The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. Great builder - very professional and organized. Staff are very responsive with questions and they are reachable in every way that suits the customer (Phone, Text or Email!) The quality of the materials used are excellent and you can tell a difference when comparing to the homes built by other builders in the same community.

excellent service. but bit pricey. i did not have any issues. everything went well. slight delay on delivery by amount month and half but due to covid. that is acceptable delay. all deliverables were met with quock redpinse and all reps are awesome. thanks fir everything. you hVe mDe it possible without hassle

The home purchasing process was vey easy. From Sales to the Mortgage Team everything was seamless. Everyone at Lennar was professional, timely, and very helpful.

The entire process from start to finish was a breeze. Starting with the agents on site, they made my wife and I feel great when talking about what we wanted and needed. Gave great advice and helped us through the decisions. Then it went to the project manager. He was amazing at communication and responsive when he needed to be. I can’t explain how well it went even during these times of uncertainty of procurement for materials. The project managers attention to detailed was very good when we were getting ready to close so we knew that we were getting a great finished product!!

Our beautiful home was completed on early and exactly what we expected
