John was amazing. The walkthroughs were rather difficult. Had to be on there time. Weekends were not an option. Major plumbing issues right out of the box.

Poor quality of material and work, I am not very happy.

Recently I have my first new home with Lennar at Mckinney & overall experience with the entire team was really wonderful. Mostly there were no major issues & some minor issues were fixed immediately. They have very good customer service team & available whenever the request is raised. Builder can still do better on overall workmanship & it would be great if they can provide window treatments for new builds. I really appreciate Chad for helping me on my purchase & getting me all the information i needed. Overall i would say good experience for me

Hi Lennar! First and foremost we love our home. Jamie was outstanding and went above and beyond for assisting us with the purchase. She is knowledgeable and approachable! My home is beautiful and love it, EXCEPT our primary bedroom AC doesn’t work properly!!! I had this checked and it reads at LEAST 3degrees less than the rest of our home. My husband and I don’t think this is acceptable with a brand new home. My answer from customer service: sorry, I wasn’t the only one with this issue, we can’t do any thing about this. Their suggestion was to close some of the vents in the rest of the home. Possibly a good suggestion, but it could lead to moisture buildup and cause mold. I really think that a quality builder such as Lennar would rectify this situation as to place a longer box to have the flow of AC come into the room, or place more vents so air would flow in to cool the room. Lennar is the 3rd builder that we had the opportunity to buy a house from. We are happy in the way Lennar communicated with us through the process. Special mention to Desiree our 1st contact person that made our purchase possible by consulting with management re: our realtor was out of the country. Jim M who showed us the house & guided us well. Jon L who is proactive in dealing with our requests after we’ve moved in.

We retired and moved to Florida in 2022. Wanted back to Texas in 2024. My wife kept going back to the listing for our house and after the fourth time she brought me to look at it on the computer I asked if it was the one. She said yes and we had our realtor make an offer. Lennar did Everything they said they would. They had us close on the day they said 6 weeks before closing, even with a hurricane that came thru. Buying this house was a very good experience even with us being in a different state. We Would buy another Lennar home.

Generally a good experience. We feel that it would have been better to include some simple add ons for top tier homes. For example, crown molding, nicer faucets and shower heads, a real medicine cabinet in the primary bathroom would be ideal adjustments. The kitchen cabinets should have higher quality options.

Everything went exactly as planned with our closing and move. Our new home is exactly what it was suppose to be. No major issues. any small issues was dealt with quickly and to our full satisfaction.

Everything has been great. Only complaint is that there are NO closets anywhere (aside from the bedrooms). There are no linen closets, coat closets, storage closets, etc. There is plenty of space for them, so either that or a little larger spare bedrooms would have been nice to fill the additional dead space. Aside from that, everything is well built.

I want to say I appreciate my realtor Elizbeth , she was determine to make me a home owner and she did. She made sure that, I had to do and to get everything i need for me to get the home.

I have not been in my home long enough to know how great the warranty service will be, but if they are as responsive as the items we found during the walk thru, then they will be Johnny-on-the-spot. From meeting the on-site realtor to closing, all of my questions were answered and concerns eased. Thank you Lennar Team which includes the personable and knowledgeable Lennar Mortgage loan officer.

Great process from start to finish! Everyone was so professional helpful and always went out of their way to answer any questions or concerns that we had. Lennar will always be part of our family

we have not yet moved in so cannot say if we have any problems. but Dominique was awesome and the builder we met was very nice and helpful

Matt has kept his word with anything we had brought to his attention, nothing was dismissed. Making us feel all our inquires mattered and made our experience a positive one! Great job Matt, words matter.

Danny was great!! He always returned my calls and listened well to my concerns. He was very helpful in connecting me to the mortgage process. My main concern with my Lennar experience was the delay of my closing. I did not have any items to correct after my orientation. Construction would not move the closing up and said they needed more time !!!!! My daughter came half way around the world to help me move. I believed the letters that Lennar sent saying that Lennar never misses a closing. Nothing made sense other than no one wanted in construction wanted to bend.

The team, especially my loan officer and home concierge, was responsive and helpful, ensuring we closed on time and addressing any questions—even after moving in. However, there were a few minor concerns that impacted my experience. During the initial walkthrough, I was told my home would have tile flooring, but it was completed with laminate instead, which was a disappointment as I had been looking forward to tile. Additionally, there were minor chips on the cabinets that required touchups and the dishwasher installation was not perfect, though functional. Lastly, I felt the faucets could be better matched to the quality of the countertops and sinks. While I’m confident Lennar would have addressed these issues, I didn’t have the bandwidth to request changes after moving in. The construction manager was amazing and the home inspector was extremely thorough. The closing process was quick and Lennar has responded quickly to any concerns we’ve had.

We had a great experience overall with Lennar at their Candleberry Place development. A lot of the finishes are good quality, with just a few things that were “cheap”. Master shower enclosure is flimsy, the fireplace could have been upgraded beyond builder grade, paint was Sherwin Williams, but flat - should have used eggshell or satin finish for the ability to clean. Love the appliances, counter tops, tub and shower tile, flooring, the garage is a nice size for two cars with room to walk around. The delayed opening of the pool has been disappointing. We are waiting to see if they honor the “walking trail” around the pond that is listed in their brochure. We’ve heard mixed stories as to whether it is going to be completed or not.
