Outstanding customer service across all teams from begin to end and follow up.

I would recommend Lennar if you’re looking to buy a new home. They have been with me with each step and were still there if I needed them after I moved in. But I didn’t need anything as the house is well built.

The buying process went smooth, seamless and with little stress, I couldn’t have been more pleased! Lennar has made our home buying experience a really good one.

Moro aqui no Brasil, e comprei minha casa atraves da Lennar de forma totalmente on line, contei com um time de ponta para me atender a todas as duvidas e necessidades, desde a demonstração da casa, uma vez que eu estava longe, ate a concretização final de todo o processo, neste estagio sim fomos ate Orlando para assinatura do contrato. Lennar is very thorough and easy to deal with. I did not have to 'jump-though-hoops'. Everybody I interacted with was like doing so with a friend. I will definately choose Lennar as my first choice in my next home purchase.

From start to finish the experience we have had with Lennar has been great both with the sales team and construction. When we visited in June Todd did a great job providing the information we were looking for and resulted in us deciding to build a home in TAMMs Farm. Don was very informative through out the building process providing us updates on the home, Edgar did a great job on the final walk and making sure all last minutes fixes on the house were done, and Steve has been great assisting with any questions we have had about the home once moving. In the future would use Lennar again!

From the beginning of our home search to the very end every step was simple and not stressful at all. Hats off to the ENTIRE Lennar team that helped to make homebuying possible for me and my family! Your teamwork was outstanding and highly recommended by us. Keep up the good work!

Our Lennar real estate agent was Nicole . She was an excellent customer representative for Lennar . She was extremely knowledgeable about all the aspects of the building process. She made the complete home building and the purchase of our new home and enjoyable experience. The one negative experience that I have is with the manager of the HOA in the Medley section where we purchased. . Her name is Jessica and I have never encountered a person in the role of a property manager that doesn’t return phone calls or emails that she decides are not worth responding to . I had to report her to the upper management of Lennar builders to get a response from her . I don’t know who she knows that helped her get her position but they didn’t do Lennar builders any favors.
