very responsive and professional. We had a few minor problems with the house but they were dealt with right away.

The sales representative, Carl, was wonderful! He went above and beyond to answer any and all questions I had, and to assure me that I was getting exactly what I contracted for. I had an awful experience with another builder before I found Lennar, and Carl was very sensitive to my fears going forward with this home purchase. Oscar, the construction manager, was fantastic as well! He listened, answered my questions honestly, and gave me full confidence that things were going along smoothly and on schedule. Every step was explained in detail. Even after I moved into the house, Oscar was willing to answer more questions and take care of a few things that needed tending to. Closing was a smooth process! I am very satisfied with my new home! It was worth the purchase! I love the residential community as well! Very diverse!

Over all is good. The workmanship of the house is good, however after we moved in the floor of the padio and the garage cracked and we were told the warranty does not cover that. That's a little disappointment. It's only a month since we lived. Cracked floor should be maintained by them.

From start to finish, a good, seamless buying experience.

From the beginning of the sales buying process to the closing on. the property all the Lennar professionals made it easy and simple. For most this is a large purchase and Lennar was there to answer all questions and make the process bearable.

The process from looking at homes to the final move-in was seamless. Hailey H. was extremely personal and devoted her time and efforts in ensuring that my concerns were addressed in a timely fashion. The quality the new home that I purchased is outstanding, what was optional features in most of the other homes we looked at were standard features for Lennar. The builders team from sales, financial to final inspection was over and beyond my expectations. Hailey was very attentive to what we were looking for and even helped us get more value for our money.

Once moved, I found several issues with my brand new townhome. I requested the service to fix them through Lennar owner portal. They responded quickly with a phone call from Josch and then emails and text messages from Alexis. They both were very professionals and friendly. They have schedule several appointments to fix the areas of concern. Great customer service post purchase.

Sales staff was great mortgage and insurance. People were great title company was great. We were a little disappointed with some of the things that they’ve cut to save money this is our third Lennar home and we can see that they’ve cut out a lot of things that they used to give like towel and toilet paper holders in the bathrooms and complete white paint on the inside instead of the two tone colors that they used to use and they didn’t give any touchup Paint for future touchup other than that. Everyone that we dealt with in person was very good. In all, it was a good experience

We had an excellent experience working with Lenar and their staff! Every deadline was met, and we were able to move into our home within three weeks of seeing the model home.

From the beginning to closing and move in, everything went through perfectly. Special thanks to Pedro, a very professional, knowledgeable and helpful person who always demonstrated that he cared about my peace of mind. And the rest of the team involved was very nice, thaks to all of them too. Regarding the quality and finishes on the property I must say that I found some minimal details that requires repair after I moved in which I did not catch during the walk through, I guess I can report it through the warranty portal they provided. Home buying itself is a stressful process, however Lennar truly covers EVERYTHING! I received help and support with all my questions or concerns. Everyone from Jamie in Homebuyer center to loan officer Josh, and closing agents and customer care representatives were ALL very kind, caring and knowledgeable. This was so important to me as I purchased the ideal property that will allow me to age in place and in comfort! Thank you Lennar!

Everyone was spot on, answering questions and very kind and knowledgeable. Every time I went to the display home, no matter who was there, they were extremely helpful. The construction manager and young lady who did the final walk through were excellent. I love my home and highly recommend a Lennar home to anyone shopping for a home. The buying experience is very good from my sales man Stan and sales manager Jennifer. I had a very good morgage officer Aaron who has guided me all through out my buying experience. The construction manager Ryan, is very accommodating and made sure that all issues found during the inspection by my Inspector was addressed. Brandon the Service Manager after move-in, has been very actively working the issues that I have reported and he gets back to you quickly on-site. I appreciate the new app Lennar has put out to make issue reporting easier for everyone. They also have virtual personnel that gets back to you immediately to schedules a virtual call just right after you submit a ticket through the app. All-in-all the experience with these people is superb. But I think the price of the home is quite to high for the location, size and yard space. You can buy 2 to 3 year old houses in the area with bigger space better upgrades for less. The only caveat of buying a used house is, you don’t get all the incentives that Lennar can give you. If you ask me if would I buy a Lennar again in the future. I probably would because I have seen the way they build their foundation since I purchased my home in an un-finished community. However, the bathroom showers could have been better. You can buy a brand new home with a different builder for a similar price more or less with a beefed up stand up shower. Some even come with tiled seats in them. Two more things to keep in mind is, that this community has the lowest the lowest grade shingles on their roof, 3-tab shingles. Also you can hear movements outside inside the house as simple as someone opening and shutting their car doors. Even people talking while walking across your house. All-in-all excluding the workers, the house is just ok. By-the-way, this is the fourth house I’ve had over the years, so that you know that I am not novice. ... More

My experience buying my first house with Lennar was great the whole team help us with everything that we needed they answered all our questions since the beginning. me and my wife we are happy with everything.

I loved the color of my house on the outside. It is a very spacious house with a good plot of land. Highly recommended.
