Can't express how extremely happy I am with my new home purchase from Lennar. Great community, awesome neighbors, and quality product. I highly recommend using Lennar as they have streamlined the buying process and offer and outstanding product especially in this price range.

The purchase of my home went smoothly. Every question I had during the process of my home being built was answered quickly and professionally. After moving in, I’ve had a few small issues and they have been taken care of within days. Everyone working for Lennar has been kind, helpful and supportive. I’m extremely happy to be living in my new Lennar home!

Houses are fairly well made and the overall buying experience went as good as could be expected.

This was the second time we visited the site to look at new homes. This time they were offering a better price and quicker completion date. Jake was a very knowledgeable sales person who helped guide us to complete our purchase. It was easy to access the home throughout the completion process. The move in has been great and the few issues with the home have been resolved quickly.

Pleased with home and eventual completion of warranty items. Had to email my warranty representative multiple times with no response and website did not work. Eventually got amazing help. Be nice to have a referral program with a finders fee when homeowner finds a new customer for Lennar.

My husband and I were hesitant to buy a home in a new development because of how quickly the houses are built. We had assumed that there was no care in the process, and it was all about profit. However, buying a new Lennar home was one of the best decisions and investments we could have made. The incentives are unreal and the streamlined process made communication simple. We have been recommending everyone we know to buy a home out here.

Traci the onsite agent was amazing!! She went over and beyond to get me and my daughter into the home we wanted with in our budget. She is definitely an asset to the Lennar family. The lender John was also amazing he is extremely thorough and made sure all needed paperwork was received upfront. Underwriting never came back asking for any additional documents. We closed in less than 30 days James the construction manager is also an asset the the Lennar family. Even after closing he has stopped by and personally fixed odds and ends that have come up and replaced sod and plants that didn’t quite make it through the drought without me even having to ask. Overall I am extremely satisfied with our home buying experience. The only thing I would say needed improvement was the closing process with the attorney. Closing day is already stressful without hiccups but when an issue arises there needs to be a bit more communication as to what is going on. I waited for 2 hours after signing my paperwork before I received my keys and no one could tell me what was going on.i was just told it was a problem with getting funding approval. Turned out to be a signature on the lenders end but I was just asked to sit in the lobby and wait. I personally feel like there were way too many closings in one day and the attorney was not able to give the situation the attention it needed. Our whole shopping for a house and the purchase experience was very positive and Val and Bill made it all a great experience along with Sam our realtor. We have been recommending Lennar to our friends and family members every chance we get.

Tess was the agent at the model home when we first stopped in, so she was the first Lennar contact and was very accommodating, dedicated and helpful in making sure our offer, and sales transaction was handled appropriately. She truly cared about us and it was evident in our interactions with her. Tess referred us to Linh right away who got us prequalified quickly and smoothly. Linh kept us informed all the way through the loan process. Linh knows her stuff and worked hard to make sure the process was seem-less and stress-free. Once the house was near completion, we met with Drake, the construction superintendent and his assistant Danny who were both very knowledgeable and efficient in getting the checklist items done right away. Drake was able to get the house finished early and Linh got the loan documents finalized so that we could close and fund on Friday instead of waiting until the following Monday. Fell in love with Davenport model. Karen, our sales rep, was outstanding. She took her time and went over everything. No pressure - we came back and finally signed on the dotted line. Karen took us on a tour of the lots available and when they would ber readyl. Lennar was willing to delay closing a week so that we could close on our other home. Our home is what we were looking for. The closihg and walk thru were very smooth. Outside work was done quickly. Very friendly neighborhood.

The process took about a month total. The hardest part was underwriting. They needed so much info and changes. If you stay on top of what they need the process goes smoothly. The representatives and mortgage counselors were responsive. There were a few minor issues in the home, electrical. Hoping to catch all these issues in the first year.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. When we moved in there were some paint spots on the floor but they were taken care of the next day. Over all we are vary pleased with our house

I had a good experience when it came to getting my home. I did have a few times that all was quiet and I was confused where the process was at. At the end my loan officers Jennifer and Susan gave me a sense of ease. They gave me feedback on a regular basis. Overall, I will have to say Lennar has a great fast process to purchase a home. I honest love my new home.

Everybody was a huge help in making this process understandable and easy as possible to follow. From Sales to the Loan Officer to the Super. All my questions were answered with great patience. They were always available for me when I needed help and were extremely professional and nice. I appreciate everybody that was involved in making my 1st home buying experience amazing!

I loved my new home the minute that I walked into it and am extremely happy that I took this plunge. I look forward to making my home something I am proud of. Any concerns that I had/have are being addressed. Everyone has been wonderful to work with.

Pricing was great. Had all the features we were looking for with a couple of surprises like a Ring doorbell and a Schlage Encore. Walk through provided the punch list but some correction items were missed. Nothing major but we are told they will be taken care of.

Buying this home was a very easy process. Connie was great in showing us the home and helping us along the way. The closing was quick and easy. Bruce was very thorough during our first walk through in explaining everything about the home. We feel this is a quality built home and definitely worth the money.
