Everything in the house is not to my satisfaction .

The interest rate on my documents differed from what was negotiated. The sales person knew about the change, never disclosed it, and basically admitted it when I raised it. Lennar then told me to proceed at a higher home price or walk away and forfeit my deposit. The home was also dirty on arrival, with wall mud haze all over the floors, and many walkthrough items were never addressed. Things that were repaired often resulted in damage to something else. Get every promise in writing and hire an independent inspector before closing.

My overall experience purchasing a brand-new home from Lennar has been extremely disappointing, frustrating, and stressful. What should have been one of the happiest and most exciting milestones for my family has turned into an ongoing series of problems, unexpected expenses, and concerns about the quality of construction and customer service. I closed on my home on August 31, 2026, and since then, I have encountered multiple issues that should never have been my responsibility as a new homeowner. One of the most frustrating situations involved construction workers working on neighboring homes using electricity from my property. I have evidence of this occurring, and I was left dealing with an electric bill of approximately $700, despite not even living in the home for the entire billing period. I had to repeatedly reach out about the situation and request reimbursement for electricity I did not authorize others to use. This was completely unacceptable. In addition to the electricity situation, I have experienced workmanship and construction-related concerns, including problems with the installation or preparation of my home's internet connection, landscaping and lawn issues, and concerns about the condition of the palm tree in front of my property. These are things that should have been properly inspected and addressed before delivering a newly constructed home to a customer. What makes this experience even worse is the amount of time and energy I have had to spend documenting problems, submitting warranty requests, contacting representatives, and seeking resolutions. As a customer who made a significant financial commitment to purchase this home, I expected better quality control, accountability, communication, and customer service. I purchased a brand-new home expecting peace of mind, not to immediately inherit problems that should have been addressed during construction. I should not have to continually fight to have legitimate concerns acknowledged or corrected. At this point, my trust in Lennar has been seriously damaged. I feel that the ***** of workmanship, attention to detail, and customer care has fallen far below what was promised and what any new homeowner should reasonably expect. I hope Lennar takes these concerns seriously, accepts responsibility where appropriate, resolves the outstanding issues, and improves its quality assurance and customer service for future homeowners. My home buying experience was pleasant and I was able to secure a beautiful home!

The staff was knowledgeable and worked well together.

My home buying experience was easier than I expected. Every person involved stayed present during the entire process.

The closing walk through was rushed and the house was not cleaned we told the supervisor and he still didnt got it fixed Also there was scratches marks on the wall counter top

Home buying was quick and easy found the home of my dreams right away thank you lennar.

Communication was great and the process was generally smooth. Unfortunately, some of the appliances in the home are not of very good quality.

Builder side was not great. The sales,mortgage and builder sides need to be more consistent and connected.

I fell in love the moment I saw it. It was the first house showed to me by my realtor and there was no reason to go on but we did only to come back to my first home. I love the design for the exterminator to do his job without having to enter the home. I love having a gas stove. I love all of the appliances. I wish there was more of a detailed description of the drainage in the backyard. I would have loved to see flowers planted outside my home instead of those things . I'm hoping that it was done temporarily until the owner moved in.

The staff were very kind and understanding. They fixed any issues we had after the walk through. And the app is very useful for reporting issues.

Bathrooms. Specifically the shower kits installed are not made for shower curtains and they are sold without any doors. Also, the second bathroom has no noise insulation and once the water is turned on it sounds like a freight train throughout the house. Needless to say there's no privacy.

Everyone was helpful and nice. Which made the process a little less stressful. I had issues with my home and to get things fixed just use the app.....

Did not feel sales people were honest or upfront. No instruction from anyone on ANY home tools or equipment. Had to figure everything out for ourselves. VERY, VERY difficult and time consuming. No information on paint or color, countertops, type of flooring, carpet, anything!!! No follow up whatsoever.

Lennar was great to work with. They answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Our construction manager, Aaron, was knowledgeable and took the initiative to make sure the home was done correctly. Dan, the quality assurance manager, was helpful with the final steps of the build-he made sure any fixes were completed before closing. Taylor, our homebuyer concierge, always responded quickly and kindly. We are happy with the building process and love our home!

This is our 2nd new home buying experience but it went so smoothly that it literally surprised us. Within 2 weeks, everything is done including closing. Excellent experience.

Lennar's relationship with ***** sweetened the deal!

First time building a home. Lennar was easy to work with, professional, strong communication and responsive. Would build with Lennar again.

Yes, this is more affordable build, but no mirror in the downstairs bathroom is bananas and tub fixtures that don't go past the emergency drain is also bananas, no fans and no pendant light or hookup over the sink. All of those things together would hardly cost 1,000.00.

Follow up repairs should be done with oversight and verification. I still have two repairs one of which has not been addressed and the other with unsatisfactory results.

The loan officer, *****, was excellent; however, the sales representative—or realtor—Susan was extremely indifferent and pessimistic. She only reached out when it concerned money; otherwise, she didn't even offer a word of congratulations.

The quality of the workmanship was terrible. Before close windows and floors especially were supposed to be cleaned and scraped. The tile is so stained from grout I'm assuming and it doesn't come out. Most things they said were fixed were not etc etc etc.... I could go on and on. I have an inspection report with at least 100 items that need to be fixed.
