I would say at first, it was very stressful buying a house and going through the process since I had never purchased a home before. To be honest, it didn’t feel like they cared much. The congratulations seemed insincere and no one bothers to ask you what it’s like to be living in the house even after a month or two. It had a lot of cosmetic and house problems, they’re too much in a hurry to get the house on the market that they miss even the biggest things that are wrong with the house like some of your roof missing. These are peoples homes. This is where they’ll be living for a long time. I think the craftsmanship and the workmanship should be vital. Lennar is a great builder who pays attention to floor plans and products that are most appealing to a homeowner.

The experience buying the home was fine. Although you must know how to navigate the Internet and how to upload and download files. The home is OK for the price. The neighborhood is already having a good experience in our lives. We're going to enjoy living here very much. Having four HOA's is a bit much to handle. I hope we can afford them in the future.

We love the layout of the house and the location as we are close to family now. It is a 55+ community however the amenities have not been built yet. Lots of lighting. Bright. No security system or irrigation system. Interior finish was average. The employees were very helpful.

Some work ok need to fix alot of things . Would not fix cracks in cement. Not happy.

The portal sucks and hard to read. The bright side was that Everlyn P was always available and super helpful She made the terrible experience of the portal easier.

Extremely excellent customer service. Quality builds and top of service. Would buy again!

I was not happy with our creaking floors on the 2nd floor.

Financing was great experience. However, I wasn’t pleased with being told the HOA was not going to be an issue-I’ve still not been able to get my approval and the HOA sends out warning and threats weekly. You shouldn’t lie to prospective buyers. I also am not satisfied with the materials used -such as fence materials and glass shower doors or the cheap plastic bath tub/shower stall. Not to mention a “hybrid “ water heater that doesn’t heat at all. I now need to spend $5000 to change it out. My side yard is exposed to the public- who regularly throw trash on my yard and dog poop. Expected higher quality product and workmanship for price. Very difficult to get people back to fix things after closing.

My overall experience has been great. There have been. Some flooring issues however Lennar has been very quick to respond. I contemplated a 4 star on the workmanship for that reason. I understand having to use different contractors to keep the wheels turning on putting up these homes quickly and I applaud Lennar for the value of the home, the timely responses, and the overall willingness to seek customer satisfaction. I've told several people I know about Lennar that are also looking to get still a great home without spending $500,000. Yes the home is settling in and things start to seem out of whack but I was extremely satisfied with how fast Kyndall is to respond to us and get someone out quickly to fix any and all issues. I love the home, love the value, and the affordability it gave for me to make a 2 plan of homeowship happen in 1. No more apartment living for us lol. Thanks team for the hard work and I promise to try and send people. My issue is my propane bill, it’s highly expensive. If I knew my propane bill was going to be over $500 dollars a month I WOULD HAVE NEVER PURCHASED. The builder who is the owner of the propane company is charging the seniors too much money. There’s no way I should be paying over $500 monthly especially when my thermostat is at 68 degrees which is very cold and further more I’m on a fixed income (I cannot pay my bill). Also, there’s a fowl smell every night which is unbearable and I was not informed that there’s a chicken coop in the back. I’m totally unhappy with my purchase.

Lennar's Sales person was very helpful and pleasant to work with. We had a nice experience and are enjoying our new home and neighborhood.

They are very good in timeline of home being built and up to closing.

Be prepared to upgrade your backyard.

Great service, answered all questions within a reasonable time. dealt with one person as the process continued. One thing I would recommend is that Lennar would be mindful that most clients work a regular 9 to 5, and it may be difficult to take calls.

All the way through the building process everyone was great but after closing I began to realize that the materials used were at the lower end of what is excepted by building code. I am constantly having issues with my breakers and live alone and don't cook much. The response time is great to make arrangements to fix it, but the wait time is days, so I am unable to use my stove or microwave. This breaker refuses to stay on where others work when they want to. If I had children in the house I would be screaming by now. The joists upstairs squeak so now I have to move furniture myself prior to the contractor and carpet guy coming to repair that issue. Had it been constructed properly I would not have to move furniture myself at 80 years old. This house comes with solar but there was an issue getting it turned on and the builder did not want to get involved so I had to handle it myself. The builder had a contract with the Solar Company for all the houses in this development so had to make money on the deal so should have stepped up to help me resolve the problem. ... More

This journey was amazing. I met Holly first and she showed me the availability of homes that met the criteria we discussed. She returned every phone call within minutes and was prompt for every appointment. She was very knowledgeable, and customer oriented. She was the best. Once I signed the contract on a home, I visited the site often. Brian was the main go to guy for me. When I had questions, he had answers! He was customer oriented, knowledgeable, and ahead of the project every time. He always ask me to make a list if I saw anything that needed attention to details with the construction. I made the list, but he always had every detail on my list corrected before I would see him the following day! I also was greeted by John and/or Darrell on some days as they were looking over the workmanship of the multiple laborers completing their task. They were informative, answered questions I had, and also made sure the craftsmanship was perfect as can be! They also shared suggestions and possibilities to me to make the house and property remain in perfect condition. I also looked forward to seeing Ed and Scott on my visits. They also inspected the workmanship and would oversee that any imperfection corrected. To team was meticulous! I do not know how to make it any clearer. I was part owner of a custom home construction company at one time and I know how hard this crew works to please the customer. They were all experts in their field and focused on the customers expectations. I never passed thru the neighborhood without them waving and making the effort to be sure everything was going well! Poor paint job throughout villa, wall and drywall marks easily and chip. Placement of both water hoses act ward, one inside the back of the garage wall and the other on wall at paved patio should be further away from electrical outlet. Some kitchen cabinets open into each other. Closet shelving way too high and there should be more than one shelve in each closet. I had to place more shelving in some of the closets.

Over all a positive experience with a decent quality construction and amenities. My minor dissatisfaction comes from the fact that the builder did not install a single ceiling fan and sprinklers for lawn in the backyard.

I have had excellent response with all questions and concerns. The people at Lennar Have been excellent to work with.

Everything went very smoothly! The closing done virtually could have been done smoother!

I have faulty appliance and not been replaced till now. Its been more than 2 months now after I report. So bad quality appliances and response from the representative was pretty bad
