I could say Natasha and Phil help me out through the process. They did a fantastic job. Their part was to get me the home get me approved and close which I appreciate and I do appreciate my realtor as well. An outside of all of that, the carpenters, the people that did the texture in your painting could’ve done a better job unfortunately, once when I moved in, I didn’t notice after a week or so the touchups the texture, the caulking, the painting there was a lot of mistakes and unfortunately, I might have to take time or pay somebody to do repairs

We recently purchased a home from Lennar at Sierra Bella at Tesoro Highlands and I’m very pleased with both the home and the smooth process from the start. The inspection was completed before closing, and the Lennar team addressed all concerns beforehand. The warranty and support team have been incredibly helpful post-purchase. It’s a peaceful and wonderful community, and I highly recommend it to home buyers. Working with Lennar Mortgage was a great experience! Thanks to Becky and Christine for their seamless support from the start and through the end of our home buying journey.

Everyone in the process was really friendly. The home is perfect and very efficient. It seems soundproof cause I really don’t hear a lot outside the home with the construction. Perfect for the price I paid.

Closing walk through was rushed, prior inspection revealed many issues, these were to be handled before final walkthrough, yet most were not. “QA” person mentioned he had another appointment and that we needed to hurry up. When pointing out that many previous issues were not addressed, we were asked if we could “live with them”. Back door was missing a hinge pin, making it inoperable, reported this and followed up with a phone call to warranty service, no one ever came out and we ended up replacing ourselves after 3 plus days of no response. Found out today that our garage door is programmed the same as another home in the neighborhood, how does this happen? Quality of workmanship is subpar, kitchen cabinets don’t line up, nor does the surround in the master bathroom. Front porch was skim coated to fix a mistake and looks worse than before, driveway is cracked and joints aren’t cut properly. Nikki, realtor, was a real pleasure. Honest, responsive, accommodating, efficient. Mortgage process was cumbersome via digital process due to short time frame. Every day forms to sign, address, items to gather - all under "urgent" status. This was very frustrating, but Jenna tried to navigate this with grace and patience. Mobile notary was wonderful! John, construction manager, was also very helpful. Timing for "walk throughs" are not geared toward the convenience of the buyer. It is clearly accommodating the builder/subcontractors. Over all not great home buying experience. Customer service wasn’t great during purchase time. There was not much support in choosing option. Was rushed into everything. Home built is good but experience through out the process is very unfriendly. They just want to build home like factory and no respect or care for someone’s expectations and feelings who is spending 100s of thousands of dollars.

The Loan officer Pedro did a great job all the way until the end. Also ever other member did a great job.

We are very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of our new home. Lennar is priced very well compared to all of the other builders in our area. Defects we very few and minor and were corrected very quickly. We feel that the follow up and attention to details after the sale were lacking. We asked several times about who the trash company was and how to receive postal mail, but never got any answers. We are still having trouble with these issues. They also messed up our New Home Welcome and Closing dates that ended up costing us an extra $2,000 in expenses that we complained about, but were never addressed or resolved. ... More

You Learn a lot but more after your purchase.

I bought my beautiful townhouse more than a month ago. Lennar team were very helpful through the buying process. I sure had a lot of documents to sign but after only 3 weeks and 2 days, the townhouse was mine. By the 15 day check, I found some minor workmanship deficiencies. Lennar representative Dan came over to review and eventually set appointments to correct them. Most of everything is completed and I am finally able to complete settling in. I really appreciate the supportive process from Lennar and would recommend their homes to any new buyers! Thank you!

Overall, I’ve been very pleased by the service and value of my Heritage Park Lennar property; particularly the sales department (love Michelle!), and the construction side… my walk through experiences were thorough and super friendly!

From the sales associate to the loan officer everything went smoothly and met my expectations.

Paper work for closing wasn’t ready on time waited till the day before closing. And there were a bunch of mistakes. Then the day of the closing I had to sit there for way to long because they took forever to fix the mistakes! 10/10 will not ever go through lennar for a mortgage again!

I've only been in home for a month but it seems very well built and warranty requests are taken care of promptly

Closed two months ago and almost every single week after closing, we experienced issues with the house where we had to call the builder to send contractors out to make corrections. For the price we paid for the house, this is truly unacceptable.

Got this home for my mom to retire in, great price built, sturdy hurricane resistant I have no complaints. Warranty team responds quickly. Communication with everyone was very efficient..

From Jonathan the Lennar agent, to the mortgage dept staff, the walkthroughs and sign off, and warranty - everyone was responsive, helpful and professional. We downsized slightly after 27 years in a house we bought new in Vegas. That transaction was nowhere near the quality and ease of purchasing our new Lennar townhouse. Keep up the good work!

I hate Lenner. They use the cheapest materials possible, and the quality of life of the homes they build is horrendous. They have monopolized playing in our faces: foundation cracks, appliance issues, and no resolution from Lennar.
