We had a great buying process, from start to finish it was very easy. Jenn sold us from the first meeting, she was fantastic and answered every question we had. The mortgage team was efficient and helped us with any questions that popped up. Overall extremely pleased with our experience.

Lennar is great to work with and is priced right! My only complaint is that it is almost impossible to get ceiling fans in these new homes. We live in Texas and it gets very hot here. WE NEED CEILING FANS

We had a very positive experience throughout the home buying process. The team was professional, responsive, and made everything feel smooth from start to finish. They answered our questions quickly and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of the home itself has also been impressive. The craftsmanship, layout, and finishes really stood out, and you can tell care was put into the construction. There were a few minor issues after move-in, which is why I’m giving four stars instead of five, but overall we are very happy with our purchase and would recommend them to others looking for a new home. ... Great sales person. Very knowledgeable.

Issues with home took many attempts to get a response. Also, sod was laid the day prior to settlement and several spots are dead and missing from day one. Trash was not picked up for six weeks. Our sales rep Stephany is great and has helped tremendously in addressing the issues. Jessica however seems to be overwhelmed.

Overall we would absolutely buy another home from Lennar. The process is well oiled and very tight. Nothing was missed. We dealt with Wes, April, Jacob, and Hannah. All were very responsive and had answers to questions throughout the buying process. Thanks to all for your attention to detail and hard work.!

We had a great homebuying experience with Lennar. The staff were helpful and nice, everything has gone as planned and within the correct time frame. They're knowledgeable about helping us find resources, that helped us get closer to our new home. Everytime we had a service request or questions they accommodate us right away. We also love our new neighborhood.

Experience was very good. They gave whatever they promised and the quality of the house is very good along with the entire process from finding the home to closing the escrow was easy and understandable process.

Over all good but dates kept changing and overall the yard was suspect. The house is great.

We had a very smooth experience with Lennar from start to finish. The process felt easy and stress-free. I also did a home inspection, and Lennar quickly fixed the small items that were found. The only suggestion I would give is to improve some of the finishing details. Overall, a great and seamless experience.

I enjoyed working with everyone I came in contact with. Especially Eric when it came time to learn about the house he was extremely helpful. I have recommended 4 family members to definitely move into the same area I am confident they will buy one of your homes.

The overall experience was positive. We did experience difficulties when we needed to modify the contact because the house needed to be titled to our trust rather than too us. Sales staff was available and followed through on all requests and questions. The walk-through was very extensive and thorough.

Some things were a little different than in the model home which wasn’t expected especially the paint! Did not like the flat white paint throughout the home.

I found several problems after I moved. My service requests have been handled very well within warm environment. Thank you so much,

Our experience buying our Coach Home was very streamlined and relatively painless. All of Lennar's people that we dealt with were very knowledgeable and friendly. We are very happy with our new place. Thanks Lennar!

The most purchasing experience was good. Keep the insurance side of of Lennar in check. They provided me with a great quote, then changed the price right before closing. Made me rethink the whole process. The communications between the builder, the mortgage company, the insurance company and the closing company leaves something to be desired. I would have thought since it’s all under one name they would have the communications under control but that is not the case. The home itself is great. I would have hoped that in 2025 they would be wiring homes with Ethernet in every room. That isn’t the case for the home I purchased. Responsiveness for small issues since moving in has been excellent for me. ... More

Sales person was excellent closing was ok but a little inconvenient. Wonderful neighborhood.

Everything went well. I’m loving my new home. I’m exactly where I wanted to be. It’s nice and quiet. All the neighbors I have met are very nice.

Through out all parts of the buying process, Lennar staff was available and willing to explain each step. Follow ups were done to ensure any and all questions were answered.
