient and made the process stress free.

I am happy with how responsive the Lennar team was during the purchase. They kept things moving forward and kept me informed constantly during the process.

Overall the home is great. I have been pleased with all the customer service I have received. The appliances are standard which is fine they do the job

Dominique was amazing! She helped us through the process of purchasing our home. Our celebration review was excellent as well with Lennar(can’t not recall the gentleman’s name but he was great!)

Overall everything was smooth and everybody was very helpful and friendly and professional Museum I haven't had any problems except I didn't realize how fragile the the flooring was and the movie made pools in the floor and then I have little issues with the cabinets everything is working really well

Lennar was quick to send a tech who knew immediately what the problem was. A quick adjustment to the default damper setup did the trick!

It started with a drive by in the Fall of 24, than a site visit where Arthur showed us several properties, condos and single family homes. We liked what we saw but since we were not local, we held off to look around a bit more. Finally in Spring of 25 we purchased the Victoria style home, and construction was complete in August. There were some minor issues, but overall nothing major and Lennar did engage immediately to address things. We have not been in the home long, but so far we are happy with the purchase, the development (Heritage Landing), Lennar, our neighbors, and the people who we worked with. First of all, I like this home because it is close to my son’s place. It’s nice to have a brand new home. It’s clean and it’s comfortable and the size of the rooms are plenty enough. The windows are large. There’s plenty parking for visitors. The HOA keeps the area clean. The stores are easy to navigate and not too far. I think it’s a good area.

Quite place, a lot of light in the house, great layout, nice patio, and great, knowledgeable staff

We purchased a home in a 55+ community and have been pleased with our home with regard to value for the price and eagerness of every one from sales reps to customer care reps to respond to our questions, concerns, requests for service, etc. Response time has been surprisingly quick and concern for a Lennar customer has been authentic.

Everyone that I had contact with throughout the buying process has been very helpful and very kind when I had problems or questions p.

The home buying process was smooth.

We were always supported promptly by the sales staff. Ryan was always good at responding to emails. The construction manager Josh also was responsive and helpful.

Overall our feelings are mixed regarding working with Lennar. Kasey was outstanding to say the least! We believe the purchaser should be allowed some input regarding finishing being installed into the home they're purchasing within reason of course. To purchase a property knowing you're going to replace the bathroom and kitchen is somewhat silly. A brand new house should be complete in our opinion. It's not to say we're not happy with our house but I could be better if allowed a couple inputs. We also didn't understand the timing of the builder. That speaks for itself when you buy with Lennar. To excel in some areas and blunder in others blithe's the entire process. Do better with the finishings! We do have a wonderful home in a wonderful.
