Overall great home to live in.

Lennar was a pleasure to work with that provided numerous floor plans. Questions that had about the process were answered within a business day if not shorter. The incentives received saved tons of money on appliances.

We bought our home before visiting Our Realtor did an awesome job locating this property for us. We are extremely pleased with the overall process and how easy it was. it took 23 days to go from zero to close... and that was without any rush! Overall quality is good. Lennar service has been outstanding ao far. All issue have been solved rapidly and to our satisfaction!

We worked with Angela at Mills Creek and she was so patient and helpful. She encouraged us just to prequalify and see what we can afford. Well sure enough we qualified for the house we had been looking at, and then came the Mortgage team, who were amazing. The whole process so easy, We had a thorough walk through with Jeff, and EVERYTHING was explained to us clearly. Anything that needed fixing was fixed. I highly recommend Lennar Homes. They are beautiful and lots of upgrades as part of the home.

Great buying experience. Delivered on time, good quality, fair price, all good. The hoa is the down part. Confusing, unresponsive, couldn’t care less. Some promises were not fulfilled, we’re having lots of security issues…

The whole process has been easy . Our home is beautiful. The year warranty is amazing ! Chris responds right away with any issue that arrises. Nick who did the walk through was on it! He made sure everything was perfect before move in. We couldn’t be happier with our home purchase

Pay attention when you do the walk through. Know you will have to do extra cleaning. They are very good about coming to do repairs on the punch list.

They say the home buying experience is a stressful process but that was not the case for my wife and I. Kurt guided us through the process step by step with patience and grace. He was responsive to all of our questions, and was able to accommodate to our requests. I can’t thank Kurt enough for his help and guidance.

Jim did a great job showing us all available houses, the process was fast and easy thanks to the patience of the Lennar mortgage team.

The online purchase process is easy and quick

When we first arrived, last 2023, we had 0 expectations on what to expect so we kept an open mind. We were blown away by the customer service that Robin provided. It was timely, professional and she went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. The house we eventual purchased, we never thought we could attain, has provided us with more than what we thought we could afford! Great lot, great community, great layout and just over-the-moon. With that being said, there are of course a few things, very minor, that we have caught with the workmanship and materials. For example, the drywall is thin and feels like you can hear conversations/creeks throughout the home. There is a spot in the master floor that has a squeak, but we understand that as the house ages and settles, that these things will come up. We plan to open up a ticket with maintenance when our 1-year warranty comes end of next year. I can't think of a better home purchase than what we had! ... More

It had been 40 years since we bought a home. We had great support in the process from Lennar in buying this one. The home concierge was a great idea as a single point of contact. The home orientation was helpful, and the walk through to identify a punch list to fix was very good. Lennar was outstanding in taking care of all identified items. The Lennar track app was easy to use and kept us informed along the process from purchase to closing. The only minor improvement I would suggest is establishing the home concierge point of contact sooner in the process. We enjoyed the entire process of purchasing our home. The sales agent (Matt) was EXCELLENT!. As was the warranty follow up on a few issues we needed addressed. It is a beautiful home with a very nice bundled package (absolutely love our spa and pool). we are pleased with the warranty follow up as well as the trade that has performed the work. The best way to understand how we feel is - We recommended this home to a couple we golfed with and they purchased a home. We also are trying to get my 2 sisters to purchase home in The National as well as a co-worker. Obviously we are very pleased with our new home. Would recommend to any potential buyer. Going into this experience I was nervous. However, the Lennar team made me feel welcomed and assured at every step. They didn't rush or pressure me. My new home consultant took the time to explain things I had questions about. When we did the final walk through all details were perfect. I felt supported throughout the home buying process and am 100% satisfied with my new home.

We bought a house from the scratch Jennifer Finley was great help to as and the engineer amazing Tommy Becker very knowledgeable and great customer service top notch, I don’t think I had that experience before .

From the minute we viewed our new home to the date we moved in we felt cared for, important and informed. Gaye M was amazing dealing with our crazy schedules and our realtor Tina worked with Gaye to talk us off the edge a few times. There were a few things not quite right when we moved in but Jon in the warranty office was absolutely brilliant and they were resolved quickly. Moving 3000 miles across the States was challenging when it came to completion but we were confident we were in good hands at the final destination. We had a great experience with our Sales Counselor Phil as he was very professional, knowledgeable and his follow up and follow through skills were admirable. Our Construction Manager was also helpful. Our Customer Service Rep Jesse, has been fabulous and the best of the best with her concern and responsiveness to a few issues we have had after closing. We truly love our home, our beautiful tranquil homesite and the community. We’re very pleased and I highly recommend Angeline as a community and Lennar Homes.

From start to finish we had a great buying experience with Lennar Homes. Very honest and easy to work with. It’s been almost two months since we moved in and we love our home! I would definitely buy another Lennar home in the future or recommend their homes to friends and family.
