I’ve heard a lot of horror stories about Lennar and I was very worried and skeptical I closed on my house on 12/29/25 and so far am very happy!

Really enjoyed the experience we had working with Lennar. Everyone was great throughout the whole experience. I really enjoyed the onsite help especially from our realtor/broker. I believe her name was Amy. Wonderful service from her and would recommend her to my friends and family.

I’ve had a great home buyer experience. The loan officers were great and very helpful in every way. Everything has been great, I’ve only have one issue that has arisen. My ultimate goal is this situation is to be treated fairly with the current issues dealing with, over a period of time. Thank you

We had issue with keys not working after purchase of the house.. Lennar was very responsive and helped us to reconfigure the keys

The sales person was terrific, very helpful and informative. The home is quite lovely, there were a few minor issues but Lennar was Johnny on the spot and took care of them super fast! The neighborhood is lovely, only issues are the same everywhere, parking is challenging and while parking on the street is not allowed, there are those few who park there any way. My husband and I are very happy with our home and with Lennar, especially our property manager, they are just such a great resource for everything! Finally, if you're looking to buy a new home here, Do It!

The home buying experience was quick, efficient and relatively easy. There were some workmanship issues but they are being remedied. Communication with Lemnar staff was thorough and helpful.

I was very pleased with the process of buying my home at Lennar. The sales agent Carlo was very knowledgeable and provide me a good rate on my new home with Closing incentives that made me make the decision to consider buying from Lennar. The mortgage lady Melissa was very accommodating and she offered me the best rate for my loan with the terms that I wanted. The loan process was quite fast, but the approval was a little lengthy I wasn’t sure when I was going to do the walk-through and the closing. The construction manager to discuss some items that I needed them to clean up before closing, but everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I’m very satisfying and pleased with the whole process in buying my new home in Tampa, where my family members live. In the first two weeks of living in the house, i'm very fond of the floor plan and the quality of the finish. the house is very well insulated and the appliances provided with the house r four in excess of standard builder quality appliance.

Firstly, working with Victoria was an absolute pleasure. She made a stressful process easy and (most importantly) fun. Overall, the home is great. I do wish the hinges on the cabinets were soft close and there was one additional one installed to better support the cabinet doors. I also wish the carpet was a higher quality. It’s already showing wear patterns after 2 months in the home. Other than that, very happy with my home.

True value for money, nice people to work with

We purchased following a short sale process. Everything was done exactly in 28 days as they initially said. Every night we were required to submit paperwork and was very stressful. Hopefully we had personnel that was just a text away. Usually they answered very quickly. The app was easy to use and convenient to submit requested info and scanned docs. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

This was our first home in USA and it was a very easy process with Lennar sales team. Very helpful and professional service. Not much happy about the construction team as we had to go back to them several times with issues and took longer to respond.
