I'm thrilled to share my honest review, having had the pleasure of owning multiple new homes throughout my life. Lennar, as a production builder, has truly impressed me with their commitment to addressing issues and demonstrating respect for their customers' concerns. While just about no home is perfect, I can confidently say that our home is exceptionally well-built. Lennar's responsiveness to warranty requests has been outstanding, leaving me with a sense of confidence and trust in their dedication to customer satisfaction.

Eugene was an incredible sales person who listened to our situation and guided us to a solution that enabled to buy our amazing new home. The entire sales experience was one of open collaboration on trust with a shared goal of getting us settled into the home. Out of 5 stars, I rate Eugene and the folks that assisted (particularly Christopher on the mortgage front) as 10 stars. Hard to say enough kind and truthful things about the relationships built in our purchase.

They answered every question and was very patient with me. I never had an issue from start to finish. I even came with my own lender and they showed no prejudice. I’d definitely buy again.

From Deborah, Laurie, Kathy, Brooke, Larry, and Kenny everyone did an amazing job for me. I always tell people how easy and stress free the new build process is, and as a first-time homebuyer, it truly was a great experience. From the finance and business side to the builders themselves, the whole team walked me through every step. It’s honestly incredible what you all have created. I’m even trying to convince my mom to buy a new build too!

From start to finish it was a great experience! Everyone at Lennar is so nice and helpful….Stephanie, are sale lady, is wonderful and so accommodating. Not to mention a real sweetheart to work with!…..Steve went above and beyond to be so helpful and an amazing personality….perfect job for him!

I’m truly very satisfied with my home buying experience. Rich, the sales agent, was always attentive, quick to respond, and made sure all my questions were answered throughout the process. During the inspection, Eric was extremely patient and explained every detail about how the house works , he’s even helped me with some concerns after moving in, which I really appreciate. David, the lender, was also incredibly helpful and attentive from the very beginning. As a Realtor myself, I’m used to navigating complicated transactions, but this one, despite a tense moment toward the end of the loan process—was handled smoothly and professionally. Lennar is everything that i wanted and more. All of the appliances are state of the art. The sod went down and looks so wonderful. I can’t say anything bad about Lennar at all.

I love my home by Lennar. I am happy with Lennar my only complaint they did not put Gutters on all the homes as I can see Meritage Homes Builder did with the homes they build on the other side of Lennar community. Even if the gutters were wrapped in the purchase price would have been a good thing.

Lived everything throughout the entire process and would recommend Lennar and company to anyone!
