We love our Home. Cant ask for a better experience from the sales staff to warranty department

Everyone we worked with from start to finish was responsive I love our home the construction manager was incredible he always answered the questions and anything that he saw that would make our home better he added that in for us.

Absolutely love our new home! Everyone has been amazing and this is a dream come true. Thank you!

I am a first time home owner and all my coworkers had me a bit freaked out about the process. I heard tons of horror story about their builders. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Lennar. I LOVE my home, the staff are all amazing and the experience was great! I would and do recommend Lennar to everyone I know and meet. I have never had a better home buying experience than with Lennar. From choosing a home to closing, Lennar always had out best interests in mind. They were never pushy or forceful to hurry up a choose a home or to go with Eagle Home Mortgage. Ricardo was only interested in making sure we bought a home that was right for our family. They worked with us and our difficult time schedule. The mortgage company was just as easy to work with - they were on top of everything from the beginning and submitting documents was incredibly easy. Start to finish the process was a dream!

This is the 2nd home we have purchased from Lennar. We have had a quick response from Lennar when we had a problem and although they were minor they were taken care of in a timely fashion. I would rate them as the most reliable builder in our area.

Overall very good experience for buying the house.

The entire process was very straightforward. The loan officer explained everything we needed and how the process works. They did ask for al lot of documents but I understood why they needed them. We had our own inspection prior to the 1st walk through and he said everything was good. Little minor things were pointed out and the Lennar rep also saw those same things during the walk through and had them corrected immediately. The house is beautiful and we are loving it.

My overall experience was very good and I had a great team of people working with me. I was not expecting there to be no towel bars or toilet paper holders in either bathroom !! The yard is the biggest disappointment. It was mostly weeds and brown sod when I moved in a month ago. I have had it mowed twice, and have hired a turf company. Yet I get a nasty email yesterday from Fieldstone, the HOA... But overall I love my new house !!!!!

Love the house, easy purchase experience, everyone has been great! My only issue is the HOA took a full 30 days to approve construction of a fence, which was submitted to the exact specifications required.
