From sales to move in, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are two areas of improvement. One is the electronic documents. Many get posted with titles that don't fully make sense to the buyer. Please use plan language rather than acronyms or other wording that a buyer would not understand. Our biggest issue was with the outsourced underwriter. Although Lennar Mortgage was excellent, the underwriting company made the mortgage process painful. For buyers with excellent credit, they went overboard. For example, asking for the source of a $50 deposit and wanting to see a $155 Macy's bill that was paid on time. Every time we supplied all the documents on their list, they came back and asked for more. In all our years of applying for mortgages and refinancing, we never experienced anything this stressful and time consuming. Lennar needs to outsource the underwriting to another company. ... More

Great work to Lennar home because I have feeling great all about with Lennar home.

Everything was going great process ok but lennar need more communication with customers. first lennar say one thing and changes for another one I'm talking on the process of the loan many changes doing process .I did find out one of my friends was ofered all the appliances including refrigerador I'm very disapointed I was not ofered the same.I asked for a garage door opener I was told NO. HOUSE WAS NOT CLEAN paint stains on floor .

it was a great experience from the sales representative to the loan officer and closing. Though we had a little delay in closing due to the storm but it was worth the wait. The home was beauty, massive yard, good interior and good explanation during the work through. They were all very patient in explaining and answering questions . I recommend lenner to all of your looking to buy your home.

Walkthrough was informative and useful. Later minor issues (e.g. gate post) were handled promptly and to my satisfaction.

We have had a good experience with Lennar thus far. From the purchase to the title and financing things have gone very smoothly. There are a few minor things that need to be fixed, but their follow on group has been very responsive. Overall, we are very pleased with the value for the money. I would recommend Lennar.

The Lennar home is a very nice home. Materials are nice quality (countertops, doors, flooring, etc.) are very good. The Lennar Team is very good. Sales were straight forward, support from Lennar Mortgage and Title were truly excellent. They are very organized with after sales support through the Lennar Portal.

So far everything has been great. There were some minor issues but most of those have been resolved. There are a few issues that we will address once we get to the 10-month time frame to make sure there is nothing else that comes up. The only major issue we have had is our HVAC is making a loud noise when it cycles off. Paula at Lennar Warrenty is working on this issue with the HVAC company and the manufacturer. Ian our construction manager was great. He was very involved and kept us infromed with the progress of our build as well as addressing any issues we asked about. Our Construction Manager, Angel, took such good care of us, addressing AlL of our concerns.

Don't be rushed during the final walk thru, take your time to notice things that need to be corrected, if not it's harder to fix after the fact, they like to over book the number if walk thru's and rush through it.

Explored the model home and purchased the same around 1.5 years later. Worked with John, who is helpful and professional and he sells without any pressure. It’s a spec home so what you see is what you get - no customizations. This actually made the process easier. Dan has been a great help and so has James in handling any issues found during and after move-in. The warranty service has also been easy to schedule with an easy to use app and they are very responsive. My only complaint is the quality of the kitchens: contractor grade appliances and not having soft close cabinets and drawers in 2024 is a real let down. ... More

Sales people do bare minimum and take in the earnings. I advise to get any promises in writing from them. Simple gestures were not followed up with. As simple as putting up an Occupied sign. The finance team is phenomenal. Answered questions and kept promises on deadlines. Joel and his team were outstanding.

Excellent services & solid building materials are one of the best in the industry.

I have loved being in my new home. The folks at Lennar were all so great from Armando at the community all the way to Dawn with the mortgage company! They all kept me in the loop with every step and any issues that did arise they helped fix it immediately! Thank you!

At Planarion Lakes, we have a lovely home and plenty of activities, all set in a warm and welcoming neighborhood.

Lennar has a GREAT team that focus's on the costumer's needs and issues. All of my issues (except one) have been corrected. the one is the closure of the front entrance. To which I am currently in communication with your team.

So far, the home Is great. There are a few things I would’ve expected to be a higher quality for a half million dollar home such as the wire racks in the closet should’ve been made out of wood and more sturdy and there should be towel racks in the bathrooms. The personnel at Lennar have been fabulous to work with very accommodating and responsive. The entire buying experience was easy and fast.

Buying home from Lennar was a great experience . All my friends like my home and I always recommend Lennar because everything in my home are perfectly fix and good products. Thanks BAMIKOLE

After being in our home for just under three months, we have noticed some quality and workmanship issues. For a "luxury" home, the appliances are low grade along with many of the other finishes. There are also minor issues like "sloppy" work (paint drips, dirty/stained tiles/ sloppy trim work, ect.). These things aside, we are happy with our home.

We have bought and sold multiple homes and this has been the best experience. From the sales office to titling and documentation, to closing and after sales service. The minor issues we had after move in were fixed very quickly with excellent communication. We love our new home.
