The house was built with high quality, and the warrantee service team provides excellent service to take care of even every small issues.

Buying with Lennar was a pretty straight straightforward and easy process to go through. There are multiple people that walk you through the home buying experience if it is your first time. Waiting for the house to be built is probably the most exciting part. The only slight problems I’ve had with the house are cosmetic things such as the baseboards not being all the way flush to the ground, which I was explained that the foundation isn’t always going to be 100% flat, a lot of loose doorknobs, sliding glass door frame not being installed correctly, doors being slight slanted instead of flush with the door frame, snd several paint discrepancies. The doors are a little bit cheaper quality due to them being hollow core doors so you can hear a lot of things within the house. The only solid core doors are the door leading to the garage and the front door. It seems like a lot of the little things that I found during my quality control inspection were overlooked during the building process. I understand. My house was built in only three months however, I never thought that should be an excuse for poor quality control and rushed building for the price that I paid for this house. I would have liked to know before I bought the house that there were so many things that needed constant attention in the house and that we would be required to keep our cars in the garage.

Low quality homes. Lennar accepted third party inspection so we did. The inspection report is up to 50 pages but Lennar didn't fix any of them. We moved in with a house of hundreds of issues. We have been filing claims with the first year warranty every week since we the closing date. Lennar rejected some warranty requests out of no reason, and their customer care representative never answers the phone call. Don't choose Lennar in WA.

I would not recommend buying a home from Lennar. The materials used in their construction are extremely cheap, resulting in numerous issues that they refuse to fix. Poorly finished walls due to defective materials. If you're looking for a high-quality, well-built home, I strongly suggest exploring other builders.

Lennar home purchase experience was good. However, the quality of material and the workmanship is sub par. There is clear evidence that Lennar has tried to cut cost to sell homes for cheap and new homeowners would have to bear that cost. For example, in our home in the backyard the there is a big dirt pile incline by the fence that reduces the RV park space and furthermore I will have to pay thousands of dollars to build retaining wall there. I would like to share my recent experience regarding the quality of construction by Lennar, particularly in the Arden community. After purchasing a $1 million home, I conducted a thorough personal inspection with angel home inspection and what they found was several significant issues that raised concerns about the overall quality of construction. My experience the same with my previous home in Parkland, Florida, where I encountered more problems. It appears that in recent years, Lennar's focus on rapid development has compromised their commitment to quality assurance and the materials used in their homes. Unfortunately, I encountered multiple issues that were not merely minor in nature, leading me to question the durability and craftsmanship of their properties. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to consider alternatives such as GL Homes or Toll Brothers, which I believe offer superior quality. Missy, our Lennar sales agent, has been absolutely fantastic. Her support throughout the home-buying process—and even after the purchase—has been exceptional. She’s been nothing short of 100%, A+ in working with her. That said, there were challenges outside of Missy’s control that have been disappointing in working with Lennar CS. We've encountered some issues with the quality of the construction. For instance, the vent fans (stove and bathroom) in the house seem to be a common problem, as confirmed by conversations with neighbors. They make a very loud clanking noise even with the slightest wind. Unfortunately, when we requested Lennar to investigate and resolve this, our request was denied. We’ll need to explore other solutions since the noise is often unbearable, especially when trying to sleep or work. Additionally, the exterior walls are notably thin. In one of the bedrooms, I can hear neighbors through the exterior wall as though they were only a few feet away. Also have experienced nails protruding through the carpet that is not normal (not carpet strips to hold the carpet in place) - the request to have looked at was also denied. The windows have some gunk or even damage to them - scuff marks. Lennar did agree to send out professional window cleaners to see if anything can be done. Also had a downstairs bathroom sink that has a preexisting big 'ole chip broken at the drain. They are sending someone to take a look at it also. Overall, everyone has been pleasant face-to-face, but struggling to get some help on areas that you wouldn't think would be an issue in an expensive home. Appliances work great though. ... More

It has been a very good experience purchasing from Lennar in Wellen Golf and Country Club and working with the various groups under the Lennar name (Sales, Title, Insurance, etc). The home we purchased closed on the original date provided to us. We have worked extensively with the Warranty and Service team and they have been responsive, punctual and efficient. The various trades have done a great job of managing any issues that have arisen. Overall, great value in our home and property and a wonderful community and neighbours to date.

We moved from out of state. Almost everything was handled online. We were kept informed at every step. We love our home and neighborhood. Several friends want to relocate here too because I brag all the time

If I wouldn't have lost my deposit I would have backed out of this purchase. I visited the home site just about every week during construction. I was always finding discrepancies and poor workmanship. They would fix just enough to appease me but it was still just the minimum. A crack in the slab almost all the way across from one side to the other, crooked wall plates, waves in the walls, loose studs, gaps in the sheathing, poor scarf joints in the molding, the list goes on. I told the construction manager that he needed to correct the subs for their poor work and was told "if we're too hard on them they'll quit and go work for someone else". Having some construction experience and seeing the things I saw during the build, I would not recommend this builder to anyone I considered a friend. ... More

I received great service from the Lennar team.

Overall the experience was great. I got all the details and information needed regarding the home, community, design options, what's included and other details. When it came to selecting the actual home that I wanted to purchase, I was told it was available and then I was told it was not. Looks like the sales team were not very coordinated in terms of home being available in the market vs who was working on it. This is very necessary when a client is being told the home is still in the market.

My home purchasing experience with Lennar was seamless. Being assigned a homebuyer concierge, Lauren, was brilliant. It was great having a contact available to guide and answer questions. Escrow officer Stephanie was also instrumental in my positive experience. Cole gave a great orientation and walk-through. It didn’t stop there. Lennar provides an app which gives information for tasks to keep our homes in good condition. These seasonal recommendations are especially helpful for those experiencing a new climate.

John our sales representative was excellent to deal with, always answered when called. Joel our lender was also wonderful. The home has some minor issues when we moved in but overall Lennar has been responsive and took care of most issues.Overall love the neighborhood

Currently amenities are not available and yet we’re paying for them. My husband is a trim carpenter n noticed lots of caulk used at the base. A lot paint flaws on drywall. We enjoyed working with our Salesman Ole.

All of the Lennar personnel were highly knowledgeable and professional in helping the buying of my new construction home. They were relentless in pursuing my documents to ensure complete qualification to acquire the home.

Lennar team is a very responsive team, and they made our home buying process smooth and efficient.

Everything we had to do was handled easily. Thanks to everyone who helped to get us in our brand new home. Of course there were a few things that needed some extra attention but Destiny was there to get it corrected right away. Lennar's is a great company that stands behind their work and their word. All things were not as we were was to believe

Construction inspections very low quality. Sloppy and lost trust in the inspection manager. Many cosmetic complaints and had to pull teeth for adjustments. Would recommend Lennar evaluating their construction manager and their definition of what quality is.
