Great customer service

Easy process nice people!

The sales manager was very communicative and when did not have the info would go after and come back with it.

Our home is nearby to almost everything, like the airport, stores and restaurants. We felt right at home as soon as we moved in. The Chloe design checked all of the boxes that we are looking for.

The home quality and workmanship is excellent. We also had the greatest sales woman ever, Ms. Marla, who was amazing with helping us out during our long process.

Our experience was great! They were always there to answer questions, and address any is*****s which were very few. Always friendly and professional.

We spent a lot of time looking at different plans and lots and the Sales rep (*****) was fantastic and supportive. We finally decided on the home and very happy with our house. The quality of construction appears to be high and we have had almost no is*****s. Lennar's "Everything is included" means that there are no negotiating on finishes or appliances. But we knew this - so it was not a surprise. The walk throughs were very thorough and helpful. Having lived here for just one month, we will see how the quality holds up. The financing was difficult because we had to sell our previous house and it got complicated. But it all worked out eventually, and the interest rate is below market - and that helps. All in all, we are very happy here and hope to be here for a long, long time. ... More

Builder responded to all of our is*****s. The senior loan officer we worked with was not the most pleasant person to work with. The Lennar concierge was fantastic.

Lots of sloppy workmanship

I think the homes are great, but the contractor needs to pay more attention to keeping the community clean. I constantly find trash on the streets. I understand the community is still under construction; however, that is not an excuse for leaving bottles, food containers, and other litter outside the trash cans. Keeping the area clean should be a priority throughout the construction process. The litter is already clogging storm drains and sewer inlets, creating an is***** that could easily be prevented with better housekeeping.

I had a horrible builder experience missed deadlines, missing materials, last minute document request day of closing, I waited for the entire day on my closing was horrible, Bad workmanship if the home, miscommunications of exterior color and massive delays left me homeless for 2 weeks and last minute inconveniences and headache… 4 days in my AC went out how is that possible on a new house Started off great ended in a horrible mess but in the end I was able to move in my beautiful home and get the quality is*****s repaired in a timely manner. My concierge was almost useless she never responded and ignored me most of them process… my loan officer was ok his rep ***** helped me greatly and my sales rep Steven was amazing… ... More

Poor communication between Lennar title and sales team. Communication left much to be desired. Title was unaware of sales actions and vice versa. Neither returned calls, texts, emails or portal messages in a timely manner. When finally able to connect, escrow provided details for incorrect property/owner. Sales made the same mistake in a different situation. It was weird and totally avoidable.

On going process try to get it fix.

Failed to fix is*****s before closing and still haven’t been fixed. One thing after another with this cookie cutting build. Electrical is*****s through out the house.

The biome quality was ok for the price point I bought as an investor it is attractive for cashflow but your customer service is nonexistent once contract is done and after close. Close and goodbye! I am still Waiting for a call for a warranty request for 2 weeks even after a second request was made! Terrible!

For a first time home buyer this was the worst experience ever! The lack of communication throughout the process, my house not being done at move in, and grass not installed till 3-4 weeks after move in. We also had a gas leak!!

Very poor communication and poor quality work.

Had us put earnest money down, told us they that we could sell the house we were in then continue the purchase process on the new build only to inform us that we had 5 days to sell our home or we would miss out on the new home. Watched the home be built and showed our 5 kids as well, hired a fence company only to be blindsided. Stay away from Lennar neighborhoods

There are some is*****s with my brand new home pointed to Lennar before closing. The Lennar team did not solve it yet. Any movement since the closing date. My wife and myself are totally frustrated with Lennar’s customer service.

Poor quality workmanship, bugs were everywhere when we moved in. The Lennar Rep Blake, was useless. He refused to provide pest control & minor repairs. He said it was home owners responsibility. The AC makes a loud pounding noise whenever it turns off. When someone is using the shower upstairs you can hear water coming down the pipe in the kitchen loudly & sometimes it makes a knocking noise. When we flush the toilet it makes a pounding sound on the wall. We tried contacting the Customer Service person but he didn’t answer & he did not call back. We made a mistake buying Lennar! We will warn our friends & family members Not to buy Lennar Homes!!! ... More

My experience purchasing a Lennar home has been disappointing and I would not recommend them to future buyers. The main reason I came to view this property was because it was listed as being in a NON-FLOOD ZONE. After signing the agreement, I was informed that I would be required to purchase flood insurance. I was told by the sales representative to contact FEMA after moving in and submit a map revision request, but FEMA advised due to physical alterations and fill being placed on the property, a revision was not possible. Had I been given accurate information upfront, it would have impacted my decision in buying. The advertised $ 25,000 BUYER INCENTIVE was also misleading, as I was charged an additional builder fee of over $4,000 at closing. The home price also changed overnight, adding to my concerns about transparency during the sales promise. Since moving in, I have experienced ongoing irrigation issues in my yard, along with similar problems reported by many neighbors. Lennar has failed to take ownership or provide a satisfactory resolution. A new home purchase should be built on trust and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience was filled with unexpected costs, inaccurate information, and unresolved issues. ... More

Everyone associated with the transaction was honest and forthright. Nothing was hidden or obscure. The house is great. Extremely minor punch list was handled immediately and correctly.

Everyone was very helpful in making this process a success. We will always be grateful for the blessings of good and knowledgeable people. We felt respected and not just another transaction. We will recommend Lennar to anyone wanting to purchase a home.
