Our new home is great. Everything was gone over with the builder. Only thing to tell others is to paint, for we had finger prints made by installers. Did receive touch up paint but it was a slightly different color.

From beginning to end including financing smooth and flawless.

We love our Lennar home at the Venue at Longview. We purchased the Saratoga model. I only have 2 issues. I opted out of the drywall repair offered by Lennar and did the repairs myself. But having to fix almost 40 nail and screw pops is unacceptable. I understand the home has to settle but screw pops should never happen. They use 1 1/4 inch screws. Their not long enough and their not tightened enough. Nail pops are a given but screw pops should never happen. Secondly the installation of the Shaw Sunkist hardwood flooring, specifically when it comes to applying the adhesive has to improve. There are numerous hollow spots where the adhesive was lacking when installed. Also a few boards had to be replaced because the top layer was peeling off. It's a nice floor. We love the look of the floor but the quality of the flooring needs to improve. Overall though we're very happy with our home. It's much easier to maintain than the 4 bedroom colonial we had came from. The clubhouse, pool and gym are all very nice and they have and offer plenty of activities to participate in and socialize with your neighbors in the community. ... More

The website has tons of information as your house is getting built. You get to follow along every step of the way. I was able to see my house every week after I closed. And I love how the website gives detailed information about how to take care of your home. Very good experience from a first-time home buyer. My agent was great but I wish you was just a little bit more involved in the closing. I've even known some people to get small gifts from their real estate agents.

Buying a new house from Lennar at 8356 Aurora Ridge Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89147, has been an incredibly satisfying experience. From Lennar's mortgage service to the final day of moving in, every step was handled with utmost professionalism and efficiency. Each department of Lennar agents and representatives demonstrated exceptional professionalism and patience. They answered all our questions and queries promptly and thoroughly. For instance, on the final day of moving in, we identified some issues with the front door, some wall cracks, and cleaning problems. The construction manager promptly addressed these concerns, and the issues were resolved the next day with perfect efficiency. Additionally, Lennar's warranty service is commendable. After moving into our new home, we discovered that the powder room exhaust fan was not functioning. The warranty service team promptly sent out an HVAC service technician, who resolved the problem within a week. We are extremely proud of Lennar's service. We found the entire process easy and comfortable to buy a Lennar home.

We are very happy with our Lennar home. The ONLY thing that bothers me is the carpet installers did not do a great job of removing debris before laying down the carpet. The putty and stuff from drywall’s can be felt when walking on various areas of the floor. But it’s a minor issue compared to everything else. Love our new home!

The sales process was fast and simple. The overall quality of the home is very good. There are little things that are annoying, however, the warranty team are always quick to respond and get the issue corrected. We are very happy with the quality of the plank flooring, but disappointed with the quality of the carpeting. The kitchen is wonderful, lots of cabinets and space. The gas stove, microwave and double ovens are very nice and easy to use. However, for a gourmet kitchen, the refrigerator is way too small and the dishwasher is lacking in quality. There is ample lighting inside and out. It would have been nice if the design team would have included dimmer switches for the ceiling lights on all three levels. Also, the front porch steps have no railing. I’ve been told that the steps are longer and therefore are not required to have a railing and that reduces the cost. I will say, it’s only two steps, but, it’s two steps that someone could easily fall on. Common sense is free, but liability insurance cost money. The basement is dry, even after lots of rain, including 3 inches in one day. The sump pump system is well designed and has a battery backup. The electric panel has a whole house surge protector and there are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the home. The garage is huge and can fit two large vehicles and two golf carts. There is plenty of space in the garage and basement for storage along with closets throughout the house. We are very happy with our home and would recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a new home. ... More

The whole process was fast, all the staff were very friendly and attentive, when was the closing day everything in the house was perfect, beautiful appliances great spacious bedrooms, bathrooms etc. we loved it. Just we can’t wait for the pool be ready and the amenities. Thanks

From start to finish, we are very pleased with our purchase experience. The initial contact was professional; our rep listened to our wants and needs and worked with us to find the home we wanted. We wanted our choice of elevation and location above all else so we opted to skip using our own realtor. I can absolutely say the Lennar sales rep helped us into the right deal where we have truly feel we got a good deal. The design center was a breeze to work with. Our requirements were simply to get the flooring and cabinets we liked. That could not have been easier. We used Lennar to finance the purchase and again, they came through with more competitive rates than anywhere else. We shopped a few lenders and Lennar beat them all. Kudos to the Lennar Mortgage team in Las Vegas. And finally the construction management team for our community. The site managers are simply top notch. They kept us informed and helped answer all of our questions and concerns. This is our fifth home and quite likely our last. We love the Desert's Edge community. Purchasing and moving in was like a breeze. People I dealt with were all very helpful throuout the process. After moving in, Joe Potter, the maintenance coordinator and Hunter, construction manager helped a lot with our first weeks of icebreaking with the house. Although there were things I wish had got more work before completion, overall the property has a good value I guess. I am sure I will say good of Lennar whenever asked.
