Lennar Sales’s agent is good. But, Lennar mortgage is one of the worst team to deal with. Not at all happy with their service and they are not helping customer. Because of their lack of last minute changes, have to spend 5k extra for loan points. I never recommend Lennar mortgage to anyone.

Walking into the Model Center & being greeted by Sales Consultant Bea, in a warm, inviting & professional manner, made a lasting first impression especially when my 1st stop elsewhere was the complete opposite experience! And, after showing me the homes and finding the one I was set up to contact Lennar Mortgage. And, Miguel & the entire team were all very professional, informative & helpful in walking me through the process from start of buying my new home to finish at closing! And, being my home was in such great condition at my initial walkthrough , finding only a few minor touch ups ...

#Warranty issues

Sometimes I have to remember that I’m buying a track home and not a custom home. It’s a one size fits all types of situation when buying a house from Lennar so the custom touches are not there and yes, you do get items that don’t meet your expectations, but that’s what you’re buying also as far as warranty issues I could not be happier with Gabe from the #Warranty department. He has been on top of everything and very informative and making sure everything gets done to meet our expectations and works to get it done. Lennar should be happy to him on their team as I am

Lennar process is smooth but the agent we worked was not helpful , she dont have information on the community and even after we asked her to check about specific issue(dog park existing ) she took a day and informed there is no such thing adjacent to our home. She even reported to management that we are delaying the process instead of her lack of information . We were trying to buy the property from Jan2024 (from first release) but she never responeded to any of our messages or call, even if she responds she was just saying no homes available for you now, at the end we changed the Agent and ...

First off after several (6-7x) of getting and sending my homeowners insurance correction after correction from the lending team I was threatened with being charged per day that the house went over closing even after sending them everything I was getting from progressive. So they forced my hand into Lennar Insurance. Then I had a family emergency where my mother needed surgery, so I needed to push our closing date by 2 days!!!! so that I may be with her Lennar homes said no that I needed to close or they would walk away as they were confident an investor would pick it up and close on the ...

While we entered this process preferring a custom build on our own land, when we saw what Lennar was offering in what has now become our new home and community, we decided to go forward with them. And we couldn't be happier now that we did. Throughout the process they were, in addition to other important qualities, honest above all with everything - their construction of our home and what they could and could not do, the schedule for every step (which was met throughout), their answers to each of our questions, their collaboration with the other entities involved (our agent, mortgage lender, ...

It’s been a horrible experience from beginning to end. I had to fight for a month and a half with Lennar to finally close on my house for they consistently had issues on their end and were not communicative about anything. I am a single woman and they dragged my process along without communicating with me at all. I finally got a MALE ADULT to go to the Lennar building and he got my house keys in two minutes. They have been dismissive, ignoring messages and calls, and no care for the time i have to take off to deal with things i found out should’ve been dealt with by Lennar. It’s been almost 3 ...

The water heater is placed in the living room and there were two leaks and flooded my living room. This is a very bad design by Lennar. Not to mention the water heater makes loud noise and can be heard up stairs. Some of my neighbors have the same issues with the water heater.

From the time you choose a home until the time you move in Lennar is best in the business. The things after closing need a little help - like things that were pointed out during the walkthrough but missed in the repair - hard to get someone to care.

Randal if you buy a Lennar home you best look at it carefully and make them fix everything before you move in. I had sprinklers 8’ off the fence line and one in the neighbors yard, flat paint thought out the house, I had no heat or air conditioning for 5 days I have front and back doors with day light coming through them and my back yard floods every time it rains not to mention my interior doors don’t shut oh almost forgot pair on tile work.

Lennar responded:

The process could have been better… Looks like shortcuts were taken with some issues… A week of being in the home we had no heat, the garage door needed to be repainted, and brick was coming off the house. Nonetheless, all issues were handled immediately. Our cable was cut twice by the trades building behind the house. The closing was streamlined and efficient.
