My experience with Lennar team overall was great.

I had a great experience purchasing a Lennar home. Everyone from the first sales person to the warranty folks have been great. We had some hiccups with paint touch up that was handled quickly. Minor cosmetic issues that would pop up from any homebuilder. My only complaint is the quality of fence boards. I know cedar is expensive these days but it makes a huge difference in the appearance and lifespan of a fence.

The team was responsive, answered our questions promptly, and kept us informed throughout every step. We are very happy with our new home and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a house.

We are moving to the new house in May.The entire process was easy and really fast.We have some issues with air conditioner but with help from Linda and Jason the issue was resolved very quickly.The neighbors are very friendly and helpful.We are really enjoying living there.

This was my first home and truth be told, it probably would’ve been better to go through the builder than have a realtor. Once you get past the beginning part, the rest is smooth. Lennar answered all of my questions and responded in a timely matter.

Buying with Lennar was my best experience I’ve ever had. The assistance and the service was amazing. From sales to closing. They provided me with the best information possible to facilitate my purchasing process. The finance rates were very low comparatively with other mortgage companies.

From the model home sales person to the I would have liked a few more design center options. The quality of the build was a 7. Many of the materials are builder grade. While others are a step above. The design and layout of the house is excellent and one of the reasons we chose this Lennar home. Overall we are very pleased with the quality and service we received throughout the process.

There are a few minor issues due to settling of the home (i believe) that will be addressed in warranty situations, nail pops We will have listing of things to be looked at.

From the start when Grecia first walked us through the available homes to meeting with Nathan for our final walk-through, to closing on our home. This process was efficient. Once we moved in there were a few issues with the A/C not working, the water heater shorting out. I want potential buyers to know that Lennar showed up and corrected these issues immediately. The A/C issues were fixed same day, and the water heater was fixed within two days! The service even after we purchased has been impeccable. A great company that stands by their reputation.

We love our home. We have had to have many things repaired or replaced, however creating a Waranty ticket and getting the correct person out to do the repairs has been painless.

We are finally here for an extended period of time and it’s wonderful. We met neighbors who are very nice. I love walking on the paths. Went to the beach last night! Excited to check out the pool soon!

Two months in, happy with the house.

Remarkable experience especially Mr Brett , Miss Stephanie,and Mr Hernan was quite cooperative and helpful a well experienced and reliable builder .Iam thankful for all the above team for there excellent service.

We love our new home. We’ve spent a lot of time making it our own. It has turned into the home of our dreams.

This is my first experience doing this all on my own. It was very easy, the team was pretty easy to get in touch with. I have no complaints.

Lennar was great to work with when buying a house The builder on the other hand lacked the qualities in workmanship Cabinets in kitchen were put together sloppy Inside painting on walls and ceiling were of poor quality

Entire process went smoothly, Everyone involved in the was always available to answer any of my questions. I’ve owned a Lennar home in the past. The home included a ring camera. The new home does not..which would have been nice.
