Perfect place to stay

Everyone at Lennar was a pleasure to work with. I was not shy about what I wanted addressed and they addressed it all. Our home closed on time and each person from Sales to Construction was excellent to work with.

Refrigerator was a problem but they resolved it

Always ask question during the experience. Coming from the North Region of the country some things you would not ask but just assume would be added on new homes. Here are a few things to know off the bat with a new build by Lennar, the tile floors was in my home and most homes in Floriday; however, the grout was not sealed just something the builder does not do that I would assume would be completed, no doorbells are installed and what I thought was weird coming from the North part of the region, no gutters are on the homes. All out of pocket expenses the buyer has to spend if they want the items completed. Also, the water is hard in Florida being close to the ocean which will require a water treatment system installed. Lennar market installing the dispenser which is cheaper, but over time the hard water does a lot damages to your pipes, so you will want to go with the entire home system installation which is expensive. Everyone my wife and I have worked with on the Lennar team has been great. From our very first experience with the sales team, to using Lennar Mortgage, and the support team after move in has been a wonderful experience. We purchased the Aurora and this is a solid, and spacious home. As with any new home purchase there are things that come up after you move in but Lennar has always responded in a timely manner, and I'd even say gone the extra mile in taking care of repair items. I'd recommend Lennar to anyone looking for a quality home, and a great team to work with.

Wonderful Experience for buying a home for the first time.

Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

The home is exactly what we wanted. We just wished the quality of the materials and craftsmanship was better. We've been in our home for 3 months. We have issues with the quality of paint, drywall and flooring. Some of the shingles on our roof also tore away which is a bit concerning since we just moved in and we live in Indiana where the weather isn't that extreme. Overall, we love our home and the reps were very friendly and knowledgeable. They also are very helpful in getting item's repaired or replaced, they make sure it gets done quickly and correctly.

The experience from the home consultant, finance team, and the construction is like a family, that’s a great feeling. The amenities that comes with the house gets a thumbs up. To have a contact person when there’s an issue gives the comfort of getting them resolved.

The property was not ready on time, because of supplies difficulties and the pandemic. Lennar always updated on the time delivery and after 2 months of original date I have the Closing. My agent and Construction Manager kept me informed and updated. It was great experience.

I love the house and the area. The floors and countertops are gorgeous. My husband has even thanked me for making him move when we decided to downsize. We are both very happy with our purchase.
