We have had a great experience purchasing our home in Cleveland Meadows. Our home is in a great location, we appreciate the little extras that Lennar put into the home. The initial process they are very attentive and responsive which was very helpful and appreciated. I will say after the purchase there really isn’t any follow up or much response if you have questions which is a bit disappointing. They should have post purchase agents or something like that to make sure all is well and you can have a point person to go to for any questions etc. Otherwise we definitely recommend.

The entire central Oregon team were the best team so far in our family. This is our 3rd new home and our 2nd with Lennar. Doubt it will be our last either. Thanks to all for a wonderful experience.

We searched for a community and company to buy with for 4 years in the Summerville area. Worth the way and best decision would could have ever made. Lanar made the experience and process very comfortable and pleasant. We thank the Lanar family for helping us through the process like family.

I am totally unhappy with my experience with Lennar. They already raised my HOA fees and I’m only living here a month. Every time I turn around they are charging us for more things that were never explained either at closing or when I first looked at the community. Living in a 55t community, most of us are on a fixed income. Had I been aware of all the extra dues, I never would have bought here. Very unhappy and will consider moving.

We looked for quite awhile and landed in paradise just north of LA. Jasmine was beyond welcoming and knew exactly where to take us - to our dream home! Like all new homes, issues come up but the process with Dru and his team are second to none. So timely with repairs, so welcoming for feedback, and exceptional with making us feel at ease in our new community. If you are looking to move out of the city and land in paradise with a team that puts you first - Lennar is second to none!

This awesome floor plan features a four-car garage, five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a two-story great room with additional room in the unfinished basement. There is no more need to say. The only thing that I would want is a lot with an acre or two to put the cherry on top.

Lennar professionals made our new home purchase a very pleasant experience! We were updated weekly regarding the progress of our new home build. Adam especially was a wonderful help. We now have a finished, beautiful new home that we love. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

My house was built very poorly. I don’t feel the construction team for Lennar actually cared about how the house looked cosmetic wise. The things they said were “normal” are not normal. I have areas missing paint, huge chips in the door frames that were just painted over. Baseboards that look like a 5 year old installed and painted. Uneven texture. Water heater issue that they can’t seem to fix after 5 appointments. Chips out of my kitchen cabinets that they painted over. Very disappointed and very unhappy I can’t enjoy my brand new home.

At the start of my homebuying experience, I worked with sales rep Angel, who was terrific. He was very knowledgeable, and if he did not know the answer, he got me the answer. Angel showed me houses in four different cities around San Antonio. He never made me feel like a hassle and made it a point to help me when coming into town, as he knew I was purchasing out-of-state. When I decided to move forward with a house in Bulverde, I was told there were no sales incentives on the house because it was not included in the year-end sales event as it would not be closing by the end of the year. I was informed that this house had a closing date of December 5th. After putting my earnest money down on the house, I was told that my closing date had moved forward almost two weeks. When I voiced that this would be a financial burden as I would buy last-minute plane tickets to attend all the orientations and the closing day, I requested that we keep the original closing date of December 5th. I was then told that if I did not close by the new date they set, I would accrue fees for delaying the process. This response was disheartening. I then asked for sales concessions to help offset the additional costs I would incur due to the close of escrow moving up. I was told there was nothing Lennar could do to help assist me. I did not want to lose my earnest money or incur fees, so I moved forward with my first orientation with Brett. My initial orientation with Brett was very informative and validated my concerns. He took his time to explain and answer all my questions as a new homebuyer. I was offered the opportunity to complete my second walk virtually. My brother attended this walk, but I could not participate because I couldn't get the time off with such short notice. While the virtual walk was convenient and appreciated, it did not allow us to conduct a thorough inspection to make sure all the items from our previous walk were completed. Due to closing escrow, during the holiday season, my busiest work time, I could not go out to the house for 6 weeks from the day I close. I was disappointed when I picked up the keys and walked into my house for the first time. My back door and garage were left unlocked, allowing people to enter my home after closing. Additionally, I found dried mud on the floor and dried food remnants in my sink. As I walked through the rest of the house, I discovered that a blind was missing from my primary room, and several cabinet hinges that were initially there were missing during my walk with Brett. Upon further inspection, I noticed that things from my first walk were not completed, and additional damage to my flooring occurred after the final walk. I immediately contacted my customer service rep, Brett, to inform him of the uncleanliness of my house and other concerns. Brett told me the house does not get a detailed cleaning before closing. After expressing my frustrations and other concerns regarding the home, Brett met with me to ensure my concerns were addressed. Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with my homebuying experience with Lennar. This not only caused me not to consider purchasing a Lennar home in the future but has also discouraged my other family members from purchasing a Lennar despite having had positive experiences with them. Awesome Cindy is fantastic they told me exactly what I needed to do to purchase a home, helped me through the process. If ever by another home it will be only with Lennar ever.

