It was a very nice experience meeting with the construction managers and the final walk through representative for my new home. They were all very knowledgeable and attentive to the details and needs that were presented. Many thanks to everyone, and I love my new home!!

I bought my house from Gregg at Lennar. I even have not gone there to see it in person. But the purchase of experience is very good. Lennar is reliable. Look forward to seeing the house and get to know the materials soon.

Been pretty awesome overall, the value is there with Brand new everything awesome. If getting mortgage through Lennar, need to be prepared to turn things around as immediately as possible. That said, I’d recommend family and friends to buy Lennar home if HOA dynamics are something you’re OK with.

Very easy and pleasant experience at every step I made from the beginning. Lennar makes me feel comfortable and relaxed even if sometimes an issue is present. I like to highly recommend Lennar to everyone.

They made everything clear at every step. We asked a lot of questions, directed at the agent and the project manager and the mortgage team. Everything was answered promptly and has been found to be accurate. Overall, we had a great experience with this home purchase (this was my third new home and seventh overall).

What a great experience. From initial sale, thanks Karen, to the move in. The build quality is phenomenal. Other builders try to keep you away from the process, Lennar brought us in for a bare bones walk through and even encouraged us to take photos of the framing. They are obviously confident in their quality. The house was completed and the closing done on the exact date promised in the contract. There have been some minor cosmetic items that needed taking care of. So far one phone call has resolved the problems within a day or 2.

It was great experience to buy home with Lennar. I really appreciate the work of salespeople. How fast they interact to sell their products. I especially want to thank Jennifer.

The responses and customer service from the representatives are immaculate.

i would recomened to anyone

I purchased a townhouse that was already finished and the process from start to finish was very efficient. The inspection went well and there were only a few comments that were addressed in the following week. Everyone I worked with was very professional and they helped me with all the blue taping. Overall, it was an awesome experience. There was some disconnect between the loan and insurance and a correction needed to be made to the final paperwork. I got everything in place far in advance of the close date, but the final CD was not available until the day before.
