This was my first time buying a home and was actually expecting the worst experience but it was totally opposite. My experience was great. Everything went smoothly with no hassles at all. Everything just fell into place.

I will not be buying another house from Lennar - ever again. The entire house buying process was stressful, which is to be expected, but our loan officer, Sandra, seemed to be especially quite incompetent. Throughout the process, there were various hiccups and even errors made in numbers. We did not trust Sandra at all and thankfully things were caught because we reviewed everything multiple times. The communication was even worse, whenever Lennar wants something they pressure you to have it done ASAP but when you have any questions you basically need to contact them/remind them every single day for an answer. Sandra didn't even have the right date of our closing. The day of closing, literally two hours before it was scheduled, we did not know if it was going to be virtual or in person. We were supposed to receive our closing documents at midnight and at 7am the day of we had to chase Sandra because nothing had been sent - she had miscommunication with the closing team and we did not get our closing documents till about 1.5hr before the closing appointment. The builder, Rodney, although very attentive and reassuring during our first walk throughs, dropped the ball for multiple things. Our concerns were often dismissed or conveyed as "not serious" and we really had to advocate for repairs. It has been two months since we closed and we still have not had the kitchen light cover replaced that was cracked - and like mentioned before, we have had to contact Rodney and Lennar multiple times the past two months for them to address it. Lizz, the home consultant, has been equally disappointing in this experience. Overall, we are grateful to have a new home but we are disappointed with the company and not completely satisfied with the quality of our home. Lennar mortgage officer Tom was quite difficult to work with, After establishing this was my first property and needed various issues explained, at times the answers were borderline rude, left me feeling like an idiot for asking a question he was inferring I should know the answer. Was nice in general conversation but didn't feel the need to explain. I found issues with his work, initially I wanted 20% down. Later to find out that the numbers in his system were showing 18% down and added insurance. He didn't see the need to make corrections and re send the correct figures. I was away from home, out of state for over a month, where I left clear instructions that my real estate agent(family friend) will represent me in my absence. Not one call or email was returned to my real estate agent during that period. As it got to a point, I confronted Tom and said I will not deal directly with him anymore as I feel I am not getting the service/support I need as well as expressing my complete disappointment in the service provided. Lennar concierge Jody Ann was quite confusing at times with not replying to all in thread, omitting information in various emails, causing confusion between myself, my agent and other people in the email threads. I fought for a month before I received an answer about the Flood report survey, and after multiple emails asking for this documentation to acquire home owners insurance, she sent it to Lennar mortgage. Again, more emails, more time, more frustration I acquired what I had been asking for over a month. Finally at closing, They went past their day for closing that THEY made, then wanted to reschedule at a day that didn't suit me. If on my next home I have an option of a Lennar home and ANY other home, I will choose any other builder based off this poor experience. ... More

Very low quality on material plus warranty people not helpful on coming to repair problem.

Great house for the price. Small details were overlooked but it’s the things that you only notice living there for a month. Love the townhome that I got! The welcome packet could be a lot more helpful and informative. Had to figure things out on my own which is the only reason for the 4 stars. Overall I love it!

The response time for questions on the solar system was not responsive until 3 weeks after signing then they answered my phone call. Sunnova doesn't answer the question they give you an excuse and it isn't their fault. They point the finger at everyone else. It is going on 2 months since I signed and ownership was ours. We still don't know where in the process of getting our systems rook up and online line. There departments don't talk to each other. When you call you only talk to the new service department which isn't kept informed by the connections department as to what step in the process your paper is. ... More

Did a home walk had my driveway ruined by sod installers gouge marks every where was told would fix it they ripped out the section that was damaged pored new concrete however they broke my front sprinkler head it no longer fits flush in ground sticks out left debris and concrete nails wood in my driveway for three half weeks reached out mangers amd hone reps constantly calling emails to gwt it removed they finally sent some one to clean that mess up left dried concrete all over my driveway finally spoke to manager about issue he said he'll have my sprinklers repaired and new sod put on my lawn that they ruined never did haven't heard or seen them can't get a hold of anyone lennar doesn't take accountability for there mistakes I regret purchasing if I known they would be like this buyer beware stay far away from them would not recommend purchasing a lennar home also front face on my kitchen drawers f3ll off 1st week in home and my breaker box for dryer keeps tripping have to reset it constantly ... One aspect that particularly stood out to us was the quality of materials used in the construction of our home and trustworthiness. We were delighted to see the attention to detail and the use of durable, high-grade materials throughout. This gives us great confidence in the long-term quality and value of our investment.

My overall experience was not bad. I adore Michael C that did my walk throughs. I did not have the same experience with the sales rep on site. She was on the verge of rude more often than not. I also have not enjoyed the fact that there seems to have been miscommunication on what my town I actually live, I am a month in and still don't know what my address is : Fountain Inn or Simpsonville : even the utility companies have the address listed differently.....but I love my home,

Financing was easy. Workmanship is the absolute wort. My Brand New home was not detailed at all. My stove I was told it was on when they did their inspection it was UNPLUGGED. My flooring was put together with bits and pieces. Lots of little pieces landscaping cheap only 20 feet of sod when I have at least 50 feet needed to cover yard. Big gaps that my dog got out under the gate. I didn’t realize how small the door entry to the bathrooms are my walker doesn’t fit through the door. Bee nest in my garage it’s my problem. I just moved in. I’m allergic to bees No upgrade center. You pay HOA fees even though the pool is not ready the workout area is not ready but you can pay every month that it’s incomplete. The home is just awesome and really justify it's value. There is high value for the money paid.The equipment, environment are all awesome and can be recommended to people.

a lot of extra effort in the details will be better, details are where the money is.

Our search came to an end with this new construction community. We liked that it would be less homes & no pool or clubhouse. It suited us. Bill was very pleasant to deal with & very helpful to answer all our questions. Our townhouse is everything we wanted. There were no issues or problems. Everyone we’ve dealt with is very friendly

Purchased home thinking it was a great buy, sales man was great. Quality of material used are of lowest grade. Cheap , had few issues after closing , some resolved , Still stranded for 21 days from a plumbing issue.

The beginning of the process exceeded my expectations until I was under contract. It was very difficult to communicate with some of the key players on the team such as the processor, loan officer, salesperson, and property manager. I left messages and I would not receive a response, which was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Home buying process is easy. Home consultants - good Incentives - good Quality of homes - poor Service level - poor Quality of finish - poor

We enjoyed working with Suzanne and Andrea of Lennar Homes. Also, Travis and Marshall were very good during our walk-thru. I did feel like there were so many people doing all different type of jobs within Lennar that it was hard to keep everyone straight.
