I love the covered back porches and Elizabeth location. The Salesperson was great despite not being impowered to make negotiations. Management above her was very slow to respond. Additionally, one item that we asked for them to address and they agreed to was never addressed. Now we have been in the house for a month we keep having issues with the lights falling and notice that floor creeks a lot. Viewing it from the basement it looks like a short cut was made and they will have to address it now as well.

Overall, it's worth for the money. But I feel they could have provided a bit more quality items for the same price. As an example, in guest bathrooms, they are proving small tiles, very labor intensive, and needs more cleaning by homeowners on a weekly basis. Instead, they could have provided either big tiles/less labor or even the new cheap big vinyl sheets. No basic fixtures like toilet paper holders in bathrooms.

Overall experience was great. Had issues with quality of materials and of work from builders. A few issues we pointed out final walk through didnt get fixed & after closing half finished an issue we had.

How a gas leak, plumbing issues (shower not draining) electrical issues got past “inspection” is beyond me! Simple things as installing doors properly for the safety of their home buyers is clearly not a value no integrity behind their name! I’ve been here 1 month and have yet to actually feel comfortable in this home! DONT BUY IF YOU DO HIRE AND PAY FOR YOUR OWN INSPECTION!!!

Beginning with the sales man I was put at ease with the process. Everything was straightforward no questions. The closing was wonderful. The construction manager Jim, was fantastic and still is. Dealing with the HOA has been very easy and always there for my questions.

We love our home but the home buying process was arduous at best. We have now been in our home for 5 weeks and we are waiting for repairs from the initial FaceTime walk through. All of the things that were supposed to be fixed were not. I am not sure if it is a corporate issue or just the local office. We have reached out and have not been contacted back. There is clearly a disconnect from the sales to lending to closing process. We are still waiting for confirmation of funds distributed and we found out today that Lennar did not actually pay all of the 2025 hoa dues as promised (even though the correct rate was available at the time of our closing). We love our house and neighborhood but feel Lennar should have completed all tasks as promised and someone should be accountable and follow up when they are fixing the repairs prior to closing. ... Everyone we worked with was great

My Lennar home is beautiful. The Lennar staff have all been extremely kind, helpful, and prompt with addressing our needs. We do have a little disappointment with some issues found by an inspector that we hired, especially with the HVAC system. However, Lennar seems to be eager to correct the issues with the home.

Sales people were excellent. Very knowledgeable and quick to find answers; They were not pushy nor did they say to us you must decide now because someone else is looking at your house.

Very poor communication from the sellers. The materials used for construction look and feel low quality. They should improve the materials they use. The complex does not have lighting, for the safety of the community this is something they should take into consideration.

its not worth for price paid , it is 30% overpriced , flooring and doors also front porch all are bad quality , plats were dead immediate after closing the house , only best thing i can say is my sales man is very responsive and excellent person

Unhappy with several things I've had to go through since I bought my home, I don't complain about the deal when buying the house but I do complain about how long it has taken to fix a leak in my bathroom. Something that I could have taken less than 2 weeks has become a 2-month headache, since day 1 I have not been able to bathe or use my bathroom. And it is a cheek that they have not yet finished fixing it and already want to close the case as if it had already been fixed. During those two months there were some connected machines in my bathroom to which I received an invoice and when I contacted the LENNAR team they told me that neither they nor the company that installed them (which sent them from the same LENNAR) are responsible for that energy expense. There is no high-speed fiber internet available.

The process was quick and went smoothly

Jeremy was very patient and kind. He made the process less painful. It was a quick process too. The quality of the home is standard. There were a few things that I feel could have been done differently. But all in all a good investment and experience. I would recommend this builder to friends and family. Matter of fact, I have recommended my friends and family to buy from Lennar. I think Lennar produces a good product for the amount paid.

Very prompt response to my ticket items

The whole process was very overwhelming and messy. We were pushed to close so quickly in this home that had alot of issues to be addressed. We made it aware during walk through, and they told us to just submit a ticket in warranty and they will cover it. The response time from everyone has been very delayed. We are still having issues to this day with our address not being able to be validated because it is a new construction home. We couldn't connect our utilities due to these companies not being able to find our home in their system (new build which is understandable). So with that being said, I was constantly sending them emails that I can't connect our utilites and i am in fear of waking up to no power or water in our house. They said no worries we are going to let you know 5 days before we decide to disconnect your services. I woke up this morning with everything turned off and no notice that this was going to happen. When I made Lennar aware of this, they said oh yeah we disconnected services to your name please call them to set it up. This is so unprofessional and I never want to buy a home with Lennar again. As a first time home owner , I was excited about this experienced but they robbed the joy from us with how we were and have been treated. Even from closing day, the people who were suppose to help us with the paperwork and signing looked miserable working their job. We were so excited to close and they displayed zero emotion during the process , we even felt bad asking for them to take our picture with the new home owner sign because they looked like they wanted us to leave so they can go home. My first home was with lennar it was an excellent experience. I keep referring to the friends. But the second Home at this new community Northlake, buying experience was not that great. They have cut down so many features from what they displayed on the model homes. When I asked the reps their constant response was "lennar has gone cheap". Yeah the quality is not that good compare to homes built back in 2018. This home is not properly insulated. I can hear the voices from the downstairs to upstairs and one room to another rooms. Having lot of issues especially the HVAC system. Which makes lot of noise could not sleep well. It's been 3 months since I reported initially, no resolutions yet. This home is not worth the price I paid!!! ... More

I have been working with Lennar for approximately 9 years and I have seen how over the years they are doing things from bad to worse and I appreciate that management does not care or at least they cannot do anything since the level of command is followed by one family member to another, in many cases the construction manager is the wife of the person who is in customer care or the brother of the guarantee and so in this way they cannot make each other look bad. As an investor as well as a realtor who works with investors, unfortunately I cannot recommend Lennar more given their poor treatment and finishes. ... More

Barbara, the sales leader from Lennar was great. Very clear, balanced, honest. The overall process from start to finish was done in two weeks, simple and professional, particular for someone like me from NY where it takes months.

My home buying process had its ups and downs, but overall, I’m happy with my new home. The initial phase went smoothly, thanks to Tara M. She handled everything from the site tour to executing the contract with professionalism and ease. She was knowledgeable about the product and very responsive, which made the first part of the process straightforward. However, once the contract was signed, things became a bit disjointed. In my opinion, there were too many people involved in the process, which made it feel a bit scattered at times. But once I was able to connect with my unit’s construction manager, Bobby, things really started to fall into place. He was extremely helpful in answering my various questions and provided clarity where I needed it. The real standout in my buying experience was Emily D. She truly went above and beyond during my New Homeowner Orientation. Emily was the rockstar of the entire process. She not only provided essential, often unwritten, information on how to care for various components of my home but also advocated for me as the buyer in ways that really made me feel supported. I can’t express enough how much I appreciated her dedication and attention to detail. The biggest frustration in my experience came when it was time to close. As an out-of-town buyer, coordinating travel and handling communication was challenging, and the closing documents were sent to me very late in the process, which caused some last-minute stress. My agent and I had to take the lead in driving the process, which wasn’t ideal. One additional note: the civil design of the community has its opportunities. The streets could be 1 to 2 feet wider, which would make a significant difference in travel through the community and in simply backing out of my driveway. While the final steps to closing definitely left a sour note, the overall experience was positive, thanks in large part to Tara, Bobby, and especially Emily.
