Overall I am pleased with my purchase - this was a much better experience than my previous home buying experience. The team is awesome and I like the virtual customer care center for resolving work orders based on my periodic inspections in the first year

Lennar made it really easy and communication was good. I went thru Lennar for the mortgage as well and the whole process was seamless. Closing was a breeze. I am so happy in my new home!

Ana did exceptionally well throughout the sale and building process of our home. Josie, Cesar And Tom provided great service as well. Ana and Tom have kept the communication line open to ensure satisfaction with our home to work through minor issues that needed to be resolved after final walk and move in! Good builder. Building a home is stressful no matter what. Builder was responsive and always willing to ensure customer is happy.

Overall everything is satisfactory

Lennar did very well in securing the land and its layout of the community. I do not know how they rate among other home builders but I am satisfied with the product and experience.

They really do place an urgency on any request or issues that we bring to their attention and they always make sure we are satisfied every step of the way. The communication level has far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Lennar for affordable yet high quality homes.

The sales representative was fabulous. My understanding is most new homes are built with standard carpeting and paint. I would have liked to have been able to upgrade or pick my own features.
