Within 3 months of moving in, these were the issues with my home: 1. Broken heater due to faulty part 2. 3rd floor bathroom clogged 3. Broken water heater 4. Unfinished door handle for bathroom 5. Leaking kitchen sink 6. Gaps in stair wood 7. Unfinished/imperfections in painting 8. Big scratch on owners suite bathroom countertop Very disappointing.

I am so impressed by Chris and his work. He was attentive, personable, and all around great guy.

For the payments they were very agile through the lennar platform and after the payments the leftover funds are returned immediately

The entire Lennar team made the home buying process simple and stress free! From the initial sales rep, to the loan officers / underwriters, and post sale team, it’s been an excellent experience. Everyone has been super responsive, helpful, and kind. Highly recommend Lennar Homes.

The moment we stepped into our new Lennar home we knew this one was the right home for our family. The location is in a community out in the country with easy access to the freeway. The view of the mountains is beautiful. Thank you Lennar for making the buying process so easy and affordable. Life is good..

Responses are very fast. Need a better Sheetrock warranty as shifting between winter and summer causes nail pops and cracks.

This was my first and likely last experience with Lennar. Our sales agent (Christian) was only looking to make a quick sale and I unfortunately did not realize this until it was too late. He became unresponsive to concerns after we signed our initial contract. The Lennar concierge (Del) was not professional and bother line rude. It took longer than necessary to have our concerns addressed after our inspection and walk through. This was purchased as a rental property and we had planned to buy another property but have since changed our minds given the experience. The only positives in this whole experience was our Lennar mortgage loan officer (Brianna). She was an angel. Also the customer service agent (Jose) who did the final walk through was polite and kind Lennar needs to teach their employees that customer service does not stop with the home purchase, but rather begins after the sale has been made. Overall quality is OK - biggest complaint is the sheer amount of trash left over from the builders. Rusty metal pins, screws/nails, shingles, concrete pour-over from the patio in the grass. Nightmare for anyone with kids or pets!!

Lennar is an untrustworthy home builder. Communication is poor, response time is slow or nonexistent. Promises are made and not kept. I would not recommend them.

Overall, the experience was good. However, after the home walk through was done, it was never explained to me how to submit requests for warranty. I had to google it up myself. I reached out to the Sr Construction manager (POC for the walk through) at least 2-3x and I noticed that he read my message but it was just ignored and I never received a response. If he wasn’t the POC, at least he could have directed me to the right person. Also, when we initially made an offer, the sales POC told me that I need to make the initial deposit in less than 48 hrs and gave me an ultimatum around 1230 on a Sunday. It should be noted that my agent didn’t put in our offer until late Friday night. I understand that there’s another customer who made an offer after I did (following day) but that is certainly not a good customer service on sales agent part. ... More

This has been a seamless process compared to other homes we previously purchased. Their staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful every step of the way. Happy with our new home!

Overall, the quality of this new Lennar home is at best average. First off they tell you when you have your walk-through that all the issues will be taken care of that is not so at the final walk-through we were told we have to wait for the repairs for our 90 day check up, which is absolutely not acceptable. The functionality of some of the features is not good. Why does one house need two or three sliding glass doors back to back. Also now we understand why they don’t let you into the clubhouse prior to closing escrow. Not quite the community we were looking for and expecting… The gates in the community seem to function less often than they work properly. I had a great experience buying from this builder and I am very pleased with all the process that was very smooth and quick.

The home purchase process was straightforward and the team was helpful with the entire process. I live out of state and purchased the home for my mother to live in. We had a little bit of a hiccup in regards to the sod placement in the backyard that we're hoping to get resolved. There is no real response from the builder yet to make that right.

On site sales - Ben - consistently followed up to win the business. Lennar offers a complete package, soup to nuts, of home buying. Highly recommend.

It was a good opportunity to buy house from lennar

My loan officer was great, he was their every step of the way. After the sale John reached out and checked on me. Jessy was good during the walk thru but became unresponsive after the sale was final. I did not like the fact that the house I had a contract on was still been used for site tours. No walkway in the front of the house, you must walk in the grass rain or shine to get to your front door No gutters on the house bummer. The grass was installed in the winter you have more dirt than grass present day I have all weeds. I was given a water hose for irrigation. We are in 2025, and you did not offer a smart home package ? No walking path from garage to the house, inside garage unfinished. Closing was a really bad experience; construction was going on I could not hear the attorney I have to keep asking questions as he keep repeating himself. I love the house however I fell in love the first time I walked into the model, the stairwell and the big Island take the show. Ammie the sales professional did her job by getting me interested in the house welcoming me taking me on tours connecting me with John and then she was off to the next one. I was moving from and did not have a lot of time to house hunt, Lennar was the only company that hah inventory. Well it took me 3 houses before I got the house I have now. The first house the loan officer was asking me about my Zelle saying I owed Zelle and I even got an inspection for the house that Lennar sold while I was getting all my information together. Then the second house I didn’t get because I didn’t want the high interest rate. So the third house I got because they already had all my information and we closed quickly. But I really wanted the first house. This is my first time buying a house and the salesperson didn’t give a house gift. It seemed that she want interest in making sure the customer was happy. After we closed she didn’t want to answer no questions she told me to talk with someone else. I’m very disappointed by this. I was thinking you would be more than happy once the house was sold. I wish the person had a heart. They should have different sales person and not the same person in that area. ... More

My experience has been fine no problems as of yet, but my neighbors have many many problems with no response to their issues. Also, I have not received my association information

Overall I love our new home and everyone who helped in the process was amazing. Jeff was great to work with and was very responsive to all my questions and requests to view the home. I don't like the fact that the layout for the driveway was changed a few times from what I was told it would be. I know that Jeff did all he could do to help and that it was out of his control.

I have been pleased with my Lennar home, with minor exceptions—the Refrigerator was an unfortunate choice which I tried unsuccessfully to exchange for what I wanted. I did buy a new one for $1200. The toilet paper holders were practically unusable. I replaced those for less than $100 including labor. The experience with the Mortgage company was unpleasant and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