So I will start from the beginning. We came to Milos Haven to look at a townhome. I suffer from major depressive disorder and major anxiety and the list goes on so coming to look at a town home was not something that I wanted to do. Our sales rep. Sung was a wonderful person right from the start and that made me safe around him. Sung showed us the models gave us some options and kept us in the loop until we were able to purchase a townhome at Milos Haven, Sung answered all my questions and even educated me a little about the area and the home. I felt very comfortable talking to Sung and he made everything go as smooth as possible. We have been living here now for 42 days and everyone that we have meet from Lennar has been just great to deal with. The person that we did the walk through with was Conner and he showed us everything we needed to know about the home and he did not rush us. Conner was very friendly and professional. If we called the office with a question it was either answered immediately or within a reasonable amount of time. We had to speak to Linwood recently about getting a few minor adjustments made and again very friendly, helpful and professional. So far anyone that we have spoken to at Lennar has always been very helpful, friendly and positive. We are still waiting on various move in, punch list items to be completed.

We’ve been in our unit about a month now and have contacted Lennar 3 times about issues we’ve had with the unit. This virtual process to addressing an issue isn’t helpful at all. One issue we raised about a design flaw they refused to send someone to look at the issue. Another issue they claim is working properly. Large bubbles of air bubbling out of both toilets while the shower doesn’t drain followed a few minutes later by all the water being suddenly sucked out of the shower and both toilets is considered “proper operation’? Not impressed.

Good not great build. Mostly built to code and not above. Builders all over the nation could do a lot better on insulation, structural and fit and finish. Look at code as being the starting point and see how you can do better than code and maintain costs.

Everybody from agent and mortgage specialist made it real easy to buy

Loan officer Miranda was amazing. Was told corrections were being made at final walkthrough that weren’t when we moved in. Took 2 days to get access to a home we owned without explanation. After move in warranty response is unreliable including having contractor show up at 5 pm after being home all day to say he can’t do the work. No follow up after. Loan officers are super helpful and answer all emails and questions. The home is good value for price, but some parts of the process are highly lacking in customer service.

Lennar just does the bare minimum. Not worth it. I will certainly let potential home buyers know about my experience on Social media where I have 1 million followers. The quality is sub par , the people who work for lennar are not experienced. The home barely meets minimum standards.

Buying a home from Lennar was a great experience. Everyone was so helpful and everything was an incredibly easy process for something that can sometimes be really difficult! My new home is great and everything is just perfect!

Lennar offered great incentives, but were quick to try and deny our application. They made us jump hurdles, i.e. requested my wife to get a letter from management at current employer only to find out we couldn't use it and she was basically forced to get a job within 2 weeks in a new state. Closing was in limbo for well over a month which finally closed a week before Christmas. House we were living in was emptied out and we were essentially homeless if it didn't close. My children lost their Christmas and the process was simply unacceptable. I want to clarify this was Lennar lending department. Steven with the actual sales team on site was phenomenal and helped push the process along. Our file ended up being pushed to the higher ups who eventually got us across the finish line, but it felt as though they never wanted to close with the incentives initially offered. I would not purchase a home through Lennar ever again and had I known the extent of what my family would have been put through out of the gate, we would have never pursued this property. ... More

Sales team is great. Project management team are nice people but allowed poor craftsmanship from some of the subcontractors. Several framing issues, including multiple small and large holes in the sheathing, sheathing that was not flush, missing king studs, bowed wall studs, etc. Trim carpentry is poor, including horrible joints in baseboards and crown molding, door gaps that are uneven, interior doors that were cut down crooked, etc. The stackable washer/dryer in the Next Gen suite was not installed properly (i.e. discharge hose was not installed into drain leading to water discharge all over the floor). Crack in the garage floor opened up two days after it was poured (no wire mesh or fiberglass fibers are use in the concrete). Sill seal was not properly installed in the garage. Bathroom wall light fixtures were installed too low (caught during celebration walk) and had to be raised prior to closing. Drywall repair in second bathroom completed poorly after light fixture was raised. The greatest error, however, is the fact the HVAC team did not install the separate zoned system in the Next Gen suite that we paid for. This will be corrected (hopefully) at some time in the future when the weather warms but this creates an incredible inconvenience and the potential for other damage caused then the HVAC contractor corrects this problem. ... Lennar made the home buying process a breeze. Along with the incentives provided by Lennar there’s no better option of buying a house in the current market. The only thing I recommend is scheduling a very thorough 3rd party home inspector. These houses are built extremely fast and because of that, issues do arise. We were lucky with our house and haven’t had many issues but a quality home inspection will bring any serious issues to light. The construction manager for the neighborhood, we bought in, was very responsive to the report and has the majority of issues, highlighted in the report, fixed before our closing date. ... More

Very easy process. The concierge is very helpful at guiding you to lender, title, builder. Makes it less confusing
