I have worked with Amber at the Hudson and she was very professional and responded to any issues that arose on my journey. Amber walked me through the process with genuine care and she responds within an instant; she made me feel as if she was there for me. Her attentiveness to my questions and concerns made the experience very manageable. Everyone should have an AMBER for their home purchase.

We are in awe of our home. It is phenomenal! Great value, quality and we had a perfect experience with Lennar. From Debbie (sales) to Adam (construction) to Sarah (finance) to Peg (warranty) ..they were all FANTASTIC! Their communication with us was excellent. We have never experienced this with other home builders. We highly recommend Lennar at Whispering Pines!

This was the 7th new home we have purchased and by far it was the easiest process from sale to closing. The sales agent was knowledgeable about her product, the builder was on top of every detail before I could point out. I think the most important part is service after the sale. It seems that a lot of the time after you sign on the dotted line you don't get much response, but Lennar's customer service is excellent. Every concern has been addressed in a timely manner and rectified to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Lennar.

I love the community I love in here at Stonehaven. The homes are beautiful and the home buying process was made less stressful because of caring sales staff. The homes have great stylish modern features and both there town and singles are fairly spacious. Great location for shopping in all. I love my new home. Thanks Lennar!

Conscientious, responsive, and not pushy.

Working with Lennar was very easy. Hebert sat us down and discussed all of our options. More importantly, what he said was going to be the final numbers, were indeed the final numbers! No surprises. No gimmicks or add-ons. Once in our new home we had a couple of small issues; light socket short circuit; garage door not closing; missing shelf. But once we put in a service request, I have to say they came and provided fixes to all of the things in the request. I was skeptical. . . VERY skeptical that we wouldn't have any problems but we have not yet. It's been GREAT!!

Loving my new home.

We love the Butternut Creek Cascade station team. Whenever we had questions or needed help with anything in our home, they are always quick and friendly.

I was convinced that I would purchase a prebuilt home to manage costs and not have to pay for all the extras that most builders charge but after one look at Lennar everything's included options and the well designed luxury townhomes with smart home features in St Charles MD I quickly became a lennar homeowner. I was particularly impressed that after the sell both the sales team and customer care reps, especially Gail and Michael continued to go the extra mile and exceed my expectations in me getting settled in my new home. In my opinion Lennar builds more than homes, they build communities and their presence is felt in this county from sponsoring local baseball teams to organizing community meet and greets, lennar st Charles is NOT THE AVERAGE homebuilder and almost a year later after my purchase, they continue to exceed my expectations ... Buying a house is always stressful, but Lennar made it seamless and even ENJOYABLE!! Our house is amazing and the attention to detail is top notch. From the people in the sales office to the Lead Construction Supervisor, Ron, everyone was kind, attentive, very helpful and accommodating. They felt like family in no time. We have been in our home almost 6 months now and love it more every day. I highly recommend Lennar to everyone looking to purchase a new home!!
