Easy and quick paperwork process

Zach was amazing in helping us get the needed materials and documents! It was painless and easy! This part was wonderful! Don’t really have any complaints about the buying process at all! I think the only thing that could be better is the closets! Our closet racks has come down twice but this was an extremely easy fix and all is well!!

Was a great experience moving into our new home! We thank our construction manager Andrew for all his timely help ! Warranty group is amazing. All issues were resolved within a day or two. So far all very good. Thanks to all who work hard to make building a home a success

My sales agent, Caitlyn, was phenomenal! She kept me informed throughout the buying to closing process. She was very understanding when I hit roadblocks with my NC home sale and kept Lennar informed so they worked with my timeline of closing my home in NC and purchasing my dream Roselyn Meadows home. I love this neighborhood and my new home!

Sales staff and mortgage agent were excellent. The workmanship leaves much to be desired. Much sloppy workmanship and did not feel so many things should have needed to be fixed/repaired.

The team led by our rep, Chloe, were very thorough and responsive to our needs and concerns.

We had a very positive experience with the purchase. Our salesman, Michael was amazing! The only thing I can say negative is the quality of the finishes and the lack of thought with planning, for example, no outlet on the kitchen island anywhere, the way the tub is placed in the bathroom is IMPOSSIBLE to clean around it! The tub is too close to the wall on one side and the shower on the other side. There is no way to get to the section between the tub and the window/wall!!! How am I supposed to sweep, dust or clean there????

Very easy to work with all the Lennar representatives. The few changes we requested were completed in a very timely manner. A very pleasant experience and would recommend working with Lennar directly.

The whole process from initial purchase to the day we moved in has been nothing but great!

Stacy helped us find the perfect home! The entire Lennar team we worked with were fantastic! The only thing that could be better is the times they have for the Celebration walk through. It was only Monday through Friday and no later than 3pm. People who work cannot do 3 hours there and a week later take time off to close and then time to move in…

Lennar is a good company that good work! Going through the information process and getting approved was not easy for but helped me get approved for the home we wanted. They stayed in constant contact with me every step of the way. The home is beautiful and everything we were looking for. They walked us through the new build and showed us how everything worked and even had all our warranty information posted in the house for easy access. I would definitely recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a new home!

Nobody should have to spend their first week dealing with sewage issues, leaks in bedroom walls or non working appliances. Your first week should be filled with happiness and joy. I understand 1 item but multiple is unacceptable. Other homes in the development have had similar problems. Where Lennar shines is post customer service. They took care of the problems immediately and for that I am greatful to the people who resolved them. Would I buy another Lennar home? Absolutely not.

Everyone who played a part in the purchase of our home was Amazing and so nice and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.

Overall great experience ran into a few problems like front door getting stuck after a raining day over all living the neighborhood. So peaceful and quiet.

From the initial visit we felt the experience was going to be smooth and we were correct. Choosing the floorplan was easy for us but we had no idea what to expect about the rest of the process. Between our realtor and the homebuilder, we were happy with the journey to today: Being a Lennar owner for almost 2 months. We recommend you consider Lennar as your builder.

Underwriter had questions every day about my finances. It would be less stressful if they waited until they had all questions and present they at one time. I keep thinking I would be turned down for financing. If you have influence with Still-water Community Association should be ready to put new residents on the list and see they are oriented in reasonable time period. I still do not have a number for charges. Neighbor have been helpful in answering questions

The process of choosing the lot and material was a great experience. Any issues found was rectified fast. Love the home and the neighborhood. No complaints
