Moving to South Carolina from Florida was a big step for me and my family. Finding a new home became the spot lights for us. Lennar homes made our pick really easy. We have 3 kids and finding a home with well spaced rooms, open living rooms spaces and storage spaces are critical. The Lennar team also made it easy along the way, everyone was very helpful and provided key insights and suggestions along the way. Over all this was a great experience!

Overall we had a great experience. Lennar’s new home rep was very responsive to all our questions. We would recommend buying from Lennar.

I had a great experience purchasing my dream house from Lennar . One thing I would say, Lennar kept their word. There were no surprises at the end and that meant a lot to me. Lennar took my concerns seriously and acted quick to resolve all of them in a timely manner. I would recommend anyone to Lennar any time.

Joe our sales person was awesome. The building supervisor worked hard. We did run into a few issues that needed addressed, we are not happy at all on how the rock was cemented up to the vinyl on front of the house. It looks like crap and will need repaired soon.We run into issues that concerns us on the seal plate on the right side of the house. Also we’re disappointed with our driveway having to shift to avoid a manway.

I've been extremely satisfied with my new house. Just needed a few minor adjustments as with any new building. Otherwise it's a very sound structure and I love it. I'd do it all over again. Thanks everyone.

My spouse and I had a positive home buying experience with Lennar. All the stakeholders we dealt with were excellent. In particular, the new home consultant and loan officer navigated the entire process with us with diligence and satisfaction. In short, they honor their commitments.

From the beginning, our sales representative understood the challenges we faced before and after the contract was created and approved. Sam's performance was outstanding and very attentive to our needs. Regarding the quality and artistry, we expected some flaws with a new build; however, more attention to details (small stuff) would be better for all concerned. Reference builder and team: we only had one encounter with the team supervision because we purchased a home build already. However, the Care Team has tremendously supported any issues after moving into our home. We did everything remotely after picking out the style of home and lot we liked. The team at Lennar was always relaying messages and weekly videos of our new home. They made it seem like they were there the entire time!

I am extremely happy with my overall home buying experience and would recommend Lennar without hesitation! My new home is stunning & well made. My sales rep Robin, construction site manager Mark and new home orientation guy Larry were all top notch! Friendly, answered all my questions & responded quickly to the small issues I did have. Was everything perfect, of course not, but I got a strong sense that Lennar cares about their quality and your satisfaction and they make every effort to make things right! I was sincerely impressed!

When you say you want to do something again, is because either it was real bad and you want to make it better, OR, it was so good and seamless that doing it again will just add to your experience! The latter is my case with our recent home purchase from Lennar. From day 1, when we saw the model home, to when we moved into our new place, Lennar was there for us. Their staff is amazing, they treat you right, no BS, from the sales team to the supervisors to the contractors, it really shows how the detail they give into each and every home. As a first time homebuyer, I was extremely nervous about buying A home even more so a brand new home.I have to say Lennar has developed a very cohesive and efficient process from making the home purchase, to their mortgage lending process, home walkthroughs (pre-drywall, new home orientation and celebration walk) and to customer service contacts and help post closing. In each phase of the process every Lennar representative acted with professionalism and quality-care. The online step by step guidances provided to the new homeowners are well planned/thought out and extremely helpful and insightful. I would be lost without them. The Everything’s Included and automated packages are a plus. I could go on and on, but will end on this note. Lennar builds great beautiful quality homes as well in great communities and surrounding areas also. I am thankful to be a part of a Lennar Community! As far as the home itself, I LOVE it!! ... More

Everything we were looking for !! Great customer service, support from Lennar in transitioning to our new home!

Love our new home. The sales staff and builders of our home were professional. Very friendly and responsive. We did not love the process with the mortgage side of Lennar which needs improvement. Overall, would highly recommend a Lennar home.

Everything so far has worked out for me here in my new home. The only problem my head was the amount that I had to come to closing had changed on me twice with being in contact with my son who also purchased a home in Charlotte from Lennar homes also bringing only $12,000 to the table at closing where I had to bring, I think it was 58,000 closing. I felt that I was paying way too much. It sound good from the beginning but I had to go in so far into the purchasing of this home. I could’ve backed out but Christy who worked with me? Who is my loan officer Coach me into the process of holding on to the deal that I already made. But still, I love my home. ... More
