Everyone I delt with within Lennar has been great. Michael was great when he was showing me all the different models of homes and neighborhoods I had to choose from. The experience of buying the house was pleasant. I am extremely happy with my purchase. I had a small electrical issue and I used the app to put a request in on the warranty and an electrician was here the next day to fix it. The neighborhood is nice and neighbors are friendly.

The customer care team communication is very well so that I get response quickly. They took cared for the repair I needed fast and responsibly. I was expecting to clean the whole house before moving in but it was cleaned very well, no dust on molding, bathroom, shower tub, kitchen , bedroom, floors, etc. The house was truly ready to move in! I see that everyone at Lenner is working very hard to make us happy living in home built by them.

After a brief miscommunication regarding available units, the rest of the buying experience went very well. Our salesman Arthur and project manager Grant were very responsive to all of our concerns and warranty claims. The home is an unbelievable bargain compared to what can be purchases in the Northeast.

We watched out new home built from the ground up. If was great to watch each step and glad we did for when we moved in we knew it so much better. Have had a few issues along the way but they were addressed and fixed in a timely manner.

We’re so happy with our new home. It’s quite an upgrade for us, and we were especially excited about having most everything included with our home (appliances, landscaping, etc). Thanks!

I moved from a lovely Lennar 55+ community in NV, so I was comfortable with the quality of homes and communities they build, before I moved to a Lennar 55+ community in the Midwest. I’ve had two significant issues during my six weeks here, but Lennar’s Customer Care reps (warranty support) are very responsive and do their best to resolve issues. In my experience, Lennar homes are more affordable than others I’ve looked at, too.

Overall good experience, good communication and great people from the realtor, mortgage broker to the title company.

Overall was good experience - did have some issues with "extras" have had to have some things fixed. Carpet layers left bumps under carpet. Garage door had bent rollers. need to check check and check - eerything was taken care of in a timely fashion.

Home buying experience was nice and smooth.

Process was smooth from start to finish. Closing team was phenomenal!!! Construction team was very responsive to my request. Julio (the project manager I believe) and his team including Sergio was extremeky engaged, professional and responsive to ALL my request. The master suite was big and spacious but the other two rooms were smaller than I would have liked especially for the cost I paid for the townhome. I would have liked to have had options to select my flooring and bathroom tiles but there were no options/choices provided to buyers. Had a great experience. I have to say my sale person LISSETTE make the experience great she was so kind hard-working. She was there for me 110%. I didn’t felt push. I felt that she was there for me. I will recommend LISSETTE to anyone when I felt like I wanted to give up and felt like I’m not going to get this house she pushed me. She encouraged me. She was there for me. I felt like she was my friend. I felt like I am here for you to help you to this experience. Once our home/care was turned over to Matt to help with any warranty issues, he was most attentive in getting the necessary people in to correct any issues we had. While I have to say, however, it should be more important that the subs Lennar uses could be more careful during the construction to avoid having any issues that need correcting to begin with. Is it perfect? No. But overall, we are quite happy. Overall construction seems decent. We’ve built 5 homes before so this new construction isn’t a first experience for us.

I was very pleased with the overall experience working with Lennar. Providing necessary documents was fast and easy. Communication was consistent, with call-backs generally within same day. Having a full one-year warranty on the home allows piece of mind. Overall, it was a great experience working with Lennar!

Easy process from contract to close!

The builder delivered within the specific time frame. Our complaints were handled in efficient manner. We are. Very pleased with our house and design as well as their prices fit the middle income bracket. Our goreman was super nice and attentive. We will highly recommend Lennar to other friends.

Check your door knobs for dents and make sure they are functioning properly.

The purchase experience was very smooth and easy from start to finish. It would not be possible without the great team we worked with. The sales person Sue, was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. She was very responsive and helpful during purchase process. The financial team was also great! Victoria was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She was very nice and was always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The construction team was also extremely friendly and helpful. Dylan was always there to help when the issues arise. He was patient with us. Every time we would see him on the job site he had a smile on his face and was willing to answer our questions. I wish Lennar used better quality cabinets and carpet. The cabinets are particle board and very weak. The carpet is thin and the nails from tack scribs pock the feet. ... More

We had a very good experience with the purchase of our home! I did feel that the company cut corners on a few details! Bathroom accessories weren’t included, no window frames, all lighting is high hats, no fixtures, flooring, lack of carpeting, no outlets operate with switches to name a few!

Courtney and Justin were amazing! From the first time we met Courtney and toured the community we knew this was the place for us! Courtney was kind, patient and extremely accommodating. After finding the perfect house we then were in contact with Justin our loan officer. He made what normally could be a stressful process easy and seamless. He answered every question we had and never made us feel like a bother even after hours. Because of them we were sure this was the best choice and we highly recommend Lennar homes to everyone!
