About 6 weeks after moving into our new home, we discovered one of our toilets was leaking, which caused some warping of the side of the vanity and wall trim. My husband put in a request for repair that evening and Chad responded early the next morning. He got a plumber to come out the following day and fixed it, Chad made sure to explain that he had to order a new skin for the vanity and that and the trim would be fixed as soon as the skin came in. Chad and the plumber were very kind and personable, We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a quicker response.

Worst experience of buying the home. Buying a new house is a big milestone for lots of people. The joy was taken away. Most of the staff was very unprofessional n not helpful. Worst was the mortgage department. Only good was walkthrough dept.

My overall experience was 5 stars. Building is an imperfect business and I understand things can go wrong. How the builder responds is how I judge them and Lennar + their entire team was 5 stars anytime things arose that needed attention or improvement. Which, by the way, there were minimal issues. Thanks Lennar Team!

The highlight of my purchase experience was the help and guidance provided by Julie Hodges, the salesperson at Luna Park. Julie Hodges was really helpful.

The buying process was extremely easy. I was fortunate to have my interest rate bought down and utilizing Lennar title and home owners insurance saved me even more. The house is beautiful. The layout is nice. I am upset that the builder is not picking up the packaging mess that gets blown all over our neighborhood. Paint quality is subpar, leaving paint drops on the floor and missing one of the only lines needed to cut on my tile grout. Speaking of tile, my tile in my bathroom is beautiful minus all of the chips that the contractor obviously knew was there. My carpet has hard lumps that might be garbage that was left under the floor or it could be nails coming up. My cabinets that intersect slam into each other. The garage is tiny, my truck doesn’t fit it in and I have the shortest bed they make. Other than that, everything is great. ... More

Lennar has a well-organized process for purchasing a house. Their customer service is excellent, particularly Lourdes, who patiently answered all my questions. She is easy to reach whenever I need assistance. I give her two thumbs up! Thank you for helping me fulfill my dream of owning a modern home.

The entire home buying process with Lennar has been exceptional. Everyone has been professional and responsive from start to finish. The hand offs between the functions have been flawless and the new home is beautiful and well designed and constructed.

Awesome experience, we didn’t have any issues with our home buying process

Our closing was scheduled and I checked ahead of time to make sure all financial issues would be eliminated. We arrived at the "Welcome Center" at our location as instructed. 10 minutes before the time I receive an email saying that the closing would be 30 minutes away. Upon arrival, there was NO paperwork and more money was required to close. Closing took several hours and was completely inept.

Emphasis more on getting the contract signed without proper inspection and taking responsibilities for resolving client's issues. My property had a number of poor finishes and uncompleted snag list of items. This was left for me to arrange post move-in. In addition, I had electrical issues which I was not adequately supported for resolution even though this was a know issue according to the electrical engineer who later fixed the issue. I still have issues to be resolved once I have time to organize it. My experience was a terrible one and would not like it to be repeated.

I recently purchased a home in Sunfish Cove in Sunset Beach NC December 2024. This was the easiest transition for me thanks to Heidi and my realtor. Absolutely love my new home!

The salesperson, Alex, was outstanding and was attentive to our needs within his authority/control. However we were very dissatisfied with the workmanship (paint, carpentry, landscaping (unlevel, dead grass, irrigation system heads sticking up too high, etc)). The tubs are basically useless because they are way too short for an average height adult (taller than 4 feet). Great square footage and amenities for the dollar but the workmanship needs improvements.

We don't feel but we strongly believe that we have been deceived and defrauded by Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Title, etc. at almost every level of the transaction. Let's say I will be posting the details and better review with evidence on public sites with substantial evidence unless they fix our concerns ASAP! Lennar is very well aware of the blunders it has caused. We don't care that one part of the brand blames the other, etc. but the damage is done to us and some at an irreparable level. From our experience, we strongly believe that not only us but other homebuyers are victimized as well of the unethical, undeserved and unexpected low-class practices of Lennar brand, Lennar family or call it Lennar Culprits implement to not only sell homes to profit ethically but also go above and beyond unlawfully, unethically and unfairly to extort monies and deprive homebuyers of many rights, privileges, benefits, and opportunities to state some of their offerings to its customers. Then, they congratulate homebuyers like nothing happened after the homebuyers are victimized by their ambushes from moment to moment during the process. There are no limits to what Lennar can do deliberately wrong especially administratively to the homebuyers. IF THERE IS NO TRUST, THERE IS NO TRUSTING LENNAR! ... More

We had a seamless experience purchasing our Lennar home. We were even able to change our homesite during the process to better meet our families needs. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process!

I will start with the positives, the home was good value for the price paid and Lennar bought down the rate and covered closing costs. In terms of the home build itself I will say TERRIBLE quality control. Blatant errors that they tried to hide during the walkthrough then refused to fix when I brought them up. Only when I gave them a 0 out of 10 on their rating survey did they reach out to fix them. Even now after living here for roughly 2 months I am finding more and more things wrong. Uneven floors, nails poking up from under the carpet. Totally corporate, they just want to sell you a cheap house, get their check and move on. ... More

The sales personnel were excellent, very professional but still polite and accommodating. Our construction manager was the same. From start to finish we were very impressed and satisfied.

I was extremely pleased with everyone on the Lennar team especially Kem , the representative that helped throughout the entire experience. I have to admit that there were times when I was overwhelmed being a first time home buyer but he (Kem) just about held my hand and took me through everything. Everyone that I dealt with on the Lennar team should be commended for their hard work.

Buying a new build was really scary even though we have gone the home buying process before. The representative in the office was very friendly and helpful. Communications was a little delayed but we had questions answered anyway. Loan officer definitely needs to work on their communication. It would take days to get answer and there were times when she didn’t even answer some simple questions which was a little frustrating. There were alot of models to look at and seemed well built. We would recommend to work with Lennar compared to other builders.

It’s have been a wonderful experience to buy my new House. I love the Lennar Morgate team how driven me step by step until the closing.

Rick our construction manager explained every future of the house so clearly and he was so helpful all the time and very professional.I have lived in the house for a month now and I am very happy with it

From start to finish the buying process with Lennar was simple and straightforward. Everyone was extremely responsive and the process went smoothly. Our home is beautiful and has a wonderful open floor plan. The two story great room is next level. We would definitely recommend Lennar to our friends and family.

It was ALMOST perfect. Right at the end, I got conflicting messages about the move in date. Caused me a bit of stress and extra money. The inspection, mortgage, and closing process was very good.
