Thomas and Katy were awesome to work with. They stuck with us as we learned about our new home. If issues were found they got them resolved quickly. They were friendly and very kind. Our home is the perfect size and area for us. We love it!

Melinda (Lennar consultant) made the selection of model and contract experience very easy. Bobby and Josh (my before and after contacts) were always listening and did what they said they would do. Made it very easy to go thru the building experience. After the purchase, Gonzo installed upgrades for me. very reliable and affordable. Very satisfied with experience and finished product.

The process was direct and straightforward. They provide all they promised, it is good you keep tract of promises until closing. Lennar gives opportunities to homeownership to instrested buyers even at this tough moment in the market. The Sendero community is just so wonderful to be a part of it. My family and I love our new home, for it's a dream come true with Lennar.

All team of lennar are good. Helping with all issues during the process. Construction team is kind and help to fix all issues. Guides how to use all appliances in the home whenever required.

This has been a great first time home buying experience. My sales agent Laurie was superb and was there to assist and navigate along the way. Leslie was also amazing with answering any loan or finance questions and ensure alignment with the title company/requirements. Again, amazing experience and team. All backend/pending follow up items have been addressed or completed. Kristine has worked closely with me to complete all service request and assisting with all pending installations. Amazing team, I would highly recommend any first time home buyers or homebuyers work with Lennar - their Customer service and for simply ensuring what could be a stressful process, very seamless and exciting!! This is the third house we have built, and by far the easiest for us to navigate through. Although we would have liked to have been able to get some additional customization, we understand that the value of this builder is attainable through standardization of the homes. We were surprisingly impressed with the quality and amount of trees and landscaping that they did along Route 47 and at the entrance to Fox Pointe. Looking forward to seeing what the park brings esthetically to the development.

Fast to build the house and good quality inside of house. Workers are very responsive and friendly.

Best Walk Through experience with Brian. The minor fixes are done smoothly and further fixes are through QR codes and video inspection and all done without any issues. I think Lennar is putting technology in a good use.

Experience was positive. Response to questions and concerns were answered promptly and thoroughly.

My husband and I recently brought a home in Lindera Preserve and had a great experience. Everyone from sales (Alvin), construction (Chip) and even during the underwriting (Rob) was very knowledgeable and helpful. We originally were going to go with a different lender but Lennar Mortgage was able to save us thousands in monthly payments and closing costs!!!! We have been in our home for a month with no major issues and we couldn’t be happier. There are a lot a bad review about Lennar in other states but we honestly didn’t have ANY ISSUES from contract to closing. This is not our forever home but we will absolutely buy another Lennar home. ... More
