So far we love our new house, we have no complaints and for the few extremely minor nit picking issues we have had, Lennar has been immediately responsive. If I were buying another home in the future, Lennar would be at the top of my list.

Warranty service team is very bad with my experience

We love our floor plan. Many items are low quality. Appliances, cabinets. The inability to make any changes is frustrating. Love the neighborhood design Lennar has done.

We were looking to become homeowners and did some research around the area. Once we stopped in and spoke to Adam at the Savannah lakes office we realized that Lennar was a step ahead of the local competition. We started a journey with Lennar that has brought us to the home of our dreams. Thanks to the Lennar team for the great experience.

Issues with A/C and people digging in our front lawn to connect power to the electrical box in our backyard with no explanation. They also used a ladder to enter our backyard with no permission nd left a pile of dirt in front of our house for a week. Our lawn was dug in so we’re not sure if they’ll fix the lawn damage.

The workers who put the homes together she be more careful with working on homes

My consultant was amazing and she did an excellent job! My loan officer was also very helpful, it was nice to have everything done under Lennar from loan applications to closing, it was a very smooth process.

Unorganized, inconsistent communication, customer journey from point A to point Z. Lennar said they experienced many “glitches” when it came to our poor customer experience…Our realtor saved this deal and it is the only reason we closed on this home.

Thought we would give Lennar a second chance. Only good thing about it was our salesman Cody. We received the home on time but it was filthy. We complained on walk thru but nothing changed. We cleaned it ourselves. Workmanship is below par as well as quality of cabinets, appliances. Disappointing.

This is my first home and I chose Lennar, but I will NEVER choose them again. My home buying experience was extremely poor from beginning to end. I started out by getting a realtor, and I would suggest a realtor for anyone, completed the paperwork portion and we went home shopping. I knew where I wanted to live so we went straight to Spring Grove. The Lennar representative,George, I first encountered seemed eager to help, but I quickly found out that he was not the rep for me; overbooking himself hours at a time and being really obtrusive. After several times of being late my realtor and I decided to find another Lennar rep, Orin. At first Orin was responsive and attentive, but that quickly dwindled after I signed the papers for a house. He stopped answering emails, text messages etc. Then came my walk thrus, my first walk thru I found a lot of imperfections, but that’s to be expected. Chris stated everything would be fixed and the home would be cleaned by my “welcome” walk thru so I said, “okay.” My “welcome” walk thru came, the house was not cleaned and there was still blue tape in lots of places. I can say that the construction manager, Kyle, was the only great part of this experience. He was extremely helpful, when he didn’t have to be, and I greatly appreciate that. Closing day came, the house was still not cleaned or up to par, but Kyle, construction manager, came in to do what he could and re-sent the cleaning crew. When the cleaning person, not crew, came she had only a towel. What is she supposed to do with no cleaning supplies?! Moving on, I opened utilities in my name as you are supposed to do. Quickly after that I got my security system in place and received my first two utility bills. I realized instantly that the construction crews were stealing my water after watching them do so on my cameras. I filed a complaint, which is not easy to do thru Lennar, and finally someone called me back. I was informed by Chris that Lennar does not reimburse. This I found interesting because I am having to pay for water that was NOT consumed by me being that I didn’t move in until December 23rd. Clearly Lennar does not take responsibility for their crews or third party crews. I am infuriated by this and don’t find this to be fair at all! So when asked how my experience was and would I refer someone to Lennar…. Never again! ... More

Overall a good experience though out the process. The Quality of the home is good and we're very happy with the area and the results

Lennar Homes is a typical large volume driven home builder. Cuts corners to keep cost down for them. Paint quality is horrible. Watered down paint is barely on the walls. Adding floodlights in front and back is great, but for $15 more per light they could have added motion sensors. Floors are uneven, baseboards are all over the place and not straight at all. Hardware on kitchen cabinets installed wrong. Fireplace is nice, but a blower to push the hot air out would have been a nice touch at a very low cost. Overall the home is nice but they just cut so many corners that had they put a little extra cost and thought into the home it would definitely have a greater value and appeal. They do have some nice touches and this is definitely an upgrade to other large volume builders, but they could really separate themselves from that large volume builders pack if they just spent a little extra thought, time, and money. We chose Lennar due to the quality of their building products and value for the price paid. They had better flooring, baseboards, cabinetry, etc. The best part was the warranty division after the sale. We found about 10 imperfections that were missed during the walk-throughs. They have a website where you upload descriptions and pictures. Scott from the warranty division was very prompt, courteous and professional. He called or texted me many times during the process and made sure the repairs were made on schedule and to my satisfaction. The entire Lennar team were great during the buying process and were very responsive to questions or concerns we had. Highly recommend Lennar and the Shannon Woods team!

Was not happy communication was kind of poor only thing that I recommend is really talking to the consumer and when you promise to do something or when you do a walk-through, make sure everything gets done before you sign anything went through a motorhome figured my kitchen cabinets were going to look like that and I end up Getting into my house. It was not what I wanted. And I moved into my house. I thought they will have the construction control next to me, but there’s two by fours laying out with nails on my grass nails all over the place trash the grass got lifted out about three times already they keep running the machines over everything Someone end up using the bathroom right in front of our house right where we leave the door it was so poor and unacceptable just really upset at my first time ever buying a house experience with Lennar. Response to new home 2nd walk through have never been corrected. Sliding door handle is very small making it hard to open from outside. Painters did not pay attention to finishing doors they are peeling and paint has stuck to frame.

Would do it again. Only negative was some title insurance expenses.

Buying the house so good everyone at Lennar was helpful and professional. Once moved in get anyone to simply finish the repairs that were agreed upon on the walk thru has take multiple attempts. Many miss appointments no call backs no reschedules. Very disappointing and frustrating. I guess getting the house funded and closed was the most important part of the process for Lennar not customer service and support.

No patio, garage doesn’t smooth it with joint compound . Yard s a lot of water aeration .

We have looked at Lennar for over 5 years, had a new home built by a competitor 3 years ago, when Lennar built in West View Crossings, that was our ideal location, bought the last home on the north side and we are loving our new home and finally did get our forever home from Lennar! Thank you Lennar!

We love our new home. We downsized and selected a convenient ranch home. My favorite features are the fireplace and the flex room. The flex room is now our library. Lennar helped make our purchase easy and flawless. We closed quickly and without incident. Wonderful people work for Lennar and really do care about their customers. 5 stars!

Our realtor were great, people are nice but all in all when we did our blue taping we were told that we will receive a small set up on the table for us for buying the home with Lennar and never did see that so guess that’s not true. They told us they will put out nobs on our cabinets and we have been here a month and still haven’t received our nobs. Our power box keeps tripping out when we start out microwave and our stove and for it to be a ready to move in home it shouldn’t be that way. The people at the pool area that deals with the HOA are really awesome folks. Kids do love the area.

Love the home but would have loved better quality and a little personalization.

House is great as far as space & layout but the workmanship is awful. Attention to detail is very poor and many things needed fixed and still do! So many things equipped in home with no box, no instructions, and setting up items is virtually impossible with no one willing to help! Why install a ring camera when you don’t have the box, screw tool or instructions? Hurry up & purchase & goodbye is how I felt. Sales people are great but builder, PM’s & work orders are a nightmare. House wasn’t clean upon move in & just overall disappointed in the lack of anyone helping get resolution to problems.

It was a great experience. Best home buying experience we've ever had.
