Emphasis more on getting the contract signed without proper inspection and taking responsibilities for resolving client's issues. My property had a number of poor finishes and uncompleted snag list of items. This was left for me to arrange post move-in. In addition, I had electrical issues which I was not adequately supported for resolution even though this was a know issue according to the electrical engineer who later fixed the issue. I still have issues to be resolved once I have time to organize it. My experience was a terrible one and would not like it to be repeated.

I recently purchased a home in Sunfish Cove in Sunset Beach NC December 2024. This was the easiest transition for me thanks to Heidi and my realtor. Absolutely love my new home!

The salesperson, Alex, was outstanding and was attentive to our needs within his authority/control. However we were very dissatisfied with the workmanship (paint, carpentry, landscaping (unlevel, dead grass, irrigation system heads sticking up too high, etc)). The tubs are basically useless because they are way too short for an average height adult (taller than 4 feet). Great square footage and amenities for the dollar but the workmanship needs improvements.

We don't feel but we strongly believe that we have been deceived and defrauded by Lennar Homes, Lennar Mortgage, Lennar Title, etc. at almost every level of the transaction. Let's say I will be posting the details and better review with evidence on public sites with substantial evidence unless they fix our concerns ASAP! Lennar is very well aware of the blunders it has caused. We don't care that one part of the brand blames the other, etc. but the damage is done to us and some at an irreparable level. From our experience, we strongly believe that not only us but other homebuyers are victimized as well of the unethical, undeserved and unexpected low-class practices of Lennar brand, Lennar family or call it Lennar Culprits implement to not only sell homes to profit ethically but also go above and beyond unlawfully, unethically and unfairly to extort monies and deprive homebuyers of many rights, privileges, benefits, and opportunities to state some of their offerings to its customers. Then, they congratulate homebuyers like nothing happened after the homebuyers are victimized by their ambushes from moment to moment during the process. We had a seamless experience purchasing our Lennar home. We were even able to change our homesite during the process to better meet our families needs. Staff were responsive and helpful throughout the process!

I will start with the positives, the home was good value for the price paid and Lennar bought down the rate and covered closing costs. In terms of the home build itself I will say TERRIBLE quality control. Blatant errors that they tried to hide during the walkthrough then refused to fix when I brought them up. Only when I gave them a 0 out of 10 on their rating survey did they reach out to fix them. Even now after living here for roughly 2 months I am finding more and more things wrong. The sales personnel were excellent, very professional but still polite and accommodating. Our construction manager was the same. From start to finish we were very impressed and satisfied.

I was extremely pleased with everyone on the Lennar team especially Kem , the representative that helped throughout the entire experience. I have to admit that there were times when I was overwhelmed being a first time home buyer but he (Kem) just about held my hand and took me through everything. Everyone that I dealt with on the Lennar team should be commended for their hard work.

Buying a new build was really scary even though we have gone the home buying process before. The representative in the office was very friendly and helpful. Communications was a little delayed but we had questions answered anyway. Loan officer definitely needs to work on their communication. It would take days to get answer and there were times when she didn’t even answer some simple questions which was a little frustrating. There were alot of models to look at and seemed well built. We would recommend to work with Lennar compared to other builders.

It’s have been a wonderful experience to buy my new House. I love the Lennar Morgate team how driven me step by step until the closing.

Rick our construction manager explained every future of the house so clearly and he was so helpful all the time and very professional.I have lived in the house for a month now and I am very happy with it

From start to finish the buying process with Lennar was simple and straightforward. Everyone was extremely responsive and the process went smoothly. Our home is beautiful and has a wonderful open floor plan. The two story great room is next level. We would definitely recommend Lennar to our friends and family.

It was ALMOST perfect. Right at the end, I got conflicting messages about the move in date. Caused me a bit of stress and extra money. The inspection, mortgage, and closing process was very good.

I bought my house remotely. So from a distance I found the buying experience frustrating because communication with several different people was not as smooth as I expected. I bought cash which should had made the process easier. I had to many times remind people the I was buying cash.

It would have been good to discuss with the customer before submitting the application so that there is enough room to negotiate the expected prices. However the person tried their best to negotiate, but since this was our first home buying experience, we thought that it could be a little better and transparent

This was our first Lennar home purchase. The home value is great for the price. There are several things that were not done well like smoke detectors not located near the doorways, the cable connection box in the opposite side of the house from the cable box at the street. The purchase process was very smooth.

My home buying was stressful but in the email end it was worth it

Susan was extremely responsive throughout the purchase of my home. In fact, she has offered “as needed” support post purchase of my home. Her professionalism and expertise is commendable!

I regret choosing Lennar Construction for my home. The entire process was a nightmare, and I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from them. First, communication was absolutely terrible. Getting clear and timely responses was next to impossible, and I often felt left in the dark. They also push you to use their preferred title company—don’t fall for it! The title company has been a disaster, and even a month after closing, I’m still dealing with issues just trying to get my taxes paid. To make matters worse, the quality of construction is disappointing. Our front porch concrete is already cracked, with a chunk missing. It’s frustrating to move into a "new" home and immediately have structural issues. If you’re considering buying from Lennar, do yourself a favor: 1) Hire an independent inspector before closing. 2) Use your own trusted title company. 3) Prepare for frustrating communication. I am a realtor who bought my first home through Lennar at Legacy Ridge. The sales agent was very nice but didn’t know a lot of information about surrounding schools, nearest grocery, etc. We loved the house and you guys were offering an awesome credit! We went under contract and from that time on the nightmare began. I was passed around to 3 different lenders, who I then needed to resend and tell them everything from the beginning due to lack of communication and cooperation between Lennar mortgage. If I sent a client to you guys and they were treated like this I would be EMBARRASSED. We are now almost two months from closing and I still don’t have my HOA login. I have been in contact with Amelia at the management company who has been helpful but I still don’t have access to a login or portal for the community HOA. ... More

The sales staff at Lennar were really great and helpful. Heroes was very helpfula nd stepped into the void where the person assigned to help us to closing went missing,. Once the contract was signed we were assigned to Paula. who was not always responsive but most importantly when we were trying to arrange utilities and other things we needed right after closing. She failed to get back to us when we were trying to pick up the keys. Heros stepped in and got it done. Thank you to Heros for getting us over the finish line. We love our new home and the construction quality is great.

only person worth mentioning is eric W. the supervisor. Could not have had a better person. his care is incredible. Other than that, house is built very cheaply, and has many imperfections in terms of paint, finishes, etc.

I can't express enough how these three people made this process easier than buying a car. They communicated with us consistently, responded promptly to questions and concerns, and were extremely helpful in every stage of the process.
