I recently purchased a home from this builder, and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. When we bought the home, we trusted the pricing and assumed we were making a good choice. However, within less than few weeks of our purchase, the builder started offering discounts on the same homes by approximately $50,000 to $70,000. This is not only frustrating but also incredibly disheartening as a new homeowner. It feels like the builder is not trustworthy and is primarily focused on short-term profits rather than long-term customer satisfaction. Such a significant price ...

SO so.. They need to care more for THEIR customers...

First of all, the home build was fast. That's a good thing and a bad thing. The quality of the exterior paint is way below average.. the stucco quality literally falls off after minor bumping or touching. I'm scared to even touch the outside stucco because the paint easily gets removed and the stucco gets exposed. The interior paint is flat white and extremely cheap with no options to change it. With kids or even without kids, the paint lasted a month IF THAT and we had to re paint the entire inside of the house with at least a semi gloss paint so it lasts a few years. They have had to come ...

Major issues with the home

1. The first day I moved in-no hot water, 2. Second week, price sediment in shower to find out main sewer line was not draining- house was not up to code 3. Nick was great on getting things fixed on his end, everyone else was terrible, especially Brooke the virtual consultant 4. Loose shingles on roof. ALL OF ThIS & the inconvenience I lived with for two weeks because of the sewer made buying from Lennar a nightmare.

Lennar responded:
Thank you Lisa for bringing this to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced with your new home. We hope that we can earn back your trust and provide a better experience in the future. Purchase experience was good but the quality of workmanship is not up to the Lennar standards as per my expectations. It appeared the tradesmen rushed through the job with so many abnormalities. I can see the coverup made and finishing job is not good at all. We see abnormalities in every room of the house and it feels disappointing to see so much money spent for a mediocre job.

I put a deposit on the home in May 2024 and notified expected move in date was October 2024. From May to October there was very limited communication from the builder. Someone finally reached out in OCT and I was able to tour the home twice on separate occasions. No indication before hand that the first appointment. I would be "blue taping" the home. I was given barely an hour to mark up the home with areas to fix. One item in particular I marked was that the fire alarm was beeping. I recommend taking pictures / videos of the blue tape areas. Second walk through the items I blue taped ...

I purchased my home by the help of a virtual assistant (young eyes) and showed it was spacious, had a nice yard and the price range was good, but little did I know after moving, that this home was not meant for seniors/retirees due to the fact in order to replace the a/c filter you would need to pull down a step ladder, adjust it to secure it’s locked then climb up to the attic in order to replace the a/c filter. It’s just a matter of time before an accident occurs. There are drafts from the doors and windows, you can see the caulk is cracking by the walls of the kitchen counter. if I had ...

Lennar is primary controlled by Vanguard, Blackrock, and Fidelity. Investment companies, whose goal is to sell as many units at the lowest quality to gain lowest cost to drive up prices of housing. The home we are in is overpriced by $200k for the quality installed.

The representatives at the Lennar office for Eastland Crandall showed little effort in assisting, and their response time to emails and texts was disappointing. Also, discrepancy between the website listing and actual appliances.

Time to update your floor plans and details. Folks no longer use phone outlets in kitchen. those god awful cheap counter tops with office style back splash of 3 inches are a joke. Flimsy overall construction. Sloppy construction. Super annoying that there are no OPTIONS for upgrades of tiles, bathrooms, etc. AWFUL that we were given just $500 of "credit" for NOT taking those god awful old fashioned floor tiles with ugly grout lines. It is a massive house. We had to upgrade EVERYTHING! SHAME ON YOU!

The experience with purchasing was not bad, however after moving in the heat was not working on the ground floor and it took them 5days to fix. My standard sedan cannot fit in the garage, what’s the purpose of a garage if it can’t fit a standard sedan?

I’m very pleased overall. Is everything perfect? Not necessarily, but the workmanship is good quality with a few relatively minor issues here and there. That said, Lennar has been very responsive in doing repairs. My biggest issue is the lack of access to reliable internet close to two months post purchase. It’s tough to be without it these days and this was not made clear at time of purchase. Makes it difficult to take advantage of functions that rely on internet-Ring doorbell/camera, door lock system, thermostat, etc. I don’t feel Lennar has been assertive enough in working with local ...

We had a really great experience buying our LENNAR home. Our agent, Lydia, walked us through every step of the process. She was very patient as we measured rooms in all the models. She was very knowledgeable and was a great resource as we chose our home. LENNAR continues to be helpful and supportive after the purchase, as well. The process of getting any repairs completed is very user friendly and the response time is very quick.

I was very excited to buy a home in this community. First of all, they didn’t finish the home until the day of closing. They were still working on that day just until I closed and then vanished. Work outside and inside was pending. I had reported the plumbing issue and was told it will be taken care of. They have installed a non-standard bathtub and surrounding wall which does not fit and due to which lot of water is going to waste. I raised several requests but all requests have been closed without any resolution. I am very disappointed with my decision to buy here.
