Very good experience in my new home

Very satisfying. I reside out of town in another state and relied on a relative to handle on site visits as well as some correspondence. All went well and Lennar cooperated with the situation. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Despite hurricane Ian and the delays it caused, the quality of the new home is really solid. I’d recommend Lennar to all my friends.

The purchase experience for new home from Lennard Homes, was a smooth and painless. The Lennard team did all the work, and made it possible to close in one month. The loan officers communicated with us the whole process to avoid delays and helps us obtain our Dream Home.

The process was mind boggling at first, but it was the best thing I have experience beside my two kids. Lennar was by my side through the entire process and in the end I was very satisfied. With that being said, I adore my new home.

I enjoyed working with Ralph on the mortgage loan side. He was very kind and helpful. I liked working with Kerri from the office side. I love that the ceilings are high both on the bottom floor and the top floor.

Overall experience buying a Lennar home has been excellent! Very friendly and helpful team. The only major problem was landscaping/grading. Hopefully this will get resolved soon. We love our Lennar home here in the Pensacola area!

From the very beginning, the sales team lead by Bryan was top notch. He was always available for us. Then the financial team was there until the last minutes helping us as well, giving us the extra mile. Thanks to Lennar Homes for helping me to achieve my home!

Great Experience The Builder took time to respond to all my questions

Lennar made it easy and concise throughout the entire process. Their team kept in touch with me every step of the way. All construction issues were addressed and remedied prior to closing ( nothing major ). Mortgage people were difficult to deal with.

Few things in life are as nerve-racking as buying a new place. Exciting but stressful! I must say I was very impressed with my experience with Lennar. My salesperson, Ann, was great and very receptive to all of the questions I fired away. Joe, my loan rep, was also very communicative and quick to respond. And then also a shoutout to Don, the lead for the community building team, as he took me through 2 very thorough walk-throughs and even gave me his # to call with questions once I moved in. From start to finish Lennar team made the process smooth and transparent. I got a lower rate, better house and all without the haggle of todays bid wars. I m beyond pleased with how he’d the team worked to get me in the house. Now that we are in, we are very happy with the home overall.

My spouse and I are excited to have discovered Lenna Homes of San Antonio. As a couple in our late 50's and never purchasing a home before, the expectations when we finally had a physical look at our home were above reproach. The style, equipment, appliances size of front and back yards were more than what we expected. The staff at Lennar guided us through the paces and explained in detail what each step encompassed. We could not be any happier at this point. Thank you for fulfilling our dream as homeowners.

This is our 3rd home with Lennar. We are very satisfied with the Home buying experience, our sales agent Cindy is an awesome person, she helped us through the process, made it very easy and was easily accessible and greatly experienced and Cindy was so kind and professional and she really went out of her way to help us with our questions and the entire home buying experience was very comfortable only because of Cindy. Good overall experience from first engagement to closing. Everyone at Lennar that that were involved in the process were professional, friendly, and tried to make the whole experience pleasurable.

Not perfect but very good

Lennar is more than your basic home builder. Our home included sprinklers, a keypad lock, garage door opener, and all appliances, including a washer and dryer! We are really blessed with this home.

Overall we're very pleased with our home. Pros include nice design features and lots of included extras, proactive communications from the builder, friendly and helpful representatives, responsive to issues, lots of information provided throughout the process. Cons were a lengthy qualification process, unattractive water and heating unit installations, issues with kitchen cabinet(s) alignment, an unpainted garage, and few options to customize during the build. I was pleasantly surprised at the level of communication they provide and attention paid to our concerns throughout the process, considering how many homes Lennar has under construction at any given time. ... Joe C was incredibly responsive and professional. He took every concern seriously and kept us informed of all progress, or lack thereof. Our home is all we hoped it would be. That being said, it took way to long for the cabinet folks to fix a smashed cabinet. We are still waiting for the window people to fix two windows, and poorly operating sliding doors.

Initial contact with Lennar was amazing. Kevin was spot on. Deacon made the financial process smooth. Since moving in James has been great. Overall it is a beautiful experience and I will do it again if I could.
